对于工件的加工,加工位置精确可以保证加工的质量,人工操作不仅会产生误差,而且效率较低,所以可以自动检测工件位置的设备可以提高生产效率,保证产品质量。

针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种用于重型球形外壳打磨机上的,可以在X轴和Y轴方向上移动,精确检测工件位置的检测模组。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种用于重型球形外壳打磨机的检测模组,包括检测X轴滑轨,检测X轴驱动器,检测Y轴滑轨,检测Y轴驱动器,检测器支架,检测器导轨和检测器驱动器;所述检测Y轴滑轨设置在检测X轴滑轨上,检测X轴驱动器驱动检测Y轴滑轨沿着检测X轴滑轨滑动;所述检测器支架设置在检测Y轴滑轨上,检测Y轴驱动器驱动检测器支架沿着Y轴滑轨滑动;所述检测器支架上设置有检测器导轨;所述检测器导轨上设置有检测器驱动器。
优选的,所述检测器驱动器为气缸。
