[0002] 颗粒在自然界及日常生活中普遍存在,谷物、砂石、药品、煤炭、矿石等都属于颗粒物质。单个颗粒以固体形式存在,但颗粒群在运动时将会出现“飞沙走石”的流体形态,当颗粒群受到有规律的振动与冲击时,颗粒将出现有规律的流动态,出现浮力等效果。古人正是利用这些效果进行谷物的分级的,先贤宋应星先生在《天工开物》中记载了利用圆筛、簸箕去除谷物中的谷皮、草梗,砂石的分级。但这些古老谷物分级装置一般采用人力作业,采用大振幅、低频率(IHz左右)作业,造成分级效率低,分级效果差。

[0022] 如图1-10所示,一种电动水平直线振动式谷物分级装置,该装置由电机座1、变频电机2、曲柄3、组合连杆4、谷物仓5、两个组合支撑座6、插板7、冲击垫8、底座9组成,所述的曲柄3、组合连杆4和谷物仓5组成往复运动的曲柄滑块机构,此机构在变频电机2的驱动下做往复水平直线振动,促使谷物仓中的草梗、谷物、砂石沿料层厚度方向出现上、中、下的偏析分层,依靠谷物仓底的细孔,筛分出砂石,分层完毕后,依靠人工去除上部草梗,然后排出谷粒,完成分级。所述的电机座I布置在最右端,并用螺栓固定在底座9上,变频电机2通过螺栓固定在电机座I上,电机的伸出端通过普通平键和曲柄3 —端相连,曲柄3另一端通过松螺栓与组合连杆4的左端圆孔形成铰链,组合连杆4的右端圆孔同谷物仓5的左端凸缘的圆孔通过松螺栓形成铰链,谷物仓5下部有四条滑道,与两个组合支撑座6上的四个滚动防尘轴承的外圈形成滚动约束,底座11的左右各安装一个组合支撑座6,两个组合支撑座6均通过螺栓固定在底座11上。谷物仓5左右两端各用沉头螺钉固定一冲击垫8,底座11上在谷物仓5两侧各焊有一冲击架9。曲柄滑块机构的连杆为组合式,两个半连杆中间用四个螺栓固定一缓冲的橡胶块,以保证曲柄滑块振动机构具有良好的缓冲性能。谷物仓左右两端各有一冲击垫8,当谷物仓处于移动到左极限位置时,冲击垫8将同底座上左面冲击架相接触;反之,冲击垫8同右面冲击架相接触,其作用是用于缓冲谷物仓的惯性力。谷物仓5为一梯形槽(上底X下底X高X宽=800mm X 600mm X 130mm X 200mm),材质为15号钢,为一焊接结构,用做盛谷物。谷物仓底部有64个直径为2mm圆孔。每个插板上有21个直径为2mm圆孔,在谷物仓振动时,使底部细砂石筛出仓外。谷物仓下部焊有一圆管,下部侧面开有一长方形插板槽,且圆管、插板槽和梯形槽三者相贯通,通过一插板7插入或抽入来控制下层谷粒是否放料。谷物仓5上部侧面焊有一放料槽,以方便上层草梗的清除。谷物仓5内部底面沿长度和宽度方向均布焊有8个直径为8_,高为12_,材质为耐磨钢的小圆柱,通过8个小圆柱的搅动可使物料颗粒松散,有利于分层,同时,8个小圆柱对物料颗粒的撞击,有效地增大了物料颗粒的偏析分层的能量。变频电机2的变频范围为5Hz-15Hz,能够满足不同种类颗粒之间分级作业要求,变频电机的功率为200W。两个组合支撑座6由支撑架10、阶梯轴11、两个滚动防尘轴承组成,支撑架10上部为一线切割加工出的U型槽,此U型槽与阶梯轴11中部的平面和圆弧面相配合,用于阶梯轴11的定位,使阶梯轴11固定不动。两个封闭式轴承装在阶梯轴11的两端,滚动防尘轴承的内圈与阶梯轴11紧配合,依靠阶梯轴11的轴肩实现轴向定位,滚动防尘轴承外圈与谷物仓5的滑道相切,形成高副形式的滚动摩擦,有效地减小了谷物仓5的运动阻力。两个组合支撑座计四个滚动防尘轴承与滑道配合,形成四个高副,四个高副促使谷物仓5呈平行于地面的水平平动。冲击垫采用橡胶材料,谷物仓底部8个小圆柱采用耐磨钢,谷物仓内表面进行氮化处理。滚动防尘轴承采用脂润滑。
[0023] 本发明的工作原理及工作过程如下:
[0024] 谷物仓5水平直线振动时,谷物仓5中的谷物依靠仓壁摩擦和料仓底部8个小圆柱体的碰撞获得能量,使谷物的间隙发生变化,为谷物颗粒间的位置交换提供前提条件,由于轻颗粒的能量和动量远小于重颗粒,碰撞时轻颗粒更容易向外部自由空间运动,此时,在重力作用下,重颗粒移动至并填充料层下部空间,轻颗粒在不断排挤中被移至料层上部,最终形成谷物仓中的草梗、谷物、砂石沿料层厚度方向出现上、中、下的偏析分层。
[0025] 从谷物仓5上部装入待分级的谷物,启动变频电机2,在变频电机2驱动下,曲柄滑块机构做水平往复直线振动,形成谷物仓5中的草梗、谷物、砂石沿料层厚度方向出现上、中、下的偏析分层。由于谷物仓5底部及两个插板7上有众多小圆孔,在谷物仓5振动时,使底部细砂石筛出仓外。偏析分层中草梗升入顶层,当分层完毕后,首先清除谷物仓5上部的草梗,然后打开谷物仓5下部的两个插板7,使谷粒从下部的圆管放出。
Claims (5)
1.一种电动水平直线振动式谷物分级装置,其特征是该装置包括:电机座、变频电机、曲柄、组合连杆、谷物仓、两个组合支撑座、插板、两个冲击垫和底座,所述的曲柄、组合连杆和谷物仓组成曲柄滑块机构,此机构在变频电机的驱动下做往复水平直线振动,电机座用螺栓固定在底座上,变频电机通过螺栓固定在电机座上,变频电机的伸出端通过平键和曲柄一端相连,曲柄另一端通过松螺栓与组合连杆的左端圆孔形成铰链,组合连杆的右端圆孔同谷物仓的左端凸缘的圆孔通过松螺栓形成铰链,谷物仓下部有四条滑道,与左、右两个组合支撑座上的四个滚动防尘轴承的外圈形成滚动约束,两个组合支撑座均通过螺栓固定在底座上,谷物仓左右两端各用沉头螺钉固定一个冲击垫,谷物仓两侧各焊有一个冲击架,谷物仓底部有64个直径为2mm圆孔,所述的插板上有21个直径为2mm圆孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动水平直线振动式谷物分级装置,其特征是所述的曲柄滑块机构的连杆为组合式,两个半连杆中间用四个螺栓固定一个缓冲的橡胶块,谷物仓左右两端各有一冲击垫,当谷物仓处于移动到左极限位置时,冲击垫将与底座上左面冲击架相接触;反之,当谷物仓处于移动到右极限位置时,冲击垫同右面冲击架相接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动水平直线振动式谷物分级装置,其特征是所述的谷物仓为一梯形槽,谷物仓下部焊有一根圆管,下部侧面开有一长方形插板槽,且圆管、插板槽和梯形槽三者相贯通,通过插板抽出或插入控制下层谷粒是否放料,谷物仓上部侧面有一放料槽,谷物仓梯形槽内底面焊有8个圆柱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动水平直线振动式谷物分级装置,其特征是所述的组合支撑座由支撑架、阶梯轴和两个滚动防尘轴承组成,滚动防尘轴承外圈与谷物仓的四条滑道相切,形成滚动副。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动水平直线振动式谷物分级装置,其特征是所述的变频电机变频范围为5Hz-15Hz。
