本发明公开了一种硅胶管道用结构改进的切断阀,其包括阀套和阀座,阀套固定在阀座上,阀套和阀座之间成型有腔室,腔室内设置有阀芯,阀座的内端面上成型有阀芯孔、内端面上成型有进料孔,阀芯插接在阀座的阀芯孔内,阀座阀芯孔中部的内壁上成型有环形槽,阀座内成型有通道,通道连通环形槽和进料孔。本发明在现有硅胶管道用切断阀的基础上修改了其阀座内进料通道,从阀座进料口进入的压力对阀芯的影响很小,阀芯移动控制得到保证,减少了切断阀发生失效的状况。

Description

一种硅胶管道用结构改进的切断阀
技术领域:
本发明涉及阀体的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种硅胶管道用结构改进的切断阀。
背景技术:
阀体是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。切断阀是阀体中应用最广的一种,其用于控制流体的流通或截止,注塑机械的硅胶管道上普遍采用切断阀来控制胶料的流通或截止。而现有技术中硅胶管道上的切断阀存在结构复杂,制造成本高,受流量和压力的影响大的缺陷。从而提出如图1所示的一种结构简单的切断阀,其通过气源或水源等作为控制介质,实现切断阀内的阀芯移动从而实现切断阀的进口与出口之间通道开启和关闭之间的切换,而该种切断阀的阀座2上成型有进料口22和阀芯孔21,而其进料口22和阀芯孔21直接相连通,从而进入进料口22直接冲击在阀芯3上,从而此种切断阀受阀座2进料口22的压力影响很多,当进料口22的压力大于阀芯3移动控制的气源或水源的压力时,会造成切断阀失效。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种硅胶管道用结构改进的切断阀,其整改了阀座内进料通道,减小了进料口压力对阀芯的影响,减少了造成切断阀失效的因素。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种硅胶管道用结构改进的切断阀,包括阀套和阀座,阀套固定在阀座上,阀套和阀座之间成型有腔室,腔室内设置有阀芯,阀座的内端面上成型有阀芯孔、内端面上成型有进料孔,阀芯插接在阀座的阀芯孔内,阀座阀芯孔中部的内壁上成型有环形槽,阀座内成型有通道,通道连通环形槽和进料孔。
所述的阀套上成型有出料孔,阀套出料孔的中心轴线和阀座阀芯孔的中心轴线在同一直线上,阀芯的两端分别插接在阀套的出料孔内和阀座的阀芯孔内,阀芯的一端面上成型有与阀套出料孔相连通的槽孔,槽孔的底端成型有贯穿阀芯外壁的通孔。
所述阀套和阀座之间的腔室呈圆柱形,腔室内的阀芯的中部成型有活塞盘,活塞盘上插套固定有活塞环,活塞环抵靠在腔室的内壁上,阀套和阀座上分别固定连接有气管接头,气管接头分别与阀芯活塞盘两侧的腔室相连通。
所述阀座阀芯孔底端的内壁上固定有密封圈,阀芯的外壁压靠在密封圈上,阀座上的环形槽和阀芯上的通孔分布在密封圈的两侧。
所述阀套的出料孔上固定连接有出料管接头,出料管接头上插接有出料管,所述的阀座上插套有冷水套。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它在现有硅胶管道用切断阀的基础上修改了其阀座内进料通道,从阀座进料口进入的压力对阀芯的影响很小,阀芯移动控制得到保证,减少了切断阀发生失效的状况。

实施例:见图2所示,一种硅胶管道用结构改进的切断阀,包括阀套1和阀座2,阀套1固定在阀座2上,阀套1和阀座2之间成型有腔室a,腔室a内设置有阀芯3,阀座2的内端面上成型有阀芯孔21、内端面上成型有进料孔22,阀芯3插接在阀座2的阀芯孔21内,阀座2阀芯孔21中部的内壁上成型有环形槽23,阀座2内成型有通道24,通道24连通环形槽23和进料孔22。
所述的阀套1上成型有出料孔,阀套1出料孔的中心轴线和阀座2阀芯孔21的中心轴线在同一直线上,阀芯3的两端分别插接在阀套1的出料孔内和阀座2的阀芯孔21内,阀芯3的一端面上成型有与阀套1出料孔相连通的槽孔31,槽孔31的底端成型有贯穿阀芯3外壁的通孔32。
所述阀套1和阀座2之间的腔室a呈圆柱形,腔室a内的阀芯3的中部成型有活塞盘,活塞盘上插套固定有活塞环,活塞环抵靠在腔室a的内壁上,阀套1和阀座2上分别固定连接有气管接头,气管接头分别与阀芯3活塞盘两侧的腔室a相连通。
所述阀座2阀芯孔21底端的内壁上固定有密封圈7,阀芯3的外壁压靠在密封圈7上,阀座2上的环形槽23和阀芯3上的通孔32分布在密封圈7的两侧。
所述阀套1的出料孔上固定连接有出料管接头5,出料管接头5上插接有出料管6,所述的阀座2上插套有冷水套4。
工作原理:本发明为在现有的切断阀阀座2的进料通道上进行优化整改,其进料通道为进料孔22→通道24→环形槽23,开启时,从而通过气源或水源控制阀芯3往阀套1的出料孔端移动,从而实现阀芯3上的通孔32与环形槽23相连通,从而胶料从环形槽23→通孔32→槽孔31→阀套的出料孔流通,而关闭时,通孔32和环形槽23不连通,且环形槽23内胶料的压力作用在阀芯3侧壁上,与阀芯3移动方向不相同,从而对阀芯控制的影响很小。

1.一种硅胶管道用结构改进的切断阀,包括阀套(1)和阀座(2),阀套(1)固定在阀座(2)上,阀套(1)和阀座(2)之间成型有腔室(a),腔室(a)内设置有阀芯(3),阀座(2)的内端面上成型有阀芯孔(21)、内端面上成型有进料孔(22),阀芯(3)插接在阀座(2)的阀芯孔(21)内,其特征在于:阀座(2)阀芯孔(21)中部的内壁上成型有环形槽(23),阀座(2)内成型有通道(24),通道(24)连通环形槽(23)和进料孔(22);所述的阀套(1)上成型有出料孔,阀套(1)出料孔的中心轴线和阀座(2)阀芯孔(21)的中心轴线在同一直线上,阀芯(3)的两端分别插接在阀套(1)的出料孔内和阀座(2)的阀芯孔(21)内,阀芯(3)的一端面上成型有与阀套(1)出料孔相连通的槽孔(31),槽孔(31)的底端成型有贯穿阀芯(3)外壁的通孔(32);所述阀套(1)和阀座(2)之间的腔室(a)呈圆柱形,腔室(a)内的阀芯(3)的中部成型有活塞盘,活塞盘上插套固定有活塞环,活塞环抵靠在腔室(a)的内壁上,阀套(1)和阀座(2)上分别固定连接有气管接头,气管接头分别与阀芯(3)活塞盘两侧的腔室(a)相连通;所述阀座(2)阀芯孔(21)底端的内壁上固定有密封圈(7),阀芯(3)的外壁压靠在密封圈(7)上,阀座(2)上的环形槽(23)和阀芯(3)上的通孔(32)分布在密封圈(7)的两侧;所述阀套(1)的出料孔上固定连接有出料管接头(5),出料管接头(5)上插接有出料管(6),所述的阀座(2)上插套有冷水套(4)。
