技术领域
本发明涉及机电工程领域,具体涉及一种回归式传动切断机。
背景技术
目前,我国建筑业施工现场及专业钢筋加工车间(工段),越来越需要一种体积小、重量轻、方便、节能的钢筋切断机,至今尚未研制成理想的这种钢筋切断机型,使用中的型钢筋切断机,大多数是大机型的相似缩小,但体积和功率所降无几。对此,设计一种小型的钢筋切断机是十分必要的。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种回归式传动切断机,结构更为紧凑,改变后的曲轴为空心偏心曲轴,而空心轴具有承受较高弯扭载荷的能力和重量轻的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种回归式传动切断机,包括驱动电机、皮带轮轴、偏心曲轴、一级齿轮与二级齿轮,所述驱动电机与皮带轮轴相连接,所述皮带轮轴通过三角皮带连接飞轮,所述飞轮连接偏心曲轴,所述偏心曲轴上设有一级齿轮轴,所述一级齿轮轴连接一级齿轮,所述二级齿轮连接有二级齿轮轴,所述偏心曲轴连接有连杆,所述连杆连接有滑道,所述滑道上设有滑块,所述滑道连接有动刀,所述动刀连接有定刀。
进一步地,所述偏心曲轴采用空心结构。
进一步地,所述一级齿轮轴与二级齿轮轴相互平行。
进一步地,所述一级齿轮与二级齿轮的中心距相同。
进一步地,所述驱动电机的功率为2000-3000瓦。
本发明的有益效果:本发明在结构上设计较传统的切断机更为紧凑,同时具有重量轻安装简捷、占用场地小、安全可靠、操作维护简单等特点。

如图1和2所示,一种回归式传动切断机,包括驱动电机1、皮带轮轴2、偏心曲轴3、一级齿轮4与二级齿轮6,所述驱动电机1与皮带轮轴2相连接,所述皮带轮轴2通过三角皮带6连接飞轮7,所述飞轮7连接偏心曲轴3,所述偏心曲轴3上设有一级齿轮轴8,所述一级齿轮轴8连接一级齿轮4,所述二级齿轮5连接有二级齿轮轴9,所述偏心曲轴3连接有连杆10,所述连杆10连接有滑道11,所述滑道11上设有滑块12,所述滑道11连接有动刀13,所述动刀13连接有定刀14。
在上述实施例上优选,所述偏心曲轴3采用空心结构,空心轴具有承受较高弯扭载荷的能力和重量轻的特点。
在上述实施例上优选,所述一级齿轮轴8与二级齿轮轴9相互平行。
在上述实施例上优选,所述一级齿轮4与二级齿轮5的中心距相同,可以更好地凑中心距,也减轻了齿轮的磨损,齿轮弯曲强度和接触强度都相对地有所提高。
在上述实施例上优选,所述驱动电机1的功率为2000-3000瓦。
本发明的三根传动轴轴线呈平面分布,其中有两条轴线重合。这种回归式传动方式较展开式传动方式结构更为紧凑。改变后的曲轴为空心偏心曲轴,而空心轴具有承受较高弯扭载荷的能力和重量轻的特点。因而,采用回归式传动方式使传动方案更趋合理取小齿轮变位且不发生根切时的最少齿数进行设计,同时两级齿轮中心距要求相等时,可以更好地凑中心距,也减轻了齿轮的磨损,齿轮弯曲强度和接触强,另外本发明在设计上不带有离合器,也同样可以满足操作要求。这样与展开式机型相比,由驱动电机至飞轮的传动比,可适当降低些,提高飞轮转速,在保证有足够转动惯量和满足飞轮轮缘线速度要求的同时,减轻了飞轮的重量。
基于上述,本发明具有的优点在于:本发明在结构上设计较传统的切断机更为紧凑,同时具有重量轻安装简捷、占用场地小、安全可靠、操作维护简单等特点。

1.一种回归式传动切断机,包括驱动电机、皮带轮轴、偏心曲轴、一级齿轮与二级齿轮,其特征在于:所述驱动电机与皮带轮轴相连接,所述皮带轮轴通过三角皮带连接飞轮,所述飞轮连接偏心曲轴,所述偏心曲轴上设有一级齿轮轴,所述一级齿轮轴连接一级齿轮,所述二级齿轮连接有二级齿轮轴;偏心曲轴、一级齿轮轴、二级齿轮轴的轴线呈水平分布,偏心曲轴和一级齿轮轴的轴线重合;所述偏心曲轴连接有连杆,所述连杆连接有滑道,所述滑道上设有滑块,所述滑道连接有动刀,所述动刀连接有定刀;所述偏心曲轴采用空心结构;所述一级齿轮轴与二级齿轮轴相互平行;所述一级齿轮与二级齿轮的中心距相同;所述驱动电机的功率为2000-3000瓦;所述回归式传动切断机采用无离合器的实现技术。
