Abstract
本发明公开一种铝木复合板,属于复合板材技术领域,包括铝板,所述铝板的至少一面复合有实木板,所述实木板通过强力胶与所述铝板粘合在一起,所述铝板内设置有贯穿整个铝板的容纳腔,所述容纳腔内设置有盘管或发热电缆。本发明中铝木复合板材中设有盘管和加热电缆,盘管通热水时或采用加热电缆时可对房间供暖,盘管通冷水时可对房间制冷,工作方式多样,可满足不同的需要;可作为木地板使用,也可铺设在墙面或天花板,使用方式多样,安装难度小。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合板材技术领域,特别涉及一种铝木复合板材。
背景技术
现有北方冬季采明通常采用暖气片或地暖,地暖是地板辐射采暖的简称,英文为RadiantFloorHeating,是以整个地面为散热器,通过地板辐射层中的热媒,均匀加热整个地面,利用地面自身的蓄热和热量向上辐射的规律由下至上进行传导,来达到取暖的目的。地暖具有散热均匀、清洁健康、环保节能、美观大方、安全可靠、超长寿命和高效隔间的优点,已经得到广泛的应用。
但是,地暖在安装时需以以下步骤:地暖安装前期准备、安装边角保温、铺设绝热层、安装分集水器、管路铺设、外观检验及打压试验、监督回填砼、二次水压试验、施工验收等步骤,存在安装法施工难度大、施工工期长、安装完毕后维护困难的问题。并且,安装位置也是相对单一,只能安装在地面上,不能安装在墙面或天花板上。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种铝木复合板材,解决现有的地暖安装施工难度大、后续维护困难的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种铝木复合板,包括铝板,所述铝板的至少一面复合有实木板,所述实木板通过强力胶与所述铝板粘合在一起,所述铝板内设置有贯穿整个铝板的容纳腔,所述容纳腔内设置有盘管或发热电缆。
其中,优选地,所述铝板的厚度为10~15mm,所述实木板的厚度为2~8mm。
其中,优选地,所述盘管为通有热水的盘管。
其中,优选地,所述盘管为通有冷水的盘管。
其中,优选地,所述发热电缆为双芯电缆或单芯电缆。
其中,优选地,所述实木板为红木板。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明中铝木复合板材中设有盘管和加热电缆,盘管通热水时或采用加热电缆时可对房间供暖,盘管通冷水时,可对房间制冷,工作方式多样,可满足不同的需要。
2.本发明中的铝木复合板材可作为木地板使用,也可铺设在墙面或天花板,使用方式多样,且安装时仅需像普通的地砖或墙砖那样铺设,施工难度小,又因是一块块安装的,安装完毕后维护也相对容易。
3.本发明中的铝木复合板材在铝板中通热媒或冷媒,铝板受热时不易变形,从而使整个板具备受热或受冷不易变形,经久耐用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种铝木复合板,包括铝板1,铝板1一个表面复合有实木板2,实木板2通过强力胶与铝板1粘合在一起,铝板1内设置有贯穿整个铝板1的容纳腔3,容纳腔3内设置有盘管或发热电缆。本发明中铝木复合板材中设有盘管和加热电缆,盘管通热水时或采用加热电缆时可对房间供暖,盘管通冷水时,可对房间制冷,工作方式多样,可满足不同的需要。本发明中的铝木复合板材可作为木地板使用,也可铺设在墙面或天花板上,使用方式多样,且安装时仅需像普通的地砖或墙砖那样铺设,施工难度小,又因是一块块安装的,安装完毕后维护也相对容易。
其中,铝板1的厚度为12mm,红木板的厚度为3mm。在本发明中,铝板1的厚度根据实际需要可选择10~15mm,红木板的厚度可选择2~8mm,选择红木板作为本发明的中的实木板2,红木板表面只需打磨上蜡,不需刷漆,环保无污染,环保级别可达到E0级。也可采用其它常见的实木板,铝板1表层的实木板2相当于一般型材的木皮膜。
其中,盘管为通有热水的盘管时或容纳腔3里设置有发热电缆时,可对房间供暖,盘管通冷水的盘管时,可对房间制冷,工作方式多样,可满足不同的需要。并且,发热电缆采用双芯电缆,无辐射,环保安全。
实施例2
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种铝木复合板,包括铝板1,铝板1两个表面复合有实木板2,实木板2通过强力胶与铝板1粘合在一起,铝板1内设置有贯穿整个铝板1的容纳腔3,容纳腔3内设置有盘管或发热电缆,发热电缆可采用单芯电缆。本实施例的铝木复合板也可作为普通的板材使用,如家具的台面,内部设置的容纳腔3,使整个板材具有一定的钢性,更不易变形。
本实施例的其它结构均与实施例1相同,在此不再赘述。

1.一种铝木复合板,其特征在于:包括铝板,所述铝板的至少一面复合有实木板,所述实木板通过强力胶与所述铝板粘合在一起,所述铝板内设置有贯穿整个铝板的容纳腔,所述容纳腔内设置有盘管或发热电缆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝木复合板,其特征在于:所述铝板的厚度为10~15mm,所述实木板的厚度为2~8mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝木复合板,其特征在于:所述盘管为通有热水的盘管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝木复合板,其特征在于:所述盘管为通有冷水的盘管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝木复合板,其特征在于:所述发热电缆为双芯电缆或单芯电缆。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种铝木复合板,其特征在于:所述实木板为红木板。
