本发明的有益效果是，结构简单，操作方便，实现物料的单手按压切割，安全性能高，切割效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，一种按压切刀，包括底板1、支撑柱2、按板3和刀片4，底板1两侧设有支撑柱2，支撑柱2之间设有刀片4，刀片4顶端设有按板3。使用时，将食物放置在底板1上，下压按板3带动刀片4完成切割。
