本发明公开了一种具备加湿功能的可拆装式光催化空气净化器,包括基座上设置的用于盛放加湿水的加湿模块壳体,所述加湿模块壳体上端为敞口结构,且加湿模块壳体上方套设有一外罩,外罩顶部和/或侧面设有排气口,所述加湿模块壳体底部设有超声换能器,所述加湿模块壳体内设有一贯穿至基座下方的空气净化通道,所述空气净化通道为可拆卸式设置,所述空气净化通道内设有从下往上送风的风机以及过滤网、光触媒滤芯和激发光源,本发明提供的具备加湿功能的可拆装式光催化空气净化器结构简单、容易拆卸,能够同时达到高效净化空气、调节空气湿度的效果,并且可以便捷地将空气净化通道拆卸后进行拆解清理或者局部零件更换而不影响整机性能。

一种具备加湿功能的可拆卸式光催化空气净化器
技术领域
本发明属于空气净化与调节技术领域,涉及针对室内空气中污染物的净化与消毒及湿度调节的空气净化与调节设备,特别涉及一种具备加湿功能的可拆装式光催化空气净化器。
背景技术
近年来,频发的大范围雾霾、PM2.5监测数据长期居高不下等空气质量恶化现象已经严重危害到人们正常的生产生活和生命健康。随着人们对生活质量的更高要求和对自身健康状况关注程度的不断增强,越来越多的人们开始关注室内小环境空气质量的改善,采用各种各样的空气净化与调节设备来提高室内空气质量。相关技术中,大部分光催化净化设备采用将光触媒直接固定于设备内,未能通过有效设计对进入的空气进行管理并使之与光触媒表面充分接触,净化效率偏低。再者,光触媒本身具有一定的使用寿命,需要定期进行表面清洁或者更换,而直接固定的方式不便于清理或者拆装更换,从而导致整机性能降低。此外,由于外部空气质量较差,人们越来越多长时间处于使用空调或者暖气的密闭室内环境中,因此保持室内适当的空气湿度对于维持人体舒适度和身体健康是充分必要的,而现有光催化空气净化设备通常不能同时具备湿度调节功能,需要额外使用空气加湿器等设备。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术与设备的不足,本发明提出一种具备加湿功能的可拆装式光催化空气净化器,以解决现有空气净化器净化效果不佳的难题,具有结构简单、便于拆装的优点,同时具有调节空气湿度的功能。
本发明提供了以下技术方案:一种具备加湿功能的可拆卸式光催化空气净化器,包括基座,基座上设置有用于盛放加湿水的加湿模块壳体,所述加湿模块壳体上端为敞口结构,且加湿模块壳体上方套设有一外罩,外罩顶部和/或侧面设有排气口,所述加湿模块壳体底部设有超声换能器,所述加湿模块壳体内设有一贯穿至基座下方的空气净化通道,所述空气净化通道的上端低于加湿模块壳体的上端,所述空气净化通道为可拆卸式设置,所述空气净化通道内设有从下往上送风的风机以及过滤网、光触媒滤芯和激发光源,所述光触媒滤芯围绕激发光源设置;
优选的,所述空气净化通道自下而上依次设有第一过滤网、风机、第二过滤网、激发光源、光触媒滤芯和第三过滤网;
优选的,所述光触媒滤芯包括环绕激发光源设置的表面涂覆光触媒的多层蜂窝状结构。
优选的,所述第一过滤网为PM10的过滤网;
优选的,所述光触媒滤芯为倾斜设置的多层波纹面环形结构;
优选的,所述第二层过滤网为表面涂覆有光触媒的活性炭纤维网结构的过滤网;
优选的,所述第三过滤网朝向激发光源的表面涂覆有光触媒;
优选的,所述第三过滤网为PM2.5的过滤网,所述第三过滤网为波纹型曲面结构;
优选的,空气净化通道可拆卸的连接在加湿模块壳体内设置的的环形内壁上;
优选的,设备内部电气电路能够独立控制加湿模块功能的开启和关断。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的具备加湿功能的可拆装式光催化空气净化器结构简单、容易拆卸,能够同时达到高效净化空气、调节空气湿度的效果,并且可以便捷地将空气净化通道拆卸后进行拆解清理或者局部零件更换而不影响整机性能。

如图1所示,一种具备加湿功能的可拆卸式光催化空气净化器,包括基座11上设置的用于盛放加湿水的加湿模块壳体2,所述加湿模块壳体2上端为敞口结构,且加湿模块壳体2上方套设有一外罩1,外罩1顶部和/或侧面设有排气口,所述加湿模块壳体2底部设有超声换能器10,所述加湿模块壳体2内设有一贯穿至基座11下方的空气净化通道3,所述空气净化通道3的上端低于加湿模块壳体2的上端,所述空气净化通道3为可拆卸式设置,所述空气净化通道3内设有从下往上送风的风机8以及过滤网、光触媒滤芯5和激发光源6,所述光触媒滤芯5围绕激发光源6设置。
优选的,所述空气净化通道3自下而上依次设有第一过滤网9、风机8、第二过滤网7、激发光源6、光触媒滤芯5和第三过滤网4。
优选的,所述光触媒滤芯5包括环绕激发光源6设置的表面涂覆光触媒的多层蜂窝状结构。
优选的,所述第一过滤网9为PM10的过滤网。这样通过对进入空气净化通道3的空气进行管理,滤去空气中易于沉降的粒径较大的粉尘颗粒等,减少大型粉尘颗粒对风机和空气净化通道3的损害。
优选的,所述光触媒滤芯5为略微倾斜的多层波纹面环形结构。这样采用表面涂覆光触媒多层蜂窝状结构滤芯,并采用倾斜环绕激发光源的设置方式,能够增大空气与光触媒表面的有效接触面积,提高光催化降解反应效率,从而更好的对空气进行净化。优选的,所述第二过滤网7为表面涂覆有光触媒的活性炭纤维网结构的过滤网,优选的,所述第三过滤网4朝向激发光源6的表面涂覆有光触媒。上述设计均是为了在激发光源的可照见范围内尽可能增加光催化降解反应面,进一步增加空气净化效果。
优选的,所述第三过滤网4为PM2.5的过滤网。
优选的,空气净化通道3可拆卸的连接在加湿模块壳体2的环形内壁上,能够在需要时将空气净化通道3整体拆卸下来,进行拆解清理或者局部零件的更换而不会对其它未损坏部件造成影响,从而保障整机性能并延长整机寿命。
优选的,所述设备内部电气电路能够独立控制加湿模块功能的开启和关断。这样的设计能够方便人们在体感舒适的时候能够选择暂时关断设备的加湿功能不再过分增加室内空气湿度。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1不同点在于第三过滤网4为波纹型曲面结构。优选的,所述第三过滤网4为波纹型曲面结构,这样的目的同样是为了增大空气与光触媒表面的有效接触面积,提高光催化降解反应效率,从而更好的对空气进行净化。

1.一种具备加湿功能的可拆卸式光催化空气净化器,包括基座(11),其特征在于:所述基座(11)上设置有用于盛放加湿水的加湿模块壳体(2),所述加湿模块壳体(2)上端为敞口结构,且加湿模块壳体(2)上方套设有一外罩(1),外罩(1)顶部和/或侧面设有排气口,所述加湿模块壳体(2)底部设有超声换能器(10),所述加湿模块壳体(2)内设有一贯穿至基座(11)下方的空气净化通道(3),所述过滤通道(3)的上端低于加湿模块壳体(2)的上端,所述空气净化通道(3)为可拆卸式设置,所述空气净化通道(3)内设有从下往上送风的风机(8)以及过滤网、光触媒滤芯(5)和激发光源(6),所述光触媒滤芯(5)围绕激发光源(6)设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具备加湿功能的可拆卸式光催化空气净化器,其特征在于:所述空气净化通道(3)自下而上依次设有第一过滤网(9)、风机(8)、第二过滤网(7)、激发光源(6)、光触媒滤芯(5)和第三过滤网(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具备加湿功能的可拆卸式光催化空气净化器,其特征在于:所述光触媒滤芯(5)包括环绕激发光源(6)设置的表面涂覆光触媒的多层蜂窝状结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的具备加湿功能的可拆卸式光催化空气净化器,其特征在于:所述第一过滤网(9)为PM10的过滤网。
5.根据权利要求2所述的具备加湿功能的可拆卸式光催化空气净化器,其特征在于:所述光触媒滤芯(5)为倾斜设置的多层波纹面环形结构。
6.根据权利要求3所述的具备加湿功能的可拆卸式光催化空气净化器,其特征在于:所述第二过滤网(7)为表面涂覆有光触媒的活性炭纤维网结构的过滤网。
7.根据权利要求2所述的具备加湿功能的可拆卸式光催化空气净化器,其特征在于:所述第三过滤网(4)朝向激发光源(6)的表面涂覆有光触媒。
8.根据权利要求2所述的具备加湿功能的可拆卸式光催化空气净化器,其特征在于:所述第三过滤网(4)为PM2.5的过滤网,所述第三过滤网(4)为波纹型曲面结构。
9.根据权利要求1所述的具备加湿功能的可拆卸式光催化空气净化器,其特征在于:所述空气净化通道(3)可拆卸的连接在加湿模块壳体(2)内设置的的环形内壁上。
