Abstract
本发明属于纺织整理剂领域,具体涉及一种羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂。其包括如下浓度的组分:8‑12g/L的包覆DCMX的微胶囊,20‑30g/L的硅铝酸盐,50‑60g/L的粘合剂,30‑40g/L的柔软剂,10‑15g/L的渗透剂,2‑6g/L的分散剂。本发明提供的技术方案通过复包覆DCMX的微胶囊和硅铝酸盐的协同作用,使得经过其整理后的羊毛衫具有非常理想的抗菌除臭消臭效果,进一步,通过配合选择合适的粘合剂,使以上功效经多次洗涤仍保持较高的抗菌及除臭消臭效果。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织整理剂领域,具体涉及一种羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂。
背景技术
织物整理是在织物上施加一种整理剂,它能改变织物的表面性能,从而赋予织物特殊的功能。
羊毛是天然蛋白质纤维,以其蓬松、丰满、保暖的特性深受消费者的青睐。羊毛衫的后整理加工从上世纪九十年代后期得到了很大的发展。随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,近年来,消费者不再单一的追求保暖、机洗放缩、手感滑糯的传统要求,还注重衣服的健康环保、易于护理等这些要求给羊毛衫染整加工带来了新的机遇和挑战。
目前针对羊毛衫的整理剂主要为了解决抗起球、缩绒、抗静电等羊毛衫问题,但对于整理剂易洗脱,功效丧失快、抗菌性、除臭消臭问题却没有过多的研究成果。由于羊毛衫频繁清洗容易导致掉毛,变形,降低保暖性能,所以若干使羊毛衫具有一定的抗菌、除臭消臭功能显得非常有意义,并且为了能够使其能够长期发挥功效,还要保证整理剂不易洗脱。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂,用以解决羊毛衫抗菌、消臭除臭的问题。
本发明提供的技术方案,还解决了整理剂多次洗涤保持功能长效的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:所述羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂,包括如下组分,各组分的浓度如下:
衣物上的臭味来源主要是产生的氨、乙酸、异戊酸及硫化氢、甲硫醇等,通过DCMX微胶囊和硅铝酸盐复配,可以对以上物质有效的除臭消臭。
其中,包覆DCMX(2,4-二氯-3,5-二甲基苯酚)的微胶囊的制备方法可参考中国专利CN104452277A。
进一步的,所述包覆DCMX的微胶囊的浓度为8.5g/L,硅铝酸盐的浓度为25g/L,所述粘合剂的浓度为54g/L,所述柔软剂的浓度为38g/L,所述渗透剂的浓度为11g/L,所述分散剂的浓度为2g/L。
进一步的,所述粘合剂选自聚乙烯醇缩甲醛或聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。以上粘合剂均属于聚乙烯醇缩醛类,该类粘合剂可使有效物质更长久更牢固的粘附在羊毛织物上。
进一步的,所述粘合剂为聚乙烯醇缩甲醛。这一粘合剂可以很好的使整理剂有效成分不易被洗脱,实现持续高效,实验证明洗涤10次仍然保有90%的功效。
进一步的,所述柔软剂为聚醚改性有机硅柔软剂。
进一步的,所述渗透剂选自丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠、苄基萘磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠或脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐。
进一步的,所述分散剂为乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠。
进一步的,所述羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂通过浸轧法对羊毛衫进行处理。
本发明提供的技术方案通过复包覆DCMX的微胶囊和硅铝酸盐的协同作用,使得经过其整理后的羊毛衫具有非常理想的抗菌除臭消臭效果,进一步,通过配合选择合适的粘合剂,使以上功效经多次洗涤仍保持较高的抗菌及除臭消臭效果。
具体实施方式
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无说明,即为常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
下述实例中包覆DCMX的微胶囊通过以下方法获得:
1)称取1g DCMX于三颈烧瓶中,倒入10ml二氯甲烷,充分溶解后,加入90ml蒸馏水,6ml吐温80及0.8ml司班80,在室温下,以1500r/min进行搅拌,乳化25min。
2)称取2g三聚氰胺于可封口试剂瓶中,移取3.00ml 37%甲醛溶液倒入试剂瓶,混合,磁力搅拌均匀,加入10%NaOH溶液调pH8-9,然后水浴65-70℃加热,反应至透明后加入10ml蒸馏水,继续反应40min,得透明低分子量预聚体。
3)将步骤2)的预聚体加入到步骤1)获得的乳液中,滴加数滴消泡剂消泡,在500r/min条件下搅拌20min逐滴加10%柠檬酸调节Ph4-5,然后将三颈烧瓶放入60℃水浴,反应2h,用氢氧化钠溶液调至中性,过滤,水洗,醇洗和干燥。
实施例1整理剂的配置
将8.5g包覆DCMX(2,4-二氯-3,5-二甲基苯酚)的微胶囊、25g硅铝酸盐,54g聚乙烯醇缩甲醛,所述38g聚醚改性有机硅柔软剂,所述11g丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和2g乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠搅拌混合均匀配置至1L,获得所述羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂。
实施例2羊毛衫的整理
采用浸轧法处理,具体如下:
将羊毛衫采用浴比1:30在实施例1制得的羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂中通过浸轧整理,轧余率为80%,预烘温度85℃,预烘时间3min,焙烘温度120℃,焙烘时间2min,完成。
对进行整理的羊毛衫进行取样检测:
1.消臭除臭实验,对织物上氨、乙酸、异戊酸、硫成分进行检测,实验数据如表1所示:

减少率=(未整理样品浓度-整理后样品浓度)/未整理样品浓度
洗涤1次的过程为:将未处理样品及整理后样品洗后放置2小时再进行检测。
2.抗菌实验:参考标准FZ/T73023-2006抗菌针织品
实验菌种:
金黄色葡萄球菌 ATCC No.6538
大肠杆菌 8099
白色念球菌 ATCC No.10231
实验结果如表2所示:

其中,试样为整理后样品洗涤20次后进行上述实验;对照为未整理样品进行上述实验。
上述实验充分说明了本发明提供的整理剂具有长效抗菌除臭消臭功效。

1.一种羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂,其特征在于,包括如下组分,各组分的浓度如下:
所述粘合剂选自聚乙烯醇缩甲醛或聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,所述分散剂为乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂,其特征在于,所述包覆DCMX的微胶囊的浓度为8.5g/L,硅铝酸盐的浓度为25g/L,所述粘合剂的浓度为54g/L,所述柔软剂的浓度为38g/L,所述渗透剂的浓度为11g/L,所述分散剂的浓度为2g/L。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为聚乙烯醇缩甲醛。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述一种羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂,其特征在于,所述柔软剂为聚醚改性有机硅柔软剂。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述一种羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂,其特征在于,所述渗透剂选自丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠、苄基萘磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠或脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述一种羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂,其特征在于,所述羊毛衫长效抗菌除臭消臭整理剂通过浸轧法对羊毛衫进行处理。
