Abstract
The invention relates to a clonal propagation method of Chinese walnuts. Annual half-lignification robust branches are selected and shorn into cuttage branches which are 10-15 cm long, the cuttage branches are placed in a rooting powder solution of an ABT1 number to be soaked for 4-6 h after being pre-processed in a vitamin C and potassium permanganate solution, and then the form lower ends of the cuttage branches are inserted into a matrix. Through the methods of intermittent automatic spraying, sunshade and the like, the temperature, the humidity and the illuminance in a seedling growing greenhouse are adjusted. Statistics is performed on the rooting rate after 60 days, the rooting rate is as high as 85% or above, and the percentage of seedling emergency reaches 80% or above. The rooting rate is 0% if no pre-processing is performed and only processing of plant hormone is performed. The method is high in operability, low in cost and easy to popularize, and meanwhile, and the advantages that high quality of female parents is kept for seedlings and flowering and fruiting are in advance because of cuttage propagation are reflected in clonal propagation of Chinese walnuts. The method effectively solves the problem that Chinese walnut seedlings are difficult in rooting during cuttage seedling growing, widens the seedling growing means of Chinese walnuts and provides technological support for fast propagation and industrialization of Chinese walnut seedlings.

Hickory nuts are mainly distributed in Tianmu mountain range of Zhejiang Anhui boundary, such as Ningguo and Yixi of Anhui province, Linan city of Zhejiang province, and the like.
The pecan has high tannin content, large medulla and thin cambium, the survival rate of grafting is low by adopting the stock and the general grafting technology, the late growth potential of the grafted seedling is weak, and the general cuttage method is not easy to root, so the currently developed pecan mainly adopts seedling to build a garden, the seedling can be fruited after being fixedly planted in 6-8 years, and can enter the full production period in 15-20 years, so that the yield of the pecan cannot be greatly improved in a short period, meanwhile, the yield among the individuals of the pecan tree is greatly different from the economic character of the kernel, the quality and the yield performance are inconsistent, the original excellent degeneration phenomenon of the pecan is prominent, and the good-quality high-yield garden cannot be formed by adopting the seedling to build the garden.
Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the demand on the pecan products is more and more great, so the research on a pecan asexual rapid propagation method can breed high-quality pecan seedlings which can not only keep the excellent characteristics of female parents, but also can enter the fruiting period in advance, and the method becomes a difficult problem to be solved in the development of the pecan industry.
