本发明公开了一种空气净化器,包括壳体和壳体中间设置的隔板,隔板将壳体内部分为上部空间和下部空间;下部空间设置进气装置和一次气体净化装置;上部空间设置二次气体净化装置、冷凝装置和排气装置;一次气体净化装置的排气口与所述二次气体净化装置的进气口通过抽气管7相连;隔板19上设置有漏水口21。本发明的有益效果是:功率消耗低,效果好,无噪声,可以有效去除PM2.5。本发明通过第一次气体与水的混合有效去除空气中的粉尘,然后经过一次处理的空气,在隔板上方与换能器产生的水雾二次混合再次去除剩余粉尘,有效去除PM2.5。最后利用出口附近的低温凝露去除水及空气中的PM2.5,净化后得空气经排气口排出。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及净化器技术领域,特别涉及一种可有效去除PM2.5的空气净化器。
背景技术
[0002] 现代社会中,由于雾霾严重,空气质量下降,空气净化器的需求逐年增加。
[0003] 目前市场上广泛销售的各种空气净化器,主要是室内空气循环过滤方式的滤网结 构的各种品牌产品,它们的构造基本上是在净化器外壳内部设置各种滤网并且与风箱及风 扇组成气流通道,外壳内外还设有控制及操作部件,前盖板打开是滤网室,滤网室内先后装 进超细复合滤网、活性炭滤网及前置粗滤网。为了将PM2.5去除一般需要采用高密度过滤网 及多层过滤层,功耗大、噪音大,维护系统麻烦成本高。
[0004] 目前也有水帘水幕清除空气中的粉尘微粒,例如申请号201410660011.2的发明 申请公开了一种空气净化器,包括:壳体、储液装置以及甩液装置,壳体内具有甩液空间, 壳体上形成有与甩液空间连通的进风口,储液装置设在壳体内,其中甩液装置设在甩液空 间内,甩液装置包括甩液组件,甩液组件被构造成将供向甩液组件的液体转化为形成在甩 液组件所在的三维空间内的三维液场,三维液场包括三维液滴场和三维液膜场中的至少一 个,三维液滴场由一种或多种粒径液滴以预定的分布模式构成,三维液膜场由形成在甩液 组件上的液膜构成,甩液装置用于将由储液装置供向甩液装置的液体转化为三维液膜场和 /或三维液滴场以吸附由进风口进入到甩液空间内的空气中的杂质污染物并从出风口送 出。这种除尘的效果还是不理想,而且飞轮旋转噪声很大,严重影响了用户的正常生活。

发明内容
[0006] 为了满足低耗功率,高效无噪声的去除PM2 •5需求,本发明实施例提供了一种空气 净化器,功率消耗低,效果好,无噪声,可以有效去除PM2 • 5,同时空气净化器还具有加湿功 能。
[0007] 实现本发明的技术特征表现为:采用立体多级混合形式去除PM2.5结构,具体依次 为进口的过滤网、壳体内的百叶窗惯性除尘、喷淋洗浴去除、超声波水雾去除以及出口附近 的低温凝露去除。
[000S]为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种空气净化器,包括壳体9和所述壳体9 中间设置的隔板19,所述隔板19将壳体9内部分为上部空间和下部空间;

[0026]本发明的工作过程是:引风机开启,未经净化的空气自进气口的滤网进入,依次通 过活性炭层过滤部分粉尘颗粒和细菌,通过壳体内的百叶窗的导向作用进入的气体直接接 触储水槽表面的水后被反射向上这时又去除部分粉尘颗粒及细菌,被反射向上的气体经过 净化器内部喷淋洗浴,喷头12喷出的水与进入的空气第一次混合有效去除空气中的粉尘颗 粒,第一次去除空气中的PM2.5,初次净化后的空气经过抽气管7进入到上部空间,上层储水 槽18中的换能器5产生的超声波水雾与抽气管7出口的空气混合,去除空气中的PM2.5,经过 两次净化后有效去除空气中各种粒径的粉尘及颗粒。最后利用出口附近的冷凝装置形成低 温凝露去除水及空气中的PM2 • 5,净化后得空气经排气口排出。
