Abstract
本发明公开了一种切割机,包括壳体;所述壳体上设有工作台,工作台上开设有圆形通槽;所述壳体内设有支撑柱,支撑柱下端与壳体的底板可转动连接,其上端设有支撑板,支撑板与工作台平齐,且在工作台上的圆形通槽内;所述支撑柱下侧设有从动齿轮,从动齿轮设有与其配合的主动齿轮,主动齿轮配置有旋转电机。该切割机可提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及切割机技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种切割机。
背景技术
现有的切割机很难对海绵进行曲线切割,而导致需要人工来完成圆形切割,从而增大了人工劳动力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种切割机,以解决现有技术的不足。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种切割机,包括壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体上设有工作台,工作台上开设有圆形通槽;所述壳体内设有支撑柱,支撑柱下端与壳体的底板可转动连接,其上端设有支撑板,支撑板与工作台平齐,且在工作台上的圆形通槽内;所述支撑柱下侧设有从动齿轮,从动齿轮设有与其配合的主动齿轮,主动齿轮配置有旋转电机;所述支撑柱中部套设有与其螺纹配合的旋转杆,旋转杆上端固定连接有环形盘,环形盘上设有切割电机,切割电机的输出轴设有切割片;所述旋转杆外套设有导向套,导向套的外圆面设有多个支架,支架与壳体固定。
进一步地,所述多个支架均匀分布。
进一步地,所述多个吸风机为4个。
本发明的有益效果是,
一、旋转电机驱动从动齿轮旋转,从动齿轮带动支撑柱旋转,支撑柱与旋转杆通过螺纹配合,使旋转杆沿导向套旋转向上移动,设置在环形盘上的切割电机带动切割片向上旋转移动对海绵进行圆形切割,从而实现切割出圆形海绵,有效的避免人工来进行圆形切割,提高工作效率。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1所示出了本发明提供的一种切割机,包括:工作台1、壳体3、支架4、主动齿轮5、旋转电机6、底板7、从动齿轮8、支撑柱9、导向套10、旋转杆11、环形盘12、海绵13、支撑板18、切割电机19及切割片。所述壳体3上设有工作台1,工作台1上开设有圆形通槽;所述壳体3内设有支撑柱9,支撑柱9下端与壳体3的底板7可转动连接,支撑柱9上端设有支撑板18;支撑板18与工作台1平齐,且在工作台1上的圆形通槽内;所述支撑柱9下侧设有从动齿轮8,从动齿轮8设有与其配合的主动齿轮5,主动齿轮5配置有旋转电机6;所述支撑柱9中部套设有与其螺纹配合的旋转杆11,旋转杆11上端固定连接有环形盘12,环形盘12上设有切割电机19,切割电机19的输出轴设有切割片;所述旋转杆11外套设有导向套10,导向套10的外圆面设有多个支架4,支架4与壳体3固定。
多个支架4均匀分布;所述多个吸风机2为4个。
旋转电机6驱动从动齿轮8旋转,从动齿轮8带动支撑柱9旋转,支撑柱9与旋转杆11通过螺纹配合,使旋转杆11沿导向套10旋转向上移动,设置在环形盘12上的切割电机19带动切割片向上旋转移动对海绵13进行圆形切割,从而实现切割出圆形海绵13,有效的避免人工来进行圆形切割,提高工作效率。

1.一种切割机,包括壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体上设有工作台,工作台上开设有圆形通槽;所述壳体内设有支撑柱,支撑柱下端与壳体的底板可转动连接,其上端设有支撑板,支撑板与工作台平齐,且在工作台上的圆形通槽内;所述支撑柱下侧设有从动齿轮,从动齿轮设有与其配合的主动齿轮,主动齿轮配置有旋转电机;所述支撑柱中部套设有与其螺纹配合的旋转杆,旋转杆上端固定连接有环形盘,环形盘上设有切割电机,切割电机的输出轴设有切割片;所述旋转杆外套设有导向套,导向套的外圆面设有多个支架,支架与壳体固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切割机,其特征在于,所述多个支架均匀分布。
