Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车阴极电泳涂装工艺,涉及表面处理领域,包括酸洗、脱脂、磷化、超声波清洗、电泳。本发明工艺生产出来的产品,外观平滑,夹缝处涂层完整,无缺口产生,与市面上普遍应用的电泳漆相比较,其夹层处的泳透力及其柔韧性强得多,且能够通过盐雾试验要求。

背景技术
[0003] 电泳漆已经广泛应用于工业领域,其具有低能耗、污染小的特点,现有电泳工艺中,在追求更低能耗、更低污染的如提下,尽量提尚电泳漆的油漆附着率,提尚耐盐雾能力,是本领域技术人员不断追求的目标。电泳分为阳极电泳和阴极电泳二种,阳极电泳生产成本较低,但处理后零件表面质量往往较差;阴极电泳的工件是阴极,不发生阳极溶解,工件表面及磷化膜不破坏,电泳涂料对金属有保护作。现有的工艺在处理过程中仍然需要进一步提升O

[0004] 本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种汽车阴极电泳涂装工艺,满足汽车厂的标准要求。
[0005] 为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种汽车阴极电泳涂装工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、酸洗:根据工件的锈蚀情况而定,用磷酸清洗;
B、脱脂:利用超声波除去夹层中的油脂,温度控制在70°C左右;
C、磷化:将水洗后的工件进行磷化池磷化,或用镀锌代替,增强漆膜结合力及整体涂层防护;
D、超声波清洗:经超滤机彻底清除工件夹缝中的残液,控制清水温度在80°C左右;
E、电泳:进入电泳槽,启动电源,配槽比列为漆冰=1:4,操作电压为60-150V,时间为60s,温度为180°C,具体操作条件的选择可根据工件的大小数量进行适当调整。

1.一种汽车阴极电泳涂装工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤: A、酸洗:根据工件的锈蚀情况而定,用磷酸清洗; B、脱脂:利用超声波除去夹层中的油脂,温度控制在70°C左右; C、磷化:将水洗后的工件进行磷化池磷化,或用镀锌代替,增强漆膜结合力及整体涂层防护; D、超声波清洗:经超滤机彻底清除工件夹缝中的残液,控制清水温度在80°C左右; E、电泳:进入电泳槽,启动电源,配槽比列为漆冰=1:4,操作电压为60-150V,时间为60s,温度为180°C,具体操作条件的选择可根据工件的大小数量进行适当调整。
