Abstract
本发明涉及一种定向伸展协同柔化缠绕纱线毛羽的方法,属于纺织加工技术领域。本发明采用在每根纱线运行路线上依次设置入纱导纱钩、定向伸展式包缠毛羽装置、出纱导纱钩,高速旋转的假捻空心轴对运行的纱线实施滚动夹持式假捻,使得纱线主干产生转动,同时定向伸展毛羽装置定向喷射出蒸汽流,对运行在熨烫走纱面上的纱线毛羽进行定向伸展、充分柔化,促使纱线毛羽斜向有序包缠在转动的纱线主干上,防止毛羽随机或垂直缠绕到纱线主干时纠缠成棉结,避免纤维聚集;斜向有序包缠毛羽的纱线进行湿热定型作用,纱线结构得到有效稳定、固化,解决了毛羽缠绕结构松弛,后道工序重新大量反弹的问题。本发明方法操作方便,易于大面积推广使用。

[0001]本发明涉及一种定向伸展协同柔化缠绕纱线毛羽的方法,属于纺织加工技术领 域。 技术背景
[0002]毛羽是衡量纱线质量的重要指标之一。纱线毛羽不仅影响机织、针织等后工序的 生产效率,而且影响最终产品的外观质量,特别是高速无梭织机普遍应用的今天,减少纱线 毛羽具有十分重要的意义。
[0003]纱线毛羽产生于细纱加工工序,其机理是内外转移的纤维头端露出纱体之后,脱 离钳口的握持作用,无法再次进入或包缠在纱体主干上,形成毛羽。毛羽增长于络筒和整经 工序,其根本原因在于:纱线表面毛羽多、结构松弛,在络筒、整经等纱线高速运行工序中, 纱线经导纱部件、张力部件等机件,遭受激烈摩擦,致使纱体内部纤维头端严重抽拔游离于 纱体表面,毛羽剧增、表层结构严重破坏。为了减少纱线毛羽,实现纱线顺利织造,纺织企业 一般都对整经后纱线进行浆纱处理,贴附纱线毛羽、同时对纱线进行增强保伸、增加耐磨 性。但整经通常采用片纱上浆,片纱上浆就会导致纱线相互粘连,需要湿、千分绞,纱线分绞 时相互撕扯破坏纱体表面楽膜、产生二次毛羽。由此可见,消除纱线毛羽,增加纱线表层结 构致密度应在上浆之前进行。
[0004]针对环锭细纱工序,国内外的学者做过大量的研究。通常采用的途径有两种,一种 是采用常规方法优化普通环锭纺纱工艺,该方法只能一定程度上减少纱线毛羽,作用效果 有限;另一种是采用新型纺纱技术或专用消除毛羽装置来消除毛羽,能大幅度降低环锭纱 线毛羽。新型环锭纺纱技术或专用消除毛羽装置是目前环锭纺纱技术研宄的热点。目前新 型环锭纺纱技术代表是紧密纺纱技术,如美国知识产权局1984年12月18日公开的发明专利 “Device for stretching, condensing and transporting a rove of fibers during a spinning operation”,专利号US 4488397;美国知识产权局2〇00年6月13日公开的发明专 利“Device for condensing a drafted fiber strand”,专利号6073314;美国知识产权局 2000年 6 月13 日公开的发明专利“Device for condensing a drafted fiber strand”,专 利号6073314;美国知识产权局2000年7月4日公开的发明专利“Arrangement for condensing a drafted fiber strand”,专利号6082089;美国知识产权局2001年1 月9日公 开的发明专利“Transport belt for transporting a fiber strand to be condensed”, 专利号US 6170126B1;美国知识产权局2001年7月24日公开的发明专利“Arrangement and method for condensing a drafted fiber strand and method for making yarn therefonn”,专利号US 626365eBl;美国知识产权局2001年S月14日公开的发明专利 “Apparatus for condensing a drafted strand”,专利号US 6272834B1;美国知识广权局 2〇01 年5月29日公开的发明专利“Condensing zone for a spinning machine”,专利号US 6237317B1。上述紧密纺纱技术专利公案的核心原理都是针环锭纺纱过程,聚集纺纱三角区 纤维须条,加强对纤维须条边缘纤维控制,有效降低纺纱过程纤维头端外露,降低纱线毛 羽;但紧密纺消除纺纱三角区,纱体内部纤维内外转移不够,抱合力不足,外层仍有毛羽露 出,纱体经受摩擦后毛羽仍旧剧增;特别是目前通过气流集聚的紧密纺纱技术,只对高支纱 毛羽降低效果明显,对粗特纱线毛羽降低效果差。
[0005]目前使用的专用降低毛羽装置是采用气流喷射形式,安装在前罗拉和导纱钩之 间,利用气流的回转使己形成的毛羽贴伏在纱线表面,如美国知识产权局丨979年4月i 〇日公 开的发明专利“method and apparatus yarn treatment,,,专利号41481779、美国知识产权 局I989年8月22日公开的发明专利“meth〇d and apparatus for modifying spun textile ya^’’,专利号5263311。这些研究主要差别在于由于气流喷射装置的不同导致纱线表面纤 维受力方向不同,从而产生不同的卷绕效果而导致纱线毛羽消除效果的不同。但是由于这 些装置的只能安装在加捻三角区后(因加捻三角区中的纤维基本成散纤维状,喷射的气流 会导致纤维运动混乱而断头),其气流吹拂对象为纱线和纱线表面毛羽,吹拂两对象的受气 流转动效果不同,实现将毛羽以简单贴伏及松弛缠绕的形式留在纱线表面;在后道工序(如 络筒)加工中,机件摩擦抽拔纱线表层结构的纤维,松弛贴服和缠绕的毛羽重新显露出来, 达不到真正消除毛羽的效果。 t0006]针对络筒工序高速摩擦,造成纱线表面结构损伤,毛羽大量增长,强力下降,要求 配套浆纱工序,增加上浆难度和上浆成本等问题,在络筒工序设置毛羽倒伏装置,抑制毛羽 的发生,对后道工序生产和提高最终产品质量具有十分重要的意义。目前已经研宄的减少 成纱毛羽的方法主要集中在减少络筒纱线毛羽装置;虽然相关专利文献有很多,但采用的 基本原理相同,即在纱线在络筒机上采用对前进中的纱线进行解捻-加捻方式,使纱线表面 毛羽卷绕在纱线表面,达到减少毛羽的目的。代表性的专利文献有:欧洲专利号为EP 〇 866 014A2,公开日1998年09月23日,发明创造名称为Auto Winder,该申请公案采用络筒工艺流 程中回转假捻盘的机械作用,使游离纤维沿纱线的捻向贴伏到纱身上来,以减少纱线毛羽; 美国专利号为US 6 374 58SB1,公开日2〇02年04月23日,发明创造名称为Hairiness controlling device and winder,该申请公案采用络筒工艺流程中回转假捻盘的机械作 用,使游离纤维沿纱线的捻向贴伏到纱体主干上来,以减少纱线毛羽;欧洲专利号为EP 1 146 002A2,公开日 2001 年 10月17日,发明创造名称为Automatic winder and hairiness suppressing device,该申请公案利用空气祸流管,通过旋转气流的力学作用,使毛羽重新 包覆到纱身上,以减少毛羽,但从原理上分析,单凭气流的包缠作用,其包覆效果不好;欧洲 专利号EP 1 013 803A2,公开日2000年06月28日,发明创造名称为Hairiness suppressing device for automatic winder,该申请公案同样使用空气祸流管,通过气流使纱线旋转, 当旋转的纱线经过控制板(regulating plate)时,使纤维包缠在纱身上,以减少毛羽;中国 专利号为ZL 99127507• 1,公开日2000年07月05日,发明创造名称为自动络筒机的毛羽倒伏 装置,该申请公案同样使用空气涡流管,通过气流使纱线旋转,不过该专利通过在装置两端 加装控制器,以保证纱线沿自身轴线回转产生假捻效应,提高减少纱线毛羽的效率。除此之 夕卜,中国专利号为ZL 20〇710052991 •8,公开日2〇〇8年01月23日,发明创造名称为一种减少 成纱毛羽的方法,该申请公案提供一种采用假捻熨烫的方式,对络筒及针织过程的纱线进 行在线贴附和包缠纱线毛羽,极少部分毛羽卷入纱体,实现络筒或针织过程中抑制纱线毛 羽增长的目。上述减少纱线表面毛羽的方法和装置,共同点在于将纱线毛羽通过气流或机 械形式倒伏、重新包缠在纱干上;但整个毛羽倒伏、重新包缠过程中,都没有积极有效地握 持作用,毛羽倒伏、重新包缠结构松散,纱线表层致密化程度没有改善,降低的毛羽经受摩 擦易于再次反弹;同时毛羽缠绕到纱体时,因纤维聚集,降低毛羽后的纱线粗节、棉结等纱 疵大幅增加。
[0007]由此可见上述对络筒、整经、针织等纱线使用过程的纱线毛羽控制,现有方法共同 点在于:在非积极握持毛羽头端的情况下,对纱线进行假捻或气流吹拂包缠,将伸出纱线表 面的绝大部分毛羽以较松散形式卷绕、贴服在纱线面,毛羽纤维和纱线本体之间无法形成 致密的结构联系,^仅从视觉上实现毛羽减少;针对采用解捻-加捻的形式,贴附毛羽过程 中,纱线局部捻度受到动态转移和重新分布,出现捻度较弱部位,易受纱线张力拉伸而恶化 纱体主干均匀度。更关键的是,在后道工序中,随着纱线受到机件的磨擦,这些松弛卷绕、贝占 服在纱线表面的纤维很容易再次伸出纱线表面形成毛羽,对纱线后道工序的加工和最终产 品的质量(尤其是针织产品质量)没有本质改善。
[0008] 针对上述问题,中国专利号为ZL 201410204503.0,公开日2014年05月15日,发明 创造名称为一种积极握持旋转式改善纱线表层结构的方法,该申请公案提供一种采用负压 吸附握持纱线表层毛羽,同时将握持毛羽旋转地紧密缠绕在纱线主干上;实践证明该方法 有效解降低纱线表层毛羽,但仍存在与以往缠绕法降低纱线毛羽方法类似的致命技术难 题:毛羽缠绕到纱体时,降低毛羽后的纱线强力改善不大,因纤维聚集而产生纱线粗节、棉 结等纱疵大幅增加,对应的织物外观疵点增多。
发明内容
[0009]针对上述存在问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种定向伸展协同柔化缠绕纱线毛羽 的方法,有效消除缠绕法降低纱线毛羽时大幅增加纱疵、毛羽易反弹等现象,其技术解决方 案为:
[0010] —种定向伸展协同柔化缠绕纱线毛羽的方法,在每根纱线运行路线上依次设置入 纱导纱钩、定向伸展式包缠毛羽装置、出纱导纱钩,定向伸展式包缠毛羽装置由基座、假捻 装置、加热装置、定向伸展毛羽装置组成,假捻装置、加热装置位于基座上表面两端,假捻装 置通过第:支撑架和第二支撑架固定在基座上,加热装置的樊烫走纱面与假捻装置的假捻 空心轴平行,且熨烫走纱面高出假捻空心轴中的第二导纱轮轮槽槽底所在最高水平切面〇_ 5毫米,定向伸展毛羽装置位于加热装置的一侧,定向伸展毛羽装置呈管道状,定向伸展毛 羽装置通过绝热连接座固定安装在基座上表面上,定向伸展毛羽装置的轴线与假捻空心轴 呈斜向夹角,定向伸展毛羽装置的轴线与假捻空心轴斜向夹角为20-60。,定向伸展毛羽装 置的轴线与假捻空心轴斜向夹角也可为12〇-160°,定向伸展毛羽装置的出气口呈矩形状, 出气口与加热装置的熨烫走纱面位于同一水平高度上,出气口所在平面与假捻空心轴轴线 平行,出气口所在平面与假捻空心轴轴线的距离为卜6毫米,以2-1200米/分钟前进的张紧 状态纱线,经入纱导纱钩进入假捻装置的假捻空心轴的过纱通道,假捻空心轴高速旋转,纱 线经假捻空心轴中的第一导纱轮轮槽以S形路线绕经第二导纱轮轮槽后,进入加热装置的 熨烫走纱面上,高速旋转的假捻空心轴带动第一导纱轮轮槽、第二导纱轮轮槽对纱线实施 滚动夹持式假捻,使得运行在熨烫走纱面上的纱线的主干产生转动,与此同时,定向伸展毛 羽装置的出气口对运行的纱线定向喷射出蒸汽流,纱线毛羽在蒸汽流的作用下经定向伸 展,伸展的毛羽在熨烫走纱面上充分柔化,柔化后的纱线毛羽在转动的纱线主干上进行斜 向有序包缠,毛羽有序包缠后的纱线在熨烫走纱面上得到热定型处理,定型后的纱线经出 纱导纱钩输出。
[0011]由于采用了以上技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明的一种定向伸展协同柔化缠 绕纱线毛羽的方法,其优点在于:本发明采用在每根纱线运行路线上,高速旋转的假捻空心 轴带动第一导纱轮轮槽、第二导纱轮轮槽,对运行的纱线实施滚动夹持式假捻,使得运行在 熨烫走纱面上的纱线主干产生转动,与此同时,定向伸展毛羽装置的出气口对运行的纱线 定向喷射出蒸汽流,纱线毛羽在蒸汽流的作用下进行定向伸展,伸展的毛羽在熨烫走纱面 上充分柔化,有效解决高回弹性纤维(如毛纤维)、高刚度纤维(如苎麻纤维)纱线毛羽弯曲 包缠性差、毛羽难以包缠消除的技术难题;柔化后的纱线毛羽在熨烫走纱面上进行斜向有 序包缠转动的纱线主干上,防止毛羽随机或垂直缠绕到纱线主干时纠缠成棉结,避免纤维 聚集,有效解决了因纤维聚集而产生纱线粗节、棉结等纱疵大幅增加的技术难题;毛羽有序 包缠过程受到热湿蒸汽、高温褽烫走纱面的湿热定型作用,有效稳定、固化斜向有序包缠毛 羽的纱线结构,大幅提高毛羽缠绕紧度和牢度,解决了以往降毛羽技术中纱线表层毛羽缠 绕结构松弛,后道工序重新大量反弹的技术问题;另外,热湿柔化的纱线在运行牵引张力作 用下,内部结构的纤维相对滑移而改善纤维伸直度、取向度,提高纱线均匀度和强力等性 能。本发明所涉及的装置结构合理,参数可调,能满足纱线的不同后处理工艺需求。本发明 方法操作方便,易于大面积推广使用。

[0020] 在整经机上,采用螺钉和侯卡固定装置,将定向伸展式包缠毛羽装置经基座10固 定安装在整经机筒子架纱线输出端一排导纱杆上,定向伸展式包缠毛羽装置位于导纱杆与 伸缩扣之间,定向伸展式包缠毛羽装置与导纱杆上导丝器之间设置前置入纱导纱钩,定向 伸展式包缠毛羽装置与伸缩扣之间设置出纱导纱钩,调速电动机安装在筒子架的主体支撑 杆上,通过外接电源获得能量带动传动皮带5运动,传动皮带5呈一下一上一下式分别绕经 相互平行的第一皮带导向轮轴1、假捻空心轴2、第二皮带导向轴4的皮带槽中,带动假捻空 心轴2以20000-150000转/分钟的速度进行高速旋转,定向伸展毛羽装置11通过蒸汽管道外 接高温高压蒸汽发生器,使得出气口 12处喷射出蒸汽流,加热装置9通过引线外接电源,使 得熨烫走纱面温度升至1〇〇-170°(:。2捻纱线以400-1200米/分钟的速度从安放在筒子架上 的筒子卷装退绕下来,以张紧状态依次经张力器、导纱部件,由入纱导纱钩进入假捻空心轴 2的过纱通道,以S形路线绕经第一导纱轮7轮槽、第二导纱轮8轮槽后进入加热装置9的熨烫 走纱面上,高速旋转的假捻空心轴2带动第一导纱轮7轮槽、第二导纱轮8轮槽对纱线实施滚 动夹持式假捻,假捻空心轴2旋转方向为顺时针方向,使得运行在熨烫走纱面上的纱线的主 干产生转动,与此同时,定向伸展毛羽装置11的轴线与假捻空心轴2呈斜向夹角为20-60° 时,定向伸展毛羽装置11的出气口 12处定向喷射出蒸汽流,通过定向吹拂使纱线的毛羽得 到定向伸展,促使纱线毛羽进行定向伸展方向与纱线运行方向呈20-60°夹角,防止毛羽随 机纠缠成纤维结,通过柔化纱线的毛羽使其更易弯曲缠绕,柔化的毛羽由熨烫走纱面握持, 以与纱线运行方向呈20-60°夹角顺向有序包缠缠绕到转动的主千上,不仅避免毛羽垂直或 随机包缠到主干而产生粗节等纱疵现象,解决毛羽缠绕过程中纤维集聚的问题,实现了纱 线毛羽的顺向有序包缠,而且这种毛羽沿纱线运行方向进行顺向缠绕方式,在下一道工序 退绕纱线时,毛羽外露端与纱线退绕方向相反,以尾端形式出现,毛羽不易抽拔而反弹;高 温熨烫走纱面通过热作用进一步定型斜向缠绕到主干的毛羽,从而获得具有稳定结构的光 洁纱线,具有稳定结构的光洁纱线经出纱导纱钩输出,然后依次经伸缩扣、导纱辊,最终卷 绕到整经轴上。
[0021]实施例2:在多毛羽纱线经编针织过程中,改善短纤纱的光洁度 [0022]与纬编相比,经编速度快、产量高;经编速度高,如果纱线表面毛羽多,很容易破坏 织针,因此目前经编主要采用光洁的长丝进行生产。采用本发明可解决短纤维纱线毛羽问 题,使得多毛羽短纤纱能用于经编织造,其具体实施方式如下:在经编机上,采用螺钉和侯 卡固定装置,将定向伸展式包缠毛羽装置经基座10固定安装在经编机送经结构的导纱架 上,定向伸展式包缠毛羽装置位于积极式送经结构与成圈机构喂丝钩之间,定向伸展式包 缠毛羽装置与极式送经结构之间设置入纱导纱钩,定向伸展式包缠毛羽装置与成圈机构喂 丝钩之间设置出纱导纱钩,调速电动机安装在经轴架上,通过外接电源获得能量带动传动 皮带5运动,传动皮带5呈一下一上一下式分别绕经相互平行的第一皮带导向轮轴1、假捻空 心轴2、第二皮带导向轴4的皮带槽中,带动假捻空心轴2以5000-8000转/分钟的速度进行高 速旋转,定向伸展毛羽装置11通过蒸汽管道外接高温高压蒸汽发生器,使得出气口 12处喷 射出蒸汽流,加热装置9通过引线外接电源,使得熨烫走纱面温度升至100-1701^捻纱线 以2-5米/分钟的速度从安放在经轴架上的经轴卷装退绕下来,依次经张力器、积极送经机 构,由入纱导纱钩进入假捻空心轴2的过纱通道,以形路线绕经第一导纱轮7轮槽、第二导纱 轮8轮槽后进入加热装置9的褽烫走纱面上,高速旋转的假捻空心轴2带动第一导纱轮7轮 槽、第二导纱轮8轮槽对纱线实施滚动夹持式假捻,假捻空心轴2旋转方向为顺时针方向,使 得运行在熨烫走纱面上的纱线的主干产生转动,与此同时,定向伸展毛羽装置11的轴线与 假捻空心轴2呈斜向夹角为120-160°时,定向伸展毛羽装置11的出气口 12处定向喷射出蒸 汽流,通过定向吹拂使纱线的毛羽得到定向伸展,促使纱线毛羽进行定向伸展方向与纱线 运行方向呈120-160°夹角,防止毛羽随机纠缠成纤维结,通过柔化纱线的毛羽使其更易弯 曲缠绕,柔化的毛羽由熨烫走纱面握持,以与纱线运行方向呈120-160°夹角逆向有序缠绕 到转动的主干上,不仅避免毛羽垂直或随机包缠到主干而产生粗节等纱疵现象,解决毛羽 缠绕过程中纤维集聚的问题,实现了纱线毛羽的逆向有序包缠,而且这种毛羽沿纱线运行 方向进行逆向缠绕方式,在经编纱线直接进入织物成圈之前,毛羽外露端以尾端形式出现, 毛羽不易抽拔而反弹;高温熨烫走纱面通过热作用进一步定型斜向缠绕到主干的毛羽,从 而获得具有稳定结构的光洁纱线,具有稳定结构的光洁纱线经出纱导纱钩输出,然后经成 圈机构喂丝钩进入经编机成圈机构进行编织。
Claims (3)
1.一种定向伸展协同柔化缠绕纱线毛羽的方法,其特征在于:在每根纱线运行路线上 依次设置入纱导纱钩、定向伸展式包缠毛羽装置、出纱导纱钩,定向伸展式包缠毛羽装置由 基座(10)、假捻装置、加热装置(9)、定向伸展毛羽装置(1D组成,假捻装置、加热装置(9)位 于基座(10)上表面两端,假捻装置通过第一支撑架(3)和第二支撑架(6)固定在基座(10) 上,加热装置(9)的熨烫走纱面与假捻装置的假捻空心轴平行,且熨烫走纱面高出假捻 空心轴(2)中的第二导纱轮(8)轮槽槽底所在最高水平切面〇-5毫米,定向伸展毛羽装置 (11)位于加热装置(9)的一侧,定向伸展毛羽装置(n)呈管道状,定向伸展毛羽装置(11)通 过绝热连接座固定安装在基座(10)上表面上,定向伸展毛羽装置(n)的轴线与假捻空心轴 (2)呈斜向夹角,定向伸展毛羽装置(11)的出气口(I2)呈矩形状,出气口(12)与加热装置 (9)的褽烫走纱面位于同一水平高度上,出气口(12)所在平面与假捻空心轴(2)轴线平行, 出气口(12)所在平面与假捻空心轴⑵轴线的距离为卜6毫米, 以2_12〇0米/分钟前进的张紧状态纱线,经入纱导纱钩进入假捻装置的假捻空心轴(2) 的过纱通道,假捻空心轴(2)高速旋转,纱线经假捻空心轴(2)中的第一导纱轮(7)轮槽以S 形路线绕经第二导纱轮(8)轮槽后,进入加热装置(9)的熨烫走纱面上,高速旋转的假捻空 心轴(2)带动第一导纱轮(7)、第二导纱轮(8)对纱线实施滚动夹持式假捻,使得运行在樊烫 走纱面上的纱线的主干产生转动,与此同时,定向伸展毛羽装置(11)的出气口(丨2)对运行 的纱线定向喷射出蒸汽流,纱线毛羽在蒸汽流的作用下经定向伸展,伸展的毛羽在奧烫走 纱面上充分柔化,柔化后的纱线毛羽在转动的纱线主干上进行斜向有序包缠,毛羽有序包 缠后的纱线在熨烫走纱面上得到热定型处理,定型后的纱线经出纱导纱钩输出。
