[0001] 本发明涉及一种气体净化器,对包含颗粒物等杂质的气体进行过滤。
背景技术
[0002] 现有技术中的气体净化器一般采用过滤棉或活性炭进行多层多次过滤、吸附气体中的颗粒物及有害成分,然而随着吸附的颗粒物、杂质的数量越来越多,过滤棉或活性炭中的孔隙会被堵塞,从而影响其过滤性能。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种气体净化器,能够在净化空气的同时,防止过滤筒被颗粒物或杂质堵塞。
[0004] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种气体净化器,其包括:封闭的壳体,一空心轴转动配合于壳体内,空心轴上固定套设有(优选同中心轴线设置的方式)过滤筒,且该过滤筒左端封闭、右端具有开口 ;所述空心轴的壁体上(优选:空心轴的仅处于过滤筒内的部分)设有多个喷水孔,空心轴的端部用于进水(优选地,空心轴的一端或两端部与进水管转动密封连接),以使各喷水孔向所述过滤筒的内壁喷水;所述空心轴与一传动机构传动配合,以使过滤筒旋转;所述过滤筒的开口部与壳体的内壁之间通过密封机构(优选密封圈密封)转动密封配合;当所述过滤筒为单个时,所述壳体的壁体上且处于所述密封机构左侧设有用于输入待净化气体的进气口,壳体的壁体上且处于所述密封机构右侧设有排气口 ;当所述过滤筒为多个时,壳体的壁体上且处于与最左侧的过滤筒密封配合的密封机构的左侧设有用于输入待净化气体的进气口,壳体的壁体上且处于与最右侧的过滤筒密封配合的密封机构的右侧设有排气口。
[0005] 进一步优选的方案是,在所述壳体内且与所述的进气口相对(优选:处于所述的进气口上方的位置)设有用于喷水的喷淋器;壳体内的空心轴上固定连接有多个与所述喷淋器相对(优选:处于所述喷淋器下方)的旋转滤网片,该旋转滤网片上分布有多个网孔,旋转滤网片旋转时能使来自所述喷淋器的水雾化。
[0006] 为了循环利用水,并使所述喷淋器喷出的水尽可能清洁,所述壳体的下方设有储水箱,储水箱通过多个回流管与壳体的底部相连;储水箱内自上而下分别为净水层、用于过滤颗粒物的过滤层和污水层,各回流管的底部连接污水层。也可将所述喷淋器直接连接其他清洁水源(例如:自来水管、或地下水等);储水箱上的与所述净水层相通的出水口通过水泵与所述喷淋器相连。
[0007] 相邻过滤筒之间设有与所述空心轴轴承配合的支架,支架上分布有多个过风孔。
[0008] 所述壳体的排气口与一引风机相连,和/或,所述壳体的进气口与一鼓风机相连。
[0009] 上述气体净化器的工作方法,包括:从进气口输入壳体的待净化气体,在气压做用下进入过滤筒,气体中的部分颗粒物或油污被粘附在过滤筒的外壁上,空心轴上的喷水孔定时(例如每间隔1-3分钟,喷水10-30秒)或始终向所述过滤筒的内壁喷水;同时所述空心轴带动过滤筒旋转,使过滤筒内的水穿过过滤筒壁体上的微孔,到达该过滤筒的外壁,并冲刷粘附在过滤筒的外壁上的颗粒物,颗粒物随水下落至壳体的底部。
[0010] 所述壳体底部的水通过多个回流管进入储水箱,储水箱中的水通过水泵送至壳体内的喷淋器;空心轴带动滤网片旋转,滤网片使来自所述喷淋器的水雾化;雾化的水滴吸附待净化气体中的部分颗粒物,并在重力做一下落至壳体的底部。
[0011] 相对于现有技术,本发明具有的技术效果是:(1)气体净化器工作时,外部进入壳体内的待净化气体穿过过滤筒的壁体进入过滤筒内;气体中的颗粒物、油污等被粘结在过滤筒外壁上;同时驱动过滤筒旋转,空心管上的处于过滤筒内的喷水孔喷水,水在离心力的作用下穿过过滤筒的壁体,并对吸附于过滤筒外壁上的颗粒、油污等杂质进行冲洗,从而确保过滤筒不被堵塞,其过滤空气的性能始终处于良好状态;(2)过滤层适于防止沉淀于储水箱底部的杂质或颗粒物漂浮至液面表层,从而被水泵吸入;回流管适于将清洗后的清洁液导入至储水箱下部的污水层,从而防止其漂浮于液面表层;(3)旋转滤网片上的网孔在旋转过程中与喷淋器喷出的水或清洁液击打后变成雾状液体,雾状液体与气体中较大的颗粒物、油污等杂质结合而回流至储水箱,从而实现对气体的初次过滤;(4)水泵从过滤层的上方的净水层取水可以防止沉淀于储水箱底部的杂质被送至喷淋器喷出,确保喷淋出的是清洁液,进而提高初次过滤的效果;(5)所述支架上的过风孔用于通风,支架与空心轴轴承配合,能够对空心轴起支承作用;(6)采用多个串联设置的过滤筒对气体进行过滤,过滤筒的微孔直径可以在气体行进方向上逐渐变小,从而提高过滤效果;(7)引风机适于从壳体的右端将气体抽吸入壳体内,提高气体的过滤效率;或,直接采用送气泵将高压气体从壳体的进气口输入;(8)密封机构一用于防止气体从过滤筒与壳体内壁之间的间隙内通过。

[0013] 如图1所示,本发明的气体净化器包括:储水箱1,过滤层2,回流管3,污水层4,水泵5,水管6,喷淋器7,进气管8,进水管9,壳体10,旋转滤网片11,空心轴12,过滤筒一13,喷水孔14,密封机构一 15,支架16,过滤筒二 17,密封机构二 18,轴承19,引风机20,电机21,净水层23,过风孔24,轴孔25。
[0014] 储水箱1内自上而下分别为净水层23、用于过滤颗粒物的过滤层2和污水层4,各回流管3的底部连接污水层;储水箱1上的与所述净水层23相通的出水口通过水泵5与所述喷淋器7相连;储水箱1的上方设有圆柱形的壳体10,空心轴12通过多个轴承19水平转动配合于壳体10内,邻近空心轴12的左端固定连接有呈中心对称分布的多个旋转滤网片11,该旋转滤网片11上设有多个网孔(网孔的数量、直径大小,根据所需生成的雾滴大小而选择),该旋转滤网片11的右侧设有固定于空心轴12上的过滤筒一 13,该过滤筒一 13为无右端面的圆柱薄壁中空结构且材料为含活性炭的过滤棉或整体采用活性炭制成或采用超滤膜制成(各过滤筒的微孔直径,根据需要过滤空气的要求选择,至少能过滤PM2.5的颗粒),位于过滤筒一内的空心轴上设有多个与空心管内部通孔相连通的喷水孔14,该过滤筒一 13的右端与壳体10之间设有密封机构一 15 (—般为密封圈),该过滤筒一 13的右侧相邻设有固定于壳体10上的支架16,如图2所示,该支架16为圆盘形,多个过风孔24周向布置于支架的外端,支架16中心的轴孔25与空心轴12轴承配合。
[0015] 该支架16的右侧设有一与过滤筒一 13结构相同的过滤筒二 17 (优选微孔直径小于过滤筒一 13),位于过滤筒二 17内的空心轴上也设有多个与空心管内部通孔相连通的喷水孔14,该过滤筒二的右端与壳体10之间设有密封机构二 18,壳体10的右端设有引风机20,空心轴12的右端穿设于引风机20内,引风机20的右侧设有驱动空心轴12转动的电机21。
[0016] 储水箱1的左侧设有水泵5,该水泵5从储水箱1内的过滤层2上方取水,水泵5经水管6与喷淋器7相连接;进水管9通过转动密封连接装置与空心轴的左端转动配合且与空心轴12的内部通孔相连接,该进水管9连接高压水源,或通过水泵5从储水箱1内取水;外壳10的左下端设有进气管8。
[0017] 该气体净化器的工作过程包括:电机21驱动引风机20工作,同时水泵5工作,清洁水从喷淋器7喷出后被旋转的旋转滤网片11击打成雾,气体从进气管8进入壳体10内后,其中的较大颗粒或油污与雾状液体结合后流淌至盖板23上,气体依次穿过过滤筒一及过滤筒二,气体中较小的颗粒物及杂质被上述过滤筒吸附,最后气体从出风口 22排出;从进水管9进入的清洁水经过喷水孔14喷出(喷水方式为定时(例如每间隔1-3分钟,喷水10-30秒)或始终喷水),对过滤筒一 13及过滤筒二 17的内壁进行冲洗,旋转的过滤筒,使水在离心力的作用下穿过过滤筒的壁体,并对吸附于过滤筒外壁上的颗粒、油污等杂质进行冲洗,从而使过滤筒一及过滤筒二上的微孔不被堵塞并保持其过滤能力不衰减。

Claims (7)

1.一种气体净化器,其特征在于包括:封闭的壳体(10),一空心轴(12)转动配合于壳体(10)内,空心轴(12)上固定套设有过滤筒,且该过滤筒左端封闭、右端具有开口 ; 所述空心轴的壁体上设有多个喷水孔(14),空心轴的端部用于进水,以使各喷水孔向所述过滤筒的内壁喷水; 所述空心轴(12)与一传动机构传动配合,以使过滤筒旋转; 所述过滤筒的开口部与壳体(10)的内壁之间通过密封机构转动密封配合; 当所述过滤筒为单个时,所述壳体(10)的壁体上且处于所述密封机构左侧设有用于输入待净化气体的进气口,壳体(10)的壁体上且处于所述密封机构右侧设有排气口 ; 当所述过滤筒为多个时,壳体(10)的壁体上且处于与最左侧的过滤筒密封配合的密封机构的左侧设有用于输入待净化气体的进气口,壳体(10)的壁体上且处于与最右侧的过滤筒密封配合的密封机构的右侧设有排气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气体净化器,其特征在于:壳体(10)内且与所述的进气口相对设有用于喷水的喷淋器(7); 壳体(10)内的空心轴(12)上固定连接有多个与所述喷淋器(7)相对的旋转滤网片(11),该旋转滤网片(11)上分布有多个网孔,旋转滤网片(11)旋转时能使来自所述喷淋器(7)的水雾化。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气体净化器,其特征在于:所述壳体(10)的下方设有储水箱(1 ),储水箱(1)通过多个回流管(3)与壳体(10)的底部相连; 储水箱(1)内自上而下分别为净水层(23)、用于过滤颗粒物的过滤层(2)和污水层(4),各回流管(3)的底部连接污水层;储水箱(1)上的与所述净水层(23)相通的出水口通过水泵(5 )与所述喷淋器(7 )相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的气体净化器,其特征在于:相邻过滤筒之间设有与所述空心轴(12)轴承配合的支架(16),支架上分布有多个过风孔(24)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的气体净化器,其特征在于:所述壳体(10)的排气口与一引风机(20)相连,和/或,所述壳体(10)的进气口与一鼓风机相连。
6.根据权利要求1-5之一所述的气体净化器的工作方法,其特征在于包括:从进气口输入壳体(10)的待净化气体,在气压做用下进入过滤筒,气体中的部分颗粒物或油污被粘附在过滤筒的外壁上,空心轴上的喷水孔定时或始终向所述过滤筒的内壁喷水; 同时所述空心轴带动过滤筒旋转,使过滤筒内的水穿过过滤筒壁体上的微孔,到达该过滤筒的外壁,并冲刷粘附在过滤筒的外壁上的颗粒物,颗粒物随水下落至壳体(10)的底部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的气体净化器的工作方法,其特征在于:壳体(10)底部的水通过多个回流管(3)进入储水箱(1),储水箱(1)中的水通过水泵(5)送至壳体(10)内的喷淋器(7); 空心轴(12 )带动滤网片(11)旋转,滤网片(11)使来自所述喷淋器(7 )的水雾化; 雾化的水滴吸附待净化气体中的部分颗粒物,并在重力做一下落至壳体(10)的底部。
