千年健：祛风湿，强筋骨。主治风寒湿痹，腰膝冷痛，下肢拘挛麻木。
乳香：活血行气止痛，消肿。没药：活血止痛，消肿。二者相须为用，治疗各种气滞血瘀疼痛。
制川乌：祛风除湿，温经止痛。本品辛热升散苦燥，疏利迅速，开通关节，驱逐寒湿，善于祛风除湿，温经散寒，止痛，为治疗风寒湿痹证之佳品，尤宜于寒邪偏盛之风湿痹痛。用于风寒湿痹、关节疼痛、肢体拘挛。
萆解：利湿去浊，祛风除痹。本品能够祛风除湿，通络止痛。善治腰膝痹痛，筋脉屈伸不利。用于风湿性关节痛、腰膝酸痛。
骨碎补：补肾强骨，活血疗伤。本品苦温入肾，能温补肾阳，强筋健骨，治肾虚腰痛脚弱。
五加皮：祛风湿，补肝肾，强筋骨，利水。本品能够祛风散寒燥湿，温补肝肾，为强壮性祛风湿药，治风湿痹证，腰膝疼痛，筋脉拘挛。
桑寄生：祛风湿、补肝肾、强筋骨。本品能够祛风湿又长于补肝肾、强筋骨，对痹症日久，伤及肝肾，腰膝酸软，筋骨无力尤宜。
秦艽：祛风湿，通络止痛，退虚热，清湿热本品为风药中之润剂，风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，骨节酸痛，无问寒热新久均可配伍应用。用于风湿痹痛、周身或关节拘挛，及手足不遂等。
土鳖虫：破血逐瘀，续筋接骨。本品性善走窜，能活血消肿止痛，续筋接骨疗伤，用于筋骨折伤，瘀血肿痛。
三七：化瘀止血，活血定痛。本品为伤科之要药，能够活血化瘀而消肿定痛，且能化瘀生新。凡跌打损伤，或筋骨折伤，瘀血肿痛等，本品皆为首选药物。
桃仁：活血祛瘀，润肠通便。本品善泄血滞，祛瘀力强，为治疗淤血阻滞病症的常用药。用于跌打损伤，瘀血肿痛，淤血经闭，癥瘕。
红花：活血通经，祛瘀止痛。本品能通利血脉，消肿止痛，为治跌打损伤，瘀滞疼痛要药。
全蝎：息风止痉，攻毒散结，通络止痛。本品善搜风通络止痛，对风寒湿痹久治不愈，筋脉拘挛，作用颇佳。
伸筋草：祛风湿，舒筋活络。本品能祛风湿，善通经络，消肿止痛。用治风寒湿痹，关节酸痛，屈伸不利，跌打损伤。
姜黄：活血行气，通经止痛。本品能外散风寒湿邪，内行气血，通络止痛，尤长于行肢臂而除痹痛，用治风湿痹痛，跌打损伤。
蜈蚣：息风镇痉，攻毒散结，通络止痛。本品有良好的通络止痛功效，与全蝎相似，用治风湿顽痹，游走不定，痛势剧烈者。
本发明为纯中药制剂，本方具有祛风除湿，活血通络之功，能够抗炎、镇痛，调节免疫，改善血液循环。用于痹症，肩周炎，颈椎病，腰腿痛，肌肉关节疼痛，屈伸不利，以及风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎见以上证候者。本配方各种组份之间具有相互协同作用，对于因感受风寒湿邪而患痹症或跌打损伤、瘀滞疼痛具有非常好的疗效，且成本低廉，无毒副作用，能起到标本兼治的治疗效果。

实施例3，一种治疗腰腿痛的中药组合物，各组份按重量份组成为独活20克，杜仲10克，千年健15克，乳没25克，制川乌10克，萆解20克，骨碎补15克，五加皮15克，寄生15克，秦艽20克，土鳖虫12克，三七25克，桃仁12克，红花10克，全蝎10克，伸筋草20克，姜黄15克，蜈蚣8克。
以上各实施例中的药物的制备和服用方法是：按上述各实施例中的重量称取各种原料药，放入药罐中加水800—1000克，浸泡20—40分钟，急火煎沸后，改慢火煎熬30—40分钟，滤取药液；再向药罐中加水500—600克，浸泡20—30分钟，急火煎沸改慢火煎熬30—40分钟，滤取药液并与第一次滤取药液混合均匀，分到2份，早晚空腹各服1份，5天为一个疗程，服药期间忌食辛辣、鱼虾。

病例1：王某，男20岁学生。因腰痛伴左臀部、股部疼痛2个月就诊。患者曾在某医院就诊，诊断为：腰扭伤，行腰部局部封闭、口服镇痛药物治疗，疼痛在短期内迅速缓解。停药后复发，现腰痛伴左臀部、股部痛，经人介绍来我处治疗，检查：腰3-5棘突左侧腰肌紧张、可扪及长约2cm条索样硬结、压痛，按压时放射至左臀部、股部。诊断：腰扭伤。给上述中药组合物，每日1剂，口服10天后，症状减轻，用药半个月，腰腿痛消失，观察一年未再复发。
病例2：张某某，男60岁。腰痛伴屈伸受限3年就诊。患者自述曾在某医院诊断为：腰肌劳损，吃消炎镇痛药物、加理疗治疗，病情好转减轻，停药后复发，经人介绍来我处检查，诊断为：腰椎退行性病变、腰肌劳损。给上述中药组合物，并嘱患者坚持行腰背肌、腹肌功能锻炼以增加腰椎的稳定性。经过5个疗程服药，疼痛症状基本消除且再没有复发，屈伸活动明显改善。
病例3：李某某，女48岁。腰背部沉重、疼痛1年加重1周。其自述一年前因在夏季劳累后至阴冷潮湿的山洞避暑致腰背部疼痛，曾在当地多个诊所就医，诊断为：腰扭伤。吃止痛药加理疗治疗1个月，病情减轻，之后每遇阴雨天及寒冷天，腰背部即感疼痛不适，曾间断口服药物治疗，未见明显好转，经人介绍来我处，查体：腰背部沿腰脊肌周围压痛，屈伸活动疼痛明显，屈伸受限。诊断为：风湿病、腰背筋膜炎。给上述中药组合物，经过3个疗程服药，腰背痛明显减轻，6个疗程后，腰背痛症状消失，腰椎屈伸活动正常。
病例4：张某某，女36岁。腰痛伴右下肢疼痛1个月。患者自述在搬重物时突发腰痛伴右下肢放射痛，曾在某医院诊断为：腰椎间盘突出症。口服消炎止痛药物、卧床、针灸、加理疗治疗，病情减轻。经人介绍来我处治疗，检查：腰4/5棘突间隙右侧压痛、叩击痛且向右下肢放射至右小腿外侧，右下肢直腿抬高试验45°（+），感觉、肌力正常。诊断为：腰椎间盘突出症。给上述中药组合物，经过3个疗程服药，腰腿痛明显减轻，病情稳定，继续服药2个疗程后，病情痊愈，停药3年没有复发。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗腰腿痛的中药组合物，其特征是：各组份按重量份组成为独活15-25克，杜仲8-12克，千年健13-17克，乳没20-30克，制川乌8-12克，萆解15-25克，骨碎补12-17克，五加皮12-17克，寄生12-17克，秦艽15-25克，土鳖虫10-15克，三七20-30克，桃仁10-15克，红花8-12克，全蝎8-12克，伸筋草15-25克，姜黄12-17克，蜈蚣5—10克。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种治疗腰腿痛的中药组合物，其特征是：各组份按重量份组成为独活20克，杜仲10克，千年健15克，乳没25克，制川乌10克，萆解20克，骨碎补15克，五加皮15克，寄生15克，秦艽20克，土鳖虫12克，三七25克，桃仁12克，红花10克，全蝎10克，伸筋草20克，姜黄15克，蜈蚣8克。
