Abstract
本发明公开一种多重缓冲的汽车保险杠装置,包括外盖板,缓冲弹簧,连接架,防撞钢架,气腔,托板,支架,安装板。防撞钢架是铝合金材料,气腔内部的填充气体为氮气,气腔的材料是耐磨和抗老化橡胶材料。缓冲弹簧卡于连接架内部,连接架是塑料材料。气腔封闭在外盖板、防撞钢架和托板之间。第一重缓冲装置包括缓冲弹簧和连接架,原理是利用缓冲弹簧的反作用力;第二重缓冲装置包括防撞钢架,是刚性支撑;第三重缓冲装置包括气腔,利用气腔变形而体积变小时气压增强,进一步变形受阻止。第一、三重缓冲是吸能式缓冲,两者互为补充;第二重缓冲是支撑性缓冲。它结构简单,成本适中,多重防护,汽车司机及乘客人身安全性高。

背景技术
[0002] 随着科技的发展以及人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的汽车进入到人们的日常生活中。保险杠属于汽车安全辅助装置,安装于车身前后。发生碰撞时,保险杠可以防护车身,避免车身遭受直接冲撞。国标《汽车前、后端保护装置(GB17354)》中规定了汽车的低速碰撞具体法规要求,为满足此法规,几乎所有汽车的保险杠内均采用了保险杠缓冲器。
[0003] 目前,现有保险杠虽经过不断科技更新但仍需创新改进,专利CN97227448.0申请公开了一种缓冲式汽车保险杠,其特征是在大梁外侧设置第一级减震系统,分别固定于大梁及移动保险杠前内壁,在大梁内侧设置二,三级减震系统,但是这三级减震系统只是简单结构累加以增加缓冲次数,需要较大的安装空间;有的不断复杂化吸能元件的机械结构,增强缓冲效果,如专利CN201410722933.1申请公开了一种吸能式保险杠,其特征是其保险杠前横梁和保险杠后梁之间安装有吸能元件和伸缩机构,增加的吸能元件包括减震器和弹簧,可共同增强吸能效果,专利CN 201310202223.1申请公开了一种汽车保险杠缓冲器,其特征是其汽车保险杠缓冲器朝向保险杠本体的一侧为网格状,汽车保险杠缓冲器远离保险杠本体的一侧设有用于连接安装支架的安装构件,网格会减小整体的密度,进而降低强度,碰撞时后可以随着保险杠本体溃缩一定的距离,起到一定的缓冲吸能作用,但结构复杂,增加制造和安装难度,不符合汽车本身的轻量化设计概念要求;有的保险杠缓冲器均采用EPP发泡产品,此材料需进口才能达成较好的吸能效果,成本较高;有的采用液压吸能式保险杠利用液压油通过节流孔时的黏性阻力吸收碰撞时的能量,工作稳定,吸收能力强,但是造价昂贵;有的考虑用气囊保险杠代替液压吸能式保险杠,可以极大降低成本,如专利CN201410470198.X申请公开了一种汽车吸能式气囊保险杠,其特征是其在保险杠上加装气囊,气囊可以在撞车时靠自身的变形和其内的气压升高来达到吸收能量,减小汽车外型受损和保护司机及乘客人身安全的目的,但是没有考虑气囊存在泄漏会导致工作稳定性和可靠性变差。
发明内容

[0005] 本发明具体解决其技术问题所采用的技术解决方案是:多重缓冲的汽车保险杠装置包括缓冲弹簧,防撞钢架,气腔,外盖板,托板,支架一,支架二,安装板一,安装板二,连接架。其中,缓冲弹簧卡于连接架内部,连接架是塑料材料,其具有吸能的效果,由其制成保护缓冲弹簧的框架,达到双层缓冲的效果。防撞钢架是铝合金材料,防撞钢架与连接架之间为螺钉连接,既具有高强度又满足轻量化要求。气腔内部的填充气体为氮气,优点是气源充足,在温度较高时氮气可以起到爆裂阻燃的作用;气腔的材料是耐磨和抗老化橡胶材料,优点橡胶材料使气腔具有较大的弹性,较好的密封性。外盖板的具体形状适应与具体汽车的外形,外盖板连接到汽车车身上。托板与支架一和支架二用螺钉连接,支架一和支架二起到支撑的作用,支架一、支架二分别与安装板一、安装板二用螺钉连接,安装板一和安装板二再连接到汽车车身上。支架一和支架二合称支架,安装板一和安装板二合称安装板。汽车保险杠装置的多重缓冲的过程中的第一重缓冲装置包括缓冲弹簧和连接架,缓冲弹簧卡装连接架内,连接架通过螺钉与外盖板连接,第一重缓冲的原理是当低速有碰撞冲击力时,由于缓冲弹簧的反作用力,使得保险杠本身得到缓冲、减速,同时塑料材料的连接架起双层缓冲的效果;第二重缓冲装置包括防撞钢架,是刚性支撑,当碰撞冲击力超过第一重缓冲装置承受范围,碰撞冲击力使得缓冲弹簧压缩到极限位置,无法吸能缓冲,防撞钢架起刚性支撑保护;第三重缓冲装置包括气腔,封闭在外盖板、防撞钢架和托板之间,当低速碰撞冲击力传递到气腔时,气腔会发生变形,使气腔体积变小而气压增强,阻止气腔的进一步变形,撞车时碰撞冲击力越大,气腔的变形量就越大,其内的气压升高就越大,吸能缓冲强度就越大,当撞击的碰撞冲击力特别大时,会使气腔内的气压增大太多,超过气腔承受极限范围而造成气腔爆裂,至此汽车保险杠装置功能失效。第一重缓冲和第三重缓冲是吸能式缓冲,两者互为补充,正常情况第一重缓冲和第三重缓冲都能发挥作用,如果第一重缓冲装置中缓冲弹簧失效,第三重缓冲装置中气腔正常发挥作用,如果第三重缓冲装置中气腔泄漏而失效,第一重缓冲装置中缓冲弹簧正常发挥作用。第二重缓冲是支撑性缓冲。
[0006] 本发明的有益效果是,采用一种新的多重缓冲的汽车保险杠装置,通过汽车保险杠装置的多重缓冲的实施,解决了多级减震系统只是简单结构累加以增加缓冲次数,需要较大的安装空间;吸能元件的机械结构复杂,增加制造和安装难度,不符合汽车本身的轻量化设计概念要求;依靠材料需进口才能达成较好的吸能效果,成本较高;采用液压吸能式保险杠是造价昂贵;气囊保险杠中没有考虑气囊存在泄漏会导致工作稳定性和可靠性变差等问题。它结构简单,符合轻量化设计概念,原理可靠,成本适中,多重防护,避免汽车的低速碰撞时车身遭受直接冲撞,提高汽车司机及乘客人身安全性。

[0010] 参见附图,一种多重缓冲的汽车保险杠装置包括缓冲弹簧1,防撞钢架2,气腔3,外盖板4,托板5,支架一 61,支架二 62,安装板一 71,安装板二 72,连接架8。其中,缓冲弹簧I处于连接架8内部,连接架8是塑料材料,其具有吸能的效果,由其制成保护缓冲弹簧I的框架,达到双层缓冲的效果。防撞钢架2是铝合金材料,防撞钢架2与连接架8之间为螺钉连接(图中未标出),既具有高强度又满足轻量化要求。气腔3内部的填充气体为氮气,优点是气源充足,在温度较高时氮气可以起到爆裂阻燃的作用;气腔3的材料是耐磨和抗老化橡胶材料,优点橡胶材料使气腔3具有较大的弹性,较好的密封性,气腔3封闭在外盖板4、防撞钢架2和托板5之间。外盖板4的具体形状适应与具体汽车的外形,外盖板4连接到汽车车身上(图中未标出)。托板5与支架一 61和支架二 62用螺钉连接(图中未标出),支架一 61和支架二 62起到支撑的作用,支架一 61、支架二 62分别与安装板一 71、安装板二 72用螺钉连接(图中未标出),安装板一 71和安装板二 72再连接到汽车车身上(图中未标出)。汽车保险杠装置的多重缓冲的过程中的第一重缓冲装置包括缓冲弹簧I和连接架8,缓冲弹簧I卡装连接架8内,连接架8通过螺钉与外盖板4连接(图中未标出),第一重缓冲的原理是当低速有碰撞冲击力时,由于缓冲弹簧I的反作用力,使得保险杠本身得到缓冲、减速,同时塑料材料的连接架8起双层缓冲的效果;第二重缓冲装置包括防撞钢架2,是刚性支撑,当碰撞冲击力超过第一重缓冲装置承受范围,碰撞冲击力使得缓冲弹簧I压缩到极限位置,无法吸能缓冲,防撞钢架2起刚性支撑保护;第三重缓冲装置包括气腔3,当低速碰撞冲击力传递到气腔3时,气腔3会发生变形,使气腔3体积变小而气压增强,阻止气腔3的进一步变形,撞车时碰撞冲击力越大,气腔3的变形量就越大,其内的气压升高就越大,吸能缓冲强度就越大,当撞击的碰撞冲击力特别大时,会使气腔3内的气压增大太多,超过气腔3承受极限范围而造成气腔3爆裂,至此汽车保险杠装置功能失效。第一重缓冲和第三重缓冲是吸能式缓冲,两者互为补充,正常情况第一重缓冲和第三重缓冲都能发挥作用,如果第一重缓冲装置中缓冲弹簧I失效,第三重缓冲装置中气腔3正常发挥作用,如果第三重缓冲装置中气腔3泄漏而失效,第一重缓冲装置中缓冲弹簧I正常发挥作用;第二重缓冲是支撑性缓冲。
[0011] 每当汽车发生碰撞时,碰撞冲击力首先作用在第一重缓冲装置的缓冲弹簧I和连接架8上,缓冲弹簧I被压缩而吸收碰撞冲击力,如果碰撞程度较小,第一重缓冲装置直接消除此次碰撞危害,使车身遭受直接冲撞;如果碰撞程度超过第一重缓冲装置承受范围,碰撞冲击力使得缓冲弹簧I压缩到极限位置,无法吸能缓冲,第二重缓冲装置的防撞钢架2起刚性支撑保护,缓冲碰撞冲击力,第三重缓冲装置的气腔3发挥作用,极大限度地消除此次危害,保护汽车司机及乘客人身安全性。
Claims (3)
1.一种多重缓冲的汽车保险杠装置,包括缓冲弹簧(I),防撞钢架(2),气腔(3),外盖板(4),托板(5),支架一(61),支架二(62),安装板一(71),安装板二(72),连接架(8);防撞钢架(2)是铝合金材料,气腔(3)内部的填充气体为氮气,气腔(3)的材料是耐磨和抗老化橡胶材料,外盖板(4)的具体形状适应与具体汽车的外形,其特征在于:所述缓冲弹簧(1)卡于连接架(8)内部,连接架(8)是塑料材料,气腔(3)封闭在外盖板(4)、防撞钢架(2)和托板(5)之间;第一重缓冲装置包括缓冲弹簧(I)和连接架(8),第二重缓冲装置包括防撞钢架(2),第三重缓冲装置包括气腔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多重缓冲的汽车保险杠装置,其特征在于所述防撞钢架(2)与连接架(8)之间为螺钉连接,连接架(8)通过螺钉与外盖板(4)连接,外盖板(4)连接到汽车车身上;托板(5)与支架一(61)和支架二(62)用螺钉连接,支架一(61)、支架二(62)分别与安装板一(71)、安装板二(72)用螺钉连接,安装板一(71)和安装板二(72)连接到汽车车身上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多重缓冲的汽车保险杠装置,其特征在于所述第一重缓冲和第三重缓冲是吸能式缓冲,两者互为补充;第二重缓冲是支撑性缓冲。
