肩关节周围炎，简称肩周炎，俗称凝肩、漏肩风或冻结肩。起病多因肩关节周围组织，如肌膛、滑囊等受冷冻、外伤、感染所致。不少患者是由风湿病引起的。其主要症状为颈肩持续疼痛，患侧上肢抬高、旋转、前后摆动受限，遇风遇冷感觉有沉重隐痛。如不及时治疗，拖延日久可使关节粘连，患侧上肢变细，无力甚至形成废用性萎缩。该病多见于50岁左右的中年人，青年与老年人也有发生。疼痛特点是胳膊一动就痛，不动不痛或稍痛，梳头、穿衣、提物、举高都有困难；发作严重时可疼痛难忍，彻夜不眠，严重影响了人们的生活质量。现有临床治疗技术对肩关节周围炎的治疗手段不多，而且抗炎镇痛药不能长期服用、副作用大；理疗按摩治疗有依赖性，易反复发作。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术不足，本发明提供了一种治疗肩关节周围炎的药酒，可内服和外用，无副作用，具有改善局部血液循环和组织营养作用，增强机体肌肉活动能力，患者治愈后不易反复发作。
技术方案是，一种治疗肩关节周围炎的药酒，其特征在于，由如下重量份的药材原料制成：九龙藤10-60份，扁藤10-60份，大血藤10-60份，鸡血藤10-60份，买麻藤10-60份，当归藤10-60份，生藤10-60份，红杜仲10-60份，枫荷桂10-60份，伸筋藤10-30份，飞龙掌血10-30份，羊耳菊根10-30份，牛大力10-60份，海风藤10-60份，桂枝10-30份，葛根10-60份，宽筋藤10-30份，杞子10-30份，党参10-60份，米酒950-4800份。
作为优化，本发明一种治疗肩关节周围炎的药酒，其特征在于，由如下重量份的药材原料制成：九龙藤30份，扁藤30份，大血藤30份，鸡血藤30份，买麻藤30份，当归藤30份，生藤30份，红杜仲30份，枫荷桂30份，伸筋藤20份，飞龙掌血20份，羊耳菊根20份，牛大力30份，海风藤30份，桂枝20份，葛根50份，宽筋藤20份，杞子20份，党参30份，米酒2650份。
具体药物的作用原理如下：九龙藤：性微苦、涩平、祛风除湿、活血止痛、用于风湿性关节炎，腰腿痛，跌打损伤等。
扁藤：性辛、涩、温，具有祛风除湿，舒经活络功能，主治风湿骨痛、腰肌劳损、跌打损伤、半身不遂。
大血藤：性味苦，平。具有清热解毒，活血通络，祛风止痉的作用。
鸡血藤：性苦、甘温，具有补血行血，通经活络功能，补血能使血红细胞增加，主治风湿痹痛，腰腿酸痛，四肢麻木等症状。
买麻藤：性苦、微温，祛风活血、消肿止痛，有消炎和修复病变组织的作用。
当归藤：性苦、涩平，補血强腰膝用于治疗腰腿痛。
生藤：性甘温，驱风通络、补气止痛，用于风湿关节疼痛。
红杜仲：性苦、微辛、平，具有祛风活络，强筋壮骨作用，用于风湿痹病，腰肌劳损，腰腿痛，跌打损伤。
枫荷桂：性甘、微辛、温，祛风除湿、舒经活络，用于偏瘫、腰痛、风湿性及类风湿性关节炎。
伸筋藤：性甘、微苦、平，祛风利湿、舒经活络，用于风湿性筋骨疼痛、扭伤肿痛。
飞龙掌血：性辛、微苦、温，祛风除湿、散瘀止血、清热解毒，用于跌打损伤，风湿性关节炎。
羊耳菊根：性辛、微苦，温，散寒解表，祛风消肿，行气止痛。
牛大力：性甘、平、补虚润肺、强筋活络、用于腰肌劳损、风湿性关节炎。
海风藤：味辛、苦，性微温，具有祛风湿、通经络、止痹痛作用。
宽筋藤：味苦，性凉。舒筋活络，祛风止痛。用于治疗风湿痹痛，坐骨神经痛，腰肌劳损，跌打损伤。
桂枝：性甘、辛、温，发汗解肌，温经通脉，助阳化气，散寒止痛。
葛根：甘、辛，凉。有解肌退热，生津止渴，升阳止泻之功。
杞子：性甘、平、温，滋补肝肾，益精明目。用于虚劳精亏，腰膝酸痛，眩晕耳鸣，内热消渴，血虚萎黄，目昏不明，另有调和药物作用。
党参：性甘、平，补气、益气、生津，用于益气補虚、调和药物。
本发明的优点是：1、本发明药酒针对肩关节周围炎的发病特点，以强筋壮骨为重点，具有改善局部血液循环和组织营养作用，增强机体肌肉活动能力，患者治愈后不易反复发作；2、抗炎止痛，修复肌肉、韧带筋膜的病变。3、本发明利用藤类药物善于通经活络、消炎止痛的作用，加上補气、補血的药物提高抗衰老、抗退变的作用，促进肌肉、筋膜等组织的修复；4、采取内服与外用相结合，使药物直接达病所，提高临床功效，且无毒副作用；5、临床应用方便，可内服也可外用。无毒副作用，疗效明显。
本发明药物由九龙藤、扁藤、大血藤、鸡血藤、买麻藤、当归藤、生藤、红杜仲、枫荷桂、伸筋藤、飞龙掌血、羊耳菊根、牛大力、海风藤、桂枝、葛根、宽筋藤、杞子、党参共十九味中草药组成，具体实施应用于药酒，也可用于常规制药方法制成其它剂型。
具体实施方式
实施例：一种治疗肩关节周围炎的药酒，其特征在于，由如下重量份的药材原料制成：九龙藤30份，扁藤30份，大血藤30份，鸡血藤30份，买麻藤30份，当归藤30份，生藤30份，红杜仲30份，枫荷桂30份，伸筋藤20份，飞龙掌血20份，羊耳菊根20份，牛大力30份，海风藤30份，桂枝20份，葛根50份，宽筋藤20份，杞子20份，党参30份，米酒2650份。
制备方法：将以上选配好的药材原料放置到浸酒的容器内浸泡，每周搅动一次，浸泡三个月过滤分装，高温消毒备用。
用法与用量：患者口服，每次服15-30毫升，每天三次，一个月为一疗程，可服用1-3个疗程。外用：取药酒外擦痛处，或颈肩部及上肢，涂上药酒二、三次，擦至局部皮肤发热，每天三次，与内服疗程相同。
临床治疗总结：发明人自1985年至2006年之间，运用本发明药酒共治疗患者50例。其中男性35例，女性15例；平均治疗时间为35天，其中治愈35例，好转15例，无效0例，总有效率为：100%。
典型病例：1、秦某，男，30岁，早上起床突然发病，起床后出现颈部疼痛，放射到枕颈部及右侧肩部，活动受限而就诊，查见：颈部僵硬，头向右侧偏斜，头颈活动受限，转动头部需连同躯干一同转动，颈椎棘突横突，冈上肌、冈下肌、肩胛内角有压痛。诊断为肩关节周围炎，给予本发明药酒内服及外擦患处，治疗十天痊愈。
2、覃某，女、52岁，因长期伏案工作，颈肩部疼痛反复两年多，经医院X线诊断为颈椎病。患者诉手臂伏案工作即觉枕部、颈肩部酸麻疼痛，颈部活动受限，右肩常疼痛，外展、后伸受限，压顶试验及颈牵引试验阳性，诊断为肩关节周围炎，给予本发明药酒内服及外用，外用采用药酒湿敷局部先擦后敷。经治疗2个月症状消失，上肢活动正常。
3、陈某，男，50岁，患者因体力劳动后出现肩部疼痛，开始较轻，近来逐渐加重，疼痛难忍，影响夜间睡眠，疼痛向颈、右手臂放射，患者梳头动作、摸背、洗脸都感到困难，查冈上窝、肩胛骨内侧角、冈下窝、肩胛骨内缘等处压痛明显，诊断：肩关节周围炎。给予本发明药酒内服外用，治疗1个月症状消失，活动正常。

1.一种治疗肩关节周围炎的药酒，其特征在于，由如下重量份的药材原料制成：九龙藤10-60份，扁藤10-60份，大血藤10-60份，鸡血藤10-60份，买麻藤10-60份，当归藤10-60份，生藤10-60份，红杜仲10-60份，枫荷桂10-60份，伸筋藤10-30份，飞龙掌血10-30份，羊耳菊根10-30份，牛大力10-60份，海风藤10-60份，桂枝10-30份，葛根10-60份，宽筋藤10-30份，杞子10-30份，党参10-60份，米酒950-4800份。
