Abstract
本发明公开了一种带热管换热器的节能型除湿机,其特征是压缩机连接翅片冷凝器,翅片冷凝器连接贮液器,贮液器连接干燥过滤器,干燥过滤器连接热力膨胀阀,热力膨胀阀连接翅片蒸发器,翅片蒸发器连接压缩机,热管蒸发器连接热管冷凝器,另外,离心风机连接热管蒸发器、翅片蒸发器、热管冷凝器和翅片冷凝器。本发明的技术效果在于,提供一种带热管换热器的节能型除湿机,该除湿机内安装有热管蒸发器和热管冷凝器,可承担部分冷负荷而无需外动力,大大节约能源,并提高了除湿机的除湿效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及节能型除湿机,具体为一种带热管换热器的节能型除湿机。
背景技术
目前,除湿机一般采用压缩制冷形式,空气通过翅片蒸发器降温除湿、再通过翅片冷凝器升温后送出。带热管换热器的节能型升温除湿机在翅片蒸发器前后放置有热管蒸发器和热管冷凝器,热管换热器系统承担部分冷负荷而无需外力作用,大大节约能源,并提高了除湿机的除湿效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种带热管换热器的节能型除湿机,该除湿机在翅片蒸发器前后放置有热管蒸发器和热管冷凝器,热管换热器系统承担部分冷负荷而无需外力作用,大大节约能源,并提高了除湿机的除湿效率。
本发明是这样来实现的,一种带热管换热器的节能型除湿机,包括热管蒸发器、翅片蒸发器、热管冷凝器、热力膨胀阀、干燥过滤器、贮液器、翅片冷凝器、压缩机、离心风机,其特征是:压缩机连接翅片冷凝器,翅片冷凝器连接贮液器,贮液器连接干燥过滤器,干燥过滤器连接热力膨胀阀,热力膨胀阀连接翅片蒸发器,翅片蒸发器连接压缩机,热管蒸发器连接热管冷凝器,另外,离心风机连接热管蒸发器、翅片蒸发器、热管冷凝器和翅片冷凝器。
空气由离心风机抽吸经过热管蒸发器降温、再经过翅片蒸发器降温除湿,降温除湿后的空气经过热管冷凝器进行升温,后经过翅片冷凝器进行再升温。热管蒸发器和热管冷凝器承担部分冷负荷,热管蒸发器和热管冷凝器自成封闭系统,制冷剂依靠自身压力差进行流动,无需外力,起到节能的作用。
本发明的技术效果在于,提供一种带热管换热器的节能型除湿机,该除湿机内安装有热管蒸发器和热管冷凝器,可承担部分冷负荷而无需外动力,大大节约能源,并提高了除湿机的除湿效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种带热管换热器的节能型除湿机,包括热管蒸发器(1)、翅片蒸发器(2)、热管冷凝器(3)、热力膨胀阀(4)、干燥过滤器(5)、贮液器(6)、翅片冷凝器(7)、压缩机(8)、离心风机(9),其特征是:压缩机(8)连接翅片冷凝器(7),翅片冷凝器(7)连接贮液器(6),贮液器(6)连接干燥过滤器(5),干燥过滤器(5)连接热力膨胀阀(4),热力膨胀阀(4)连接翅片蒸发器(2),翅片蒸发器(2)连接压缩机(8),热管蒸发器(1)连接热管冷凝器(3),另外,离心风机(9)连接热管蒸发器(1)、翅片蒸发器(2)、热管冷凝器(3)和翅片冷凝器(7)。
机组工作时,制冷剂通过压缩机(8)压缩后排出,通过翅片冷凝器(7)冷凝,冷凝后的制冷剂经过贮液器(6),干燥过滤器后,经过热力膨胀阀(4)节流降压后到达翅片蒸发器(2),在翅片蒸发器(2)中蒸发,再回到压缩机(8),如此循环。
空气由离心风机抽吸经过热管蒸发器降温、再经过翅片蒸发器降温除湿,降温除湿后的空气经过热管冷凝器进行升温,后经过翅片冷凝器进行再升温。热管蒸发器和热管冷凝器承担部分冷负荷,热管蒸发器和热管冷凝器自成封闭系统,制冷剂依靠自身压力差进行流动,无需外力,起到节能的作用,并提高了除湿机的除湿效率。

1.一种带热管换热器的节能型除湿机,包括热管蒸发器(1)、翅片蒸发器(2)、热管冷凝器(3)、热力膨胀阀(4)、干燥过滤器(5)、贮液器(6)、翅片冷凝器(7)、压缩机(8)、离心风机(9),其特征是:压缩机(8)连接翅片冷凝器(7),翅片冷凝器(7)连接贮液器(6),贮液器(6)连接干燥过滤器(5),干燥过滤器(5)连接热力膨胀阀(4),热力膨胀阀(4)连接翅片蒸发器(2),翅片蒸发器(2)连接压缩机(8),热管蒸发器(1)连接热管冷凝器(3),另外,离心风机(9)连接热管蒸发器(1)、翅片蒸发器(2)、热管冷凝器(3)和翅片冷凝器(7)。
