技术领域
本发明总体涉及飞行器餐饮或厨房推车,并且更具体地涉及具有内边缘的飞行器厨房推车舱门,其中所述内边缘具有带有改进的密封结构的内面。
背景技术
在具有飞行中餐饮服务的商业飞行器上,厨房推车经常用于将食物从飞行器厨房运送给乘客。例如,这种厨房推车一般具有铝质门边缘,其是热传导的,并且因此会妨碍厨房推车的热绝缘性,从而用作冷冻推车舱内的“冷桥(coldbridge)”。该常规厨房推车的门主结构的其他金属组件也会在一定程度上妨碍厨房推车本身的热绝缘性。这种常规的厨房推车门一般还会通过门的扫掠动作在关闭后提供“塞”门密封件。
将期望的是提供一种飞行器厨房推车舱门,其利用碳纤维增强复合材料作为该门的主结构材料中的大部分,以便显著地减轻该门的重量和强度,从而允许将该门用于良好地保持厨房推车的内容物,并且通过消除金属组件来显著地减少冷冻推车舱厨房内的冷桥。还将期望的是提供一种飞行器厨房推车舱门,其包含允许实现压缩密封的向内面向的周边,从而改善并且简化密封并减少磨损。本发明满足这些需求和其他需求。
发明内容
简单地并且概括地讲,本发明提供了一种超轻质的厨房推车舱或隔间门,其具有门的主结构和内边缘,其中模塑碳纤维增强复合材料形成该门的主结构的基本大部分,并且内边缘向内转向以便允许将密封件安装在该门的内边缘的内面上从而改善该门的密封能力并且减少该门的密封磨损。
因此,本发明提供了一种飞行器厨房推车舱门,其具有内侧和外侧,该飞行器厨房推车舱门包含门主结构,该门主结构具有带有向内面向的周边内边缘的内壁,其中该向内面向的周边内边缘具有内表面;以及在内壁的向内面向的周边内边缘的内表面上的表面密封件。在当前优选方面,该门的主结构的基本上大部分由高强度模塑碳纤维复合材料形成。在另一当前优选方面,门主结构限定凹部,并且绝缘材料被设置在由该门的主结构限定的凹部内。在另一当前优选方面,飞行器厨房推车舱门包含邻近飞行器厨房推车舱门的上端定位在外壁上的门闩。在另一当前优选方面,飞行器厨房推车舱门的内壁具有沿着内壁的上边缘形成的上肩部(uppershoulder),并且门闩邻近内壁的上肩部定位。在另一当前优选方面,门主结构的基本大部分由高强度模塑碳纤维复合材料形成。

具体实施方式
参考附图,其被提供用于说明目的且以示例方式提供,本发明提供一种超轻质厨房推车舱或隔间门,其具有由模塑碳纤维增强复合材料组成的主结构,其中该门的内边缘被向内转向以允许将密封件安装在其内面上,从而改善其密封能力并且减少密封磨损。

Claims (8)
1.一种飞行器厨房推车舱门,其具有内侧和外侧,所述飞行器厨房推车舱门包括:
门主结构,其包含内壁,所述内壁包含带有内表面的向内面向的周边内边缘;以及
所述内壁的所述向内面向的周边内边缘的所述内表面上的表面密封件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的飞行器厨房推车舱门,其中所述门主结构限定凹部,并且绝缘材料被设置在由所述门主结构限定的所述凹部内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的飞行器厨房推车舱门,其中所述飞行器厨房推车舱门具有上端,并且进一步包括邻近所述飞行器厨房推车舱门的所述上端定位在所述外壁上的门闩。
4.根据权利要求3所述的飞行器厨房推车舱门,其中所述飞行器厨房推车舱门的所述内壁具有沿所述内壁的上边缘形成的上肩部,并且所述门闩邻近所述内壁的所述上肩部定位。
5.根据权利要求1所述的飞行器厨房推车舱门,其中所述门主结构的基本大部分由高强度模塑碳纤维复合材料形成。
6.一种飞行器厨房推车舱门,其具有内侧、外侧以及上侧边缘、下侧边缘、左侧边缘和右侧边缘,所述飞行器厨房推车舱门包括:
门主结构,其包含内壁和外壁,所述内壁具有向内面向的周边内边缘和沿所述内壁的上边缘形成的上肩部,所述向内面向的周边内边缘具有内面;
表面密封件,其沿着所述飞行器厨房推车舱门的所述上侧边缘、所述下侧边缘、所述左侧边缘以及所述右侧边缘设置在所述内壁的所述向内面向的周边内边缘的所述内面上;以及
门闩,其邻近所述飞行器厨房推车舱门的所述上端并且邻近所述内壁的所述上肩部定位在所述外壁上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的飞行器厨房推车舱门,其中所述门主结构的大部分由高强度模塑碳纤维复合材料形成。
8.根据权利要求6所述的飞行器厨房推车舱门,其中所述门主结构限定凹部,并且绝缘材料被设置在由所述门主结构限定的所述凹部内。
