Abstract

[0003] 传统的加工板栗的方法有水煮、锅炒以及烘烤的方式,特别在烘烤的方式中,板栗 的加工方式单一,加工耗费时间大,加工效率低,并且路边的炒板栗往往存在卫生问题。
发明内容
[0004] 基于此,有必要针对如何提高烘烤效率的问题,提供一种板栗烘焙机。

1. 一种板栗烘焙机,其特征在于,包括箱体、箱门、烤盘、炒具及烤具,所述箱体设置有 第一烤制腔室、第二烤制腔室及第三烤制腔室; 所述箱门转动设置于所述箱体上,用于显露或封闭所述第一烤制腔室、所述第二烤制 腔室及所述第三烤制腔室; 所述第一烤制腔室设置有若千第一电加热管,所述第二烤制腔室设置有若干第二电加 热管,所述第三烤制腔室设置有若干第三电加热管; 所述烤盘设置于所述第一烤制腔室,且位于若干所述第一电加热管之间,用于干性烘 烤板栗; 所述炒具设置于所述第二烤制腔室,且位于若干所述第二电加热管之间,用于糖炒板 栗; 所述第三烤制腔室设置有承接件,所述承接件位于若干所述第三电加热管之间,所述 烤具设置于所述承接件上,用于糖烤板栗; 所述箱体于所述第二烤制腔室的开口周缘设置有枢接位,用于连接所述箱门;所述箱 门包括门框以及套设于所述门框的主体,且所述主体包括依次连接的耐磨层、防爆层及隔 热层,所述门框转动安装于所述枢接位上;所述隔热层设置于靠近所述第一烤腔的一侧,覆 盖所述第一烤腔的开口; 箱门还包括第一门体、第二门体及第三门体,第一门体、第二门体及第三门体的结构相 同,形状大小与其对应的第一烤制腔室、第二烤制腔室及第三烤制腔室相适配,第一烤制腔 室、第二烤制腔室及第三烤制腔室的周缘均设置有一个枢接位,第一门体、第二门体及第三 门体分别对应连接于枢接位,枢接位包括固定块、第一枢杆及第二枢杆,固定块与箱体连 接,固定块的两端分别开设有第一开槽及第二开槽,第一枢杆的一端部与第一开槽转动连 接,另一端部与箱门连接,第二枢杆的一端部与第二开槽转动连接,另一端部与箱门连接, 第一枢杆与第二枢杆分别位于箱门的两侧边区域; 所述承接件具有L字型截面; 所述承接件为长条状; 所述第三烤制腔室的两侧壁包括第一内侧壁及第二内侧壁,用于安装所述承接件; 所述承接件的数量为两个,分别设置于所述第一内侧壁及所述第二内侧壁; 所述箱体的侧壁设置有第三电机,所述第三电机的转子穿设所述承接件与所述烤具连 接; 所述烤具包括底盘、凸围、混动件及倾斜件,所述凸围设置于所述底盘的周缘,所述混 动件穿设所述凸围与所述第三电机的转子连接,所述倾斜件设置于所述底盘的两侧区域; 所述底盘具有方形截面; 所述底盘的周缘倾斜设置有倾斜面,所述倾斜面与所述承接件的L字型的内侧面抵接; 所述凸围与所述底盘形成有混合空间,用于放置待糖烤板栗。
