Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
When a wireless device, also called a wireless Station, associates a private SSID (SSID) interface with an Access Station (STA), a wireless home gateway device (AP) actively records identification information of the wireless device, where the identification information includes, but is not limited to, an MAC address, an IP address, manufacturer information, a device serial number, and the like. After that, the process of the wireless device re-associating with the gateway device is intelligently processed.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an access method for a wireless device, which is applied to a gateway device, where the gateway device supports the wireless device to access a network through a public service set identifier interface or a private service set identifier, as shown in fig. 1, where the method includes:
step 11, detecting a first association request packet for requesting association of a gateway device sent by a wireless device, where the first association request packet indicates that a public service set identifier interface of the gateway device needs to be associated;
step 12, judging whether the information that the wireless device accesses the network through the private service set identifier interface of the gateway device at least once is stored in the gateway device;
and step 13, when the judgment result is yes, forbidding the wireless equipment to access the network through the public service set identifier interface, and allowing the wireless equipment to access the network through the private service set identifier.
By applying the provided technology, when the wireless device tries to access the network through the public SSID interface, the gateway device can actively identify and prohibit the wireless device from accessing the network through the public SSID interface, so that the wireless device is forced to access the network through the private SSID interface, and a better internet surfing experience is obtained.
In a preferred embodiment, further comprising: when a second association request message of a wireless device requesting to be associated to a private Service Set Identifier (SSID) interface of the gateway device is received for the first time, accessing a network through the private SSID interface according to the second association request message;
the identification information of the wireless device is recorded and stored in a permanent storage device. The storage in the permanent storage device is to ensure that the identification information is not lost even after the gateway device is powered down.
In a preferred embodiment, the identification information includes a MAC address, an IP address, vendor information and/or a wireless device serial number.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step of determining whether the information that the wireless device accesses the network through the private service set identifier interface of the gateway device at least once is stored in the gateway device, whether the different identification information is consistent with the identification information stored in the gateway device is compared according to an order of priorities set for the different identification information in advance from high to low.
Matching the identification information of the wireless device with the stored wireless device data includes: and matching the identification information of the wireless equipment with the stored MAC address, IP address, manufacturer information and serial number of the wireless equipment, and if at least one item is successfully matched, judging that the matching is successful. Since it is unnecessary and cumbersome to compare the recorded different identification information with the identification information currently obtained from the wireless device, it may be considered to set a priority to the different identification information, for example, the priority of the serial number of the wireless device may be set to be the highest, and then if at least one matching is successful, it is determined that the matching is successful. I.e. when the identification information of the wireless device has been recorded, it is determined that the wireless device has ever accessed the network through the private SSID interface.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step of determining whether the information that the wireless device accesses the network through the private service set identification interface of the gateway device at least once is stored in the gateway device, when the identification information of the wireless device is not stored, the wireless device is allowed to access the network through the public service set identification interface.
In an application scenario, as shown in fig. 2, the process of using the identification information of the wireless device to regulate the wireless device includes:
step 21, the wireless device STA sends an association request message to request the gateway device with the wireless sharing function to access the network through the private SSID interface.
Step 22, the gateway device automatically records the identification information of the wireless device, wherein the identification information includes, but is not limited to, a MAC address, an IP address, manufacturer information, a device serial number, and the like.
And step 23, the gateway device stores the identification information into the corresponding storage device, and the identification information is ensured to still exist after power failure.
After the above steps are completed, the identification information of the wireless device is permanently recorded by the home gateway device.
Step 24, at a certain time point, the wireless device wants to associate with the public SSID interface in the gateway device, i.e. requests to access the network through the public SSID interface.
Step 25, the gateway device collects its identification information and performs intelligent matching.
Step 26, if the comparison result is matched, prohibiting the wireless device from associating with a public SSID interface, so that the wireless device can automatically access a private SSID interface; and if the comparison result is not matched, allowing the wireless equipment to be associated with the public SSID interface and accessing the network resource through the public SSID interface.
