背景技术
[0002] 贫血是指人体外周血红细胞容量臧少,低于正常范围下限的一种常见的临床症状。由于红细胞容量测定较复杂,临床上常以血红蛋白(Hb)浓度来代替。我国血液病学家认为在我国海平面地区,成年男性Hb〈120g/L,成年女性(非妊娠)Hb〈110g/L,孕妇Hb〈100g/L就有贫血。

[0004] 随着我国中医中药学的不断发展,在治疗贫血上,人们逐渐意识到了中医治疗上述疾病的优点,且在治疗过程中毒副作用小、费用低等优势,针对现有西医治疗上述贫血的现状,本发明的目的是在于提供一种可有效治疗贫血的汤剂药物,以解决贫血患者早日恢复健康的问题。该药物是以常见的中药为原料,具有见效快、疗效显著等特点,并可有效治疗上述贫血一症。

[0008] —种可有效治疗贫血的汤剂药物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤制备而成:
A、除鹿角胶和阿胶(烊化兑服)外,将其它原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后,按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎;
B、将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡35分钟,然后再将浸泡好的药物和浸泡药物的澄清液一并放入煎药机内,注入过药35mm的冷开水进行第一次煎煮40分钟,滤取药液后,再次注入过药32_的微温开水进行第二次煎煮35分钟,两次混合浓缩成50%的中药液1080 _升备用。
[0009] —种可有效治疗贫血的汤剂药物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述服用方法为:将制备好的中药液分二天服用,早中晚各服一次,给药量180毫升/次,饭前服。服药25-65天,病获痊愈。
[0010] 本发明组方中的各原料中药在中国药典、中国辞典以及中华本草中均有详细的记载。本发明选用其中最常见的中药为原料,充分发挥各组分的药理功效:
当归,性味:味甘、辛、微苦、性温,具有补血和血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠之功效,用于治疗月经不调、经闭腹痛、癥瘕结聚、崩漏、血虚头痛、眩晕、痿痹,肠燥便难、赤痢后重、痈疽疮窃、跌扑损伤等病症;
肉桂,性味:性大热、味辛、甘,具有补火助阳、引火归源、散寒止痛、活血通经之功效,用于治疗阳痿、宫冷、心腹冷痛、虚寒吐泻、经闭、痛经;
熟地,性味:味甘、性温,具有补血滋润、益精填髓之功效,用于治疗血虚萎黄、眩晕心悸、月经不调、崩不止、肝肾阴亏、潮热盗汗、遗精阳痿、不育不孕、月经不调、崩漏下血、腰膝酸软、耳鸣耳聋、头目昏花、须发早白、消渴、便秘、肾虚喘促;
鸡内金,性味:性甘平、微寒、无毒,具有消食健胃、涩精止遗之功效,用于治疗消积滞、健脾胃、食积胀满、呕吐反胃、泻痢、疳积、消渴、遗溺、喉痹乳蛾、牙疳口疮内服;
麦芽,性味:甘、平,具有行气消食、健脾开胃、退乳消胀之功效,用于治疗食积不消、脘腹胀痛、脾虚食少、乳汗郁积、乳房胀痛、妇女断乳,生麦芽健脾和胃通乳,用于脾虚食少、乳汗郁积;
决明子,性味:味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,具有清热明目、润肠通便之功效,用于治疗目赤涩痛、羞明多泪、头痛眩晕、目暗不明、大便秘结;
金樱子,性味:具有固精涩肠、缩尿止泻之功效,用于治疗滑精、遗尿、小便频数、脾虚泻痢、肺虚喘咳、自汗盗汗、崩漏带下;
黄苗,性味:甘、温,具有补气固表、利尿消肿、托毒排脓、敛疮生肌、生肌之功效,用于治疗气虚乏力、食少便溏、中气下陷、久泻脱肛、便血崩漏、表虚自汗、气虚水肿、痈疽难溃、久溃不敛、血虚痿黄、内热消渴,慢性肾炎蛋白尿、糖尿病;
党参,性味:性平、味甘、微酸,具有补中益气、健脾益肺之功效,用于治疗脾肺虚弱、气短心悸、食少便溏、虚喘咳嗽、内热消渴等症;
大蒜,性味:辛、温,具有行滞气、暖脾胃、消癥积、解毒、杀虫之功效,用于治疗饮食积滞、脘腹冷痛、水肿胀满、泄泻、痢疾、疟疾、百日咳、痈疽肿毒、白秃癣疮、蛇虫咬伤、行气消积、杀虫解毒; 白芍,性味:味苦、酸、微寒,具有平抑肝阳、养血收阴之功效,用于治疗头胀、头痛、眩晕、耳鸣、烦躁易怒、月经不调、痛经、崩漏、自汗、盗汗、胸胁疼痛、手足痉挛疼痛;
人参,性味:甘微苦、温,具有大补元气、固脱生津、安神之功效,用于治疗劳伤虚损、食少、倦怠、反胃吐食、大便滑泄、虚咳喘促、自汗暴脱、惊悸、健忘、眩晕头痛、阳痿、尿频、消渴、妇女崩漏、小儿慢惊、及久虚不复、一切气血津液不足之证;
山萸肉,性味:味酸、性微温,具有补益肝肾、收敛固脱之功效,用于治疗腰头晕目眩、耳聋耳鸣、腰膝酸软、跹精滑精、小便频数、虚汗不止、妇女崩漏;
大黄,性味:苦、寒具有攻积滞、清湿热、泻火、凉血、祛瘀、解毒之功效,用于治疗实热便秘、热结胸痞、湿热、泻痢、黄疸、淋病、水肿腹满、小便不利、目赤、咽喉肿痛、口舌生疮、胃热呕吐、吐血、咯血、衄血、便血、尿血;蓄血、经闭、产后瘀滞腹痛、癥瘕积聚、跌打损伤、热毒痈疡、丹毒、烫伤;
羌活,性味:辛、苦、温,具朋散寒、祛风、除湿、止痛之功效,用于治疗风寒感冒头痛,风湿痹痛、肩背酸痛;
鹿角胶,性味:味甘、咸、性温,具有补益精血、安胎止血之功效,用于治疗肾虚、精血不足、虚劳赢瘦、头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软、阳痿滑精、宫寒不孕、胎动不安、崩漏带下、吐血、衄血、咯血、尿备、阴疽疮疡;
龙眼肉,性味:甘、温,具有补心脾、益气血、安心神之功效,用于治疗心脾两虚、气血不足所致的惊悸、怔忡、失眠、健忘、血虚萎黄、有经不调、崩漏;
鸡血藤,性味:苦甘、温,具有活血、舒筋之功效,用于治疗腰膝酸痛、麻木瘫痪、月经不调;
牛膝,性味:苦、酸、性平,具有生用散瘀血、消痈肿之功效,用于治疗淋病、尿血、经闭、百瘕、难产、胞衣不下、产后瘀血腹痛、喉痹、痈肿、跌打损伤,熟用补肝肾强筋骨,治腰膝骨痛、四肢拘挛、痿痹;
黄精,性味:性平、味甘,具有补脾,润肺,生津止渴,健脾之功效,用于治疗脾胃虚弱引起的食少便溏,体倦无力,以及肝肾精血亏虚,肺气虚损引起的诸症,还能保护心脑血管,降低血脂,降低血糖,增强机体免疫功能;
沙苑子,性味:甘、温,具有补肝、益肾、明目、固精之功效,用于治疗肝肾不足、腰膝酸痛、目昏、遗精早泄、小便频数、遗尿、尿血、白带;
红景天,性味:性寒、味甘、涩,具有清肺止咳、止血、止带之功效,用于治疗肺热咳嗽、咯血、白带,外用治跌打损伤、烧烫伤等症;
甘草,性味:甘、平,具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、缓急止痛、调和诸药之功效,用于治疗食少、脾胃虚弱、腹痛便溏、倦怠乏力、心悸气短、咳嗽痰多、脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛、痈肿疮毒、缓解药物毒性和烈性;
阿胶,性味:性平、味甘,具有补血、止血、滋阴润肠之功效,用于治疗血虚萎黄、眩晕、心悸、多种出血证、阴虚证及燥证;
女贞子,性味:甘、苦、平,具有补益肝肾、清虚热、强腰膝、明耳目、乌须发之功效,用于治疗头昏目眩、腰膝酸软、遗精、耳鸣、须发早白、目暗不明等病。
[0011] 本发明药物是基于中医治疗贫血的辨病与辨证相结合的原则,从药理作用及作用机制认为:就贫血一症,本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏,对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。

经临床诊断治疗贫血患者共100例,年龄为6岁以上的51例,只有49例为6岁以下。100例患者中痊愈的93例,显效7例,总有效率达100%。经治疗后,病获痊愈。

1.一种可有效治疗贫血的汤剂药物,其特征在于,所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示: 当归5〜15g、肉桂2〜8g、熟地10〜30g、鸡内金5〜15g、麦芽3〜15g、决明子9〜15g、金樱子7.5〜15g、黄芪10〜22g、党参6〜15g、大蒜7.5〜15g、白芍10〜20g、人参3〜15g、山萸肉5〜10g、大黄3〜12g、宪活3〜10g、鹿角胶3〜9g、龙眼肉10〜15g、鸡血藤15〜25g、牛膝15〜25g、黄精15〜25g、沙苑子10〜15g、红景天3〜8g、甘草2.5〜15g、阿胶3〜9g、女贞子7〜16g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可有效治疗贫血的汤剂药物,其特征在于,所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示: 当归7〜13g、肉桂3〜7g、熟地12〜26g、鸡内金6〜13g、麦芽5〜13g、决明子10〜13g、金樱子9〜13g、黄芪12〜19g、党参7〜13g、大蒜9〜13g、白芍11〜17g、人参5〜13g、山萸肉6〜8.5g、大黄5〜10g、宪活4〜8g、鹿角胶4〜8g、龙眼肉11〜13g、鸡血藤16〜21g、牛膝16〜21g、黄精16〜21g、沙苑子10〜13g、红景天4〜7g、甘草3〜13g、阿胶4〜8g、女贞子8〜12g。
