[0002] 现有窑炉的燃料主要有:重油、煤焦油、天然气、煤气、煤粉、石油焦粉、碳粉等。随 着能源价格上涨以及环保要求的提高,企业生产成本不断增加。在工业技术领域的生产中, 会使用大量的燃烧器,其燃烧效率的高低直接影响这能源利用和环境保护效果的好坏,因 而人们非常重视燃烧器技术的改进。目前粉状燃料多采用压缩空气输送至窑炉,与空气在 窑炉内混合燃烧,该燃烧方法存在诸多问题:首先环保不满足标准要求,空气中的氮气在大 于1200°C的情况下,与氧气反应,产生氮氧化物;其次,空气中氮气的比例占78%,氮气被加 热后,随烟气排放,造成大量热损失;再次,空气助燃方式很难使粉状燃料充分燃烧,造成能 源浪费。因此,研宄一种粉状燃料的节能、低氮燃烧方法,具有重要意义。
发明内容
[0003]针对现有技术中窑炉燃烧装置存在的不足,本发明的目的在于:提供一种非空气 输送粉状燃料多氧燃烧装置及方法,该装置及方法具有结构简单、设计合理,无需脱销设 备、采用价格低廉的粉状燃料,降低了生产成本,确保了窑炉的氮氧化物排放量极低,同时 实现了窑炉环保、经济、节能标准。

[0005] —种非空气输送粉状燃料多氧燃烧装置,所述燃烧装置包括下料装置、输送气体 装置、氧气阀站、窑炉;所述下料装置包括依次按序连接的料粉罐、旋转阀、双螺旋称重装 置;所述输送气体装置包括依次按序连接的第一截止阀、气体过滤器、第一压力表、第一气 体稳压阀、第一供气压力变送器、第一气体流量计、第一气体调节阀、第一气体切断阀;所述 氧气阀站包括一次氧管路和二次氧管路,其中,氧气经过所述一次氧管路和二次氧管路共 用依次按序连接的第二截止阀、第二压力表、第二气体稳压阀、第二供气压力变送器、第一 热电偶后,分别经过所述一次氧管路依次按序连接的第二气体流量计、第二气体调节阀、第 二气体切断阀连接至所述窑炉的一次氧枪,经过所述二次氧管路依次按序连接的第三气体 流量计、第三气体调节阀、第三气体切断阀连接至所述窑炉的二次氧枪;所述窑炉包括多氧 燃烧器,所述多氧燃烧器包括烧嘴砖和设置在烧嘴砖上的燃料喷枪、一次氧枪、二次氧枪, 所述一次氧枪与所述燃料喷枪同轴套管布置,所述二次氧枪沿所述燃料喷枪的圆周平行布 置;所述粉料装置和所述输送气体装置通过双曲线混合喷射器将两者连接后,再经输粉管 道连接至所述窑炉的燃料喷枪;所述输粉管道上还设置有回粉管道和吹扫管道,所述吹扫 管道与空气吹扫口连接,所述回粉管道与粉状燃料回收仓连接。
[0006]作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述窑炉上还包括设置在烧嘴砖上的点火器、 火焰检测器和观火孔;所述烧嘴砖采用耐火材料制成;所述输送气体采用天然气、液化石油 气、CO、C〇2气体中任意一种。
[0007] 作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述双曲线混合喷射器包括喷嘴、粉状燃料入 口、接受室、混合室、扩散室;其中所述喷嘴的两端分别连接所述第一气体切断阀和所述粉 状燃料入口,所述粉状燃料入口分别连接所述接受室和所述双螺旋称重装置,并与水平面 倾斜;所述接受室、混合室和扩散室依次按序连接,其中所述扩散室连接所述输粉管道。
[0008] 作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述喷嘴采用耐磨材料制成,所述喷嘴与所述 第一气体切断阀连接时采用金属软管连接;所述喷嘴与所述粉状燃料入口采用法兰连接。
[0009] 作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述燃烧装置还包括燃烧自动控制系统,所述 燃烧自动控制系统包括PLC上位机,所述PLC上位机分别与所述输送气体装置、下料装置、氧 气阀站、窑炉控制连接;其中所述窑炉上还设置有第二热电偶,所述第二热电偶与所述双螺 旋称重装置组成串级调节系统,所述PLC上位机根据所述窑炉的炉内温度控制双螺旋称重 装置的电机转速以调节粉状燃料的供给量;所述PLC上位机根据预设的输送气体量与粉状 燃料量的比例调节输送气体量和粉状燃料供给量,同时根据预设的一次氧供应量和二次氧 供应量的比例调节一次氧和二次氧的供给量,根据预设的总氧气量和燃料总供给量比例调 节氧气供给量。
[0010] 作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述燃烧装置还包括安全联锁控制系统,所述 安全联锁控制系统包括安装在所述输送气体装置和所述氧气阀站管路上的GFT联锁停车保 护程序,当氧气供应量和输送气体量低于预设值时,所述燃烧装置停止运行。

[0012] (1)窑炉烘烤升温后,开启所述吹扫管路的阀门,对输粉管路进行吹扫,待吹扫完 毕后,检查并开启控制系统、一次氧管路和燃气供给管路;点火器自动点火,燃气和一次氧 在窑炉内混合燃烧,将燃气压力和流量调节至设计值,继续开启二次氧管路,根据燃气量自 动调节氧气压力和流量;
[0013] (2)开启粉状燃料输送装置中的旋转阀和双螺旋称重装置,粉状燃料经过所述下 料装置的粉料罐和旋转阀下料至双螺旋称重装置进行计量粉状燃料的重量后,下落至双曲 线混合喷射器,高速气体射流通过双曲线混合喷射器带动粉状燃料产生均匀的两相流,将 粉状燃料输送至所述窑炉的多氧燃烧器;
[0014] (3)在窑炉内一次氧与燃料接触充分,粉状燃料快速燃烧,保证根部火焰稳定;二 次氧从喷嘴中高速喷出时,迅速掺混周围烟气,使氧气浓度得到稀释,窑炉内形成多氧状 态,与燃料逐级掺混燃烧,使得火焰覆盖面大,窑炉内温度分布均匀;
[0015] (4) PLC上位机根据窑炉的炉内温度控制双螺旋称重装置的电机速度,调节粉状燃 料供给量;同时根据预设的输送气体量与粉状燃料量的比例调节输送气体量和粉状燃料供 给量,实现粉状燃料与输送气体的高精度控制;
[0016] (5) PLC上位机根据预设的一次氧供应量和二次氧供应量的比例调节一次氧和二 次氧的供给量;同时根据预设的总氧气量和燃料总供给量比例调节氧气供给量;

1. 一种非空气输送粉状燃料多氧燃烧装置,其特征在于:所述燃烧装置包括下料装置、 输送气体装置、氧气阀站、窑炉;所述下料装置包括依次按序连接的料粉罐(1)、旋转阀(2)、 双螺旋称重装置(3);所述输送气体装置包括依次按序连接的第一截止阀(4)、气体过滤器 (5)、第一压力表(6)、第一气体稳压阀(7)、第一供气压力变送器(8)、第一气体流量计(9)、 第一气体调节阀(10)、第一气体切断阀(11);所述氧气阀站包括一次氧管路(12)和二次氧 管路(13),其中,氧气经过所述一次氧管路和二次氧管路共用依次按序连接的第二截止阀 (14)、第二压力表(15)、第二气体稳压阀(16)、第二供气压力变送器(17)、第一热电偶(18) 后,分别经过所述一次氧管路依次按序连接的第二气体流量计(19)、第二气体调节阀(2〇)、 第二气体切断阀(21)连接至所述窑炉(22)的一次氧枪(23),经过所述二次氧管路依次按序 连接的第三气体流量计(24)、第三气体调节阀(25)、第三气体切断阀(26)连接至所述窑炉 的二次氧枪(27);所述窑炉包括多氧燃烧器(28),所述多氧燃烧器包括烧嘴砖(29)和设置 在烧嘴砖上的燃料喷枪(30)、一次氧枪(23)、二次氧枪(2乃,所述一次氧枪与所述燃料喷枪 同轴套管布置,所述二次氧枪沿所述燃料喷枪的圆周平行布置;所述下料装置和所述输送 气体装置通过双曲线混合喷射器(31)将两者连接后,再经输粉管道(32)连接至所述窑炉的 燃料喷枪;所述输粉管道上还设置有回粉管道(33)和吹扫管道(34),所述吹扫管道与空气 吹扫口(35)连接,所述回粉管道与粉状燃料回收仓(36)连接;所述双曲线混合喷射器包括 喷嘴(40)、粉状燃料入口(41)、接受室(4¾、混合室(43)、扩散室(44);其中所述喷嘴的两端 分别连接所述第一气体切断阀和所述粉状燃料入口,所述粉状燃料入口分别连接所述接受 室和所述双螺旋称重装置,并与水平面倾斜;所述接受室、混合室和扩散室依次按序连接, 其中所述扩散室连接所述输粉管道;所述喷嘴采用耐磨材料制成,所述喷嘴与所述第一气 体切断阀连接时采用金属软管连接;所述喷嘴与所述粉状燃料入口采用法兰(45)连接;所 述燃烧装置还包括燃烧自动控制系统,所述燃烧自动控制系统包括PLC上位机,所述PLC上 位机分别与所述输送气体装置、下料装置、氧气阀站、窑炉控制连接;其中所述窑炉上还设 置有第二热电偶(妨),所述第二热电偶与所述双螺旋称重装置组成串级调节系统,所述PLC 上位机根据所述窑炉的炉内温度控制双螺旋称重装置的电机转速以调节粉状燃料的供给 量;所述PLC上位机根据预设的输送气体量与粉状燃料量的比例调节输送气体量和粉状燃 料供给量,同时根据预设的一次氧供应量和二次氧供应量的比例调节一次氧和二次氧的供 给量,根据预设的总氧气量燃料总供给量比例调节氧气供给量; 上述一种燃气输送粉状燃料多氧燃烧装置的燃烧方法包括如下步骤: (1) 窑炉烘烤升温后,开启所述吹扫管路的阀门,对输粉管路进行吹扫,待吹扫完毕后, 检查并开启控制系统、一次氧管路和燃气组件的燃气供给管路;高能点火器自动点火,燃气 和一次氧在窑炉内混合燃烧,将燃气压力和流量调节至设计值,继续开启二次氧管路,根据 燃气量自动调节氧气压力和流量; (2) 当燃气燃烧稳定后,开启粉状燃料输送装置中的下料阀、旋转阀和双螺旋称重装 置,粉状燃料经过所述料粉组件的粉料罐和旋转阀下料至双螺旋称重装置进行计量粉状燃 料的重量后,下落至双曲线混合喷射器,高速燃气射流通过双曲线混合喷射器带动粉状燃 料产生均匀的两相流,将粉状燃料输送至所述窑炉的多氧燃烧器; (3) 在窑炉内一次氧与燃料接触充分,粉状燃料快速燃烧,保证根部火焰稳定;二次氧 从喷嘴中高速喷出时,迅速掺混周围烟气,使氧气浓度得到稀释,窑炉内形成多氧状态,与 燃料逐级掺混燃烧,使得火焰覆盖面大,窑炉内温度分布均勻; (4) PLC上位机根据窑炉的炉内温度控制双螺旋称重装置的电机速度,调节粉状燃料供 给量;同时根据预设的燃气输送量与粉状燃料量的比例调节燃气输送量和粉状燃料供给 量,实现粉状燃料与燃气输送的高精度控制; (5) PLC上位机根据预设的一次氧供应量和二次氧供应量的比例调节一次氧和二次氧 的供给量;同时根据预设的总氧气量和总粉状燃料供给量调节氧气供给量和粉状燃料供给 量; (6) 当需要停炉时,首先关闭粉状燃料旋转阀和双螺旋称重装置的电机,停止给料,然 后自动切断一次氧管路和二次氧管路的气体切断阀;开启空气管道的阀门,逐渐关闭燃气 组件的管路阀门,待空气与料粉两相流稳定后,切断燃气组件的气体切断阀,同时开启回粉 管道的阀门,输粉管路中粉状燃料被空气带回料仓,燃料喷枪中的粉状燃料被吹到窑炉内, 待输粉管路和燃料喷枪吹扫干净后,关闭空气吹扫管路阀门,完成操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种非空气输送粉状燃料多氧燃烧装置,其特征在于:所述窑 炉上还包括设置在烧嘴砖上的点火器(37)、火焰检测器(38)和观火孔(39);所述烧嘴砖采 用耐火材料制成;所述输送气体采用天然气、液化石油气、CO、C02气体中任意一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种非空气输送粉状燃料多氧燃烧装置,其特征在于:所述燃 烧装置还包括安全联锁控制系统,所述安全联锁控制系统包括安装在所述输送气体装置和 所述氧气阀站官路上的GFT联锁停车保护程序,当氧气供应量和输送气体供应量低于预设 值时,所述燃烧装置停止运行。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种非空气输送粉状燃料多氧燃烧装置,其特征在于:所述非 空气输送粉状燃料多氧燃烧方法采用天然气、液化石油气、C0、C02气体中任意一种作为输 送气体,氧气作为助燃气体,确保输送气体和助燃气体不向窑炉内带入氮气。
