本发明公开了一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器,其特征在于,包括箱体,所述箱体一侧面设置有进风口,所述进风口的相对面设置有出风口,所述进风口和出风口之间依次设置有碱液槽、过滤装置和净化装置,所述净化装置的顶端绝缘式连通高压放电模块,所述过滤装置为二层以上的滤网,所述净化装置和高压放电模块与控制系统电相连;本发明提供的一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器通过滤网和除酸装置的双重处理,除去废气中的酸性气体及有害物质,大大提高净化效率,净化装置的外加电场放电产生的大量携能电子轰击有机废气分子,使有机废气转变为小分子、H2O、CO2,无二次污染,避免了有机废气对人体、环境的危害。

背景技术
[0002]目前废气净化设备的种类越来越多,随着工业的不断发展,传统的废气净化工艺已经不能满足现在有机废气净化需求。目前市场上缺少高精度和大型化废气净化产品,不能满足市场需求;还有,目前的废气净化产品存在性能低,稳定性和牢靠性差、外观外型不美观、外表处置粗糙,许多元器件质量差,寿命短、牢靠性低,影响整体产品的质量等诸多问题。因此,亟需应设计一种新型的净化设备来解决有机废气。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明解决的技术问题是,提供一种快速高效分解有机废气分子,除臭率可达99%以上,大大提高净化效率,避免有机废气对人体、环境危害的一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器。
[0004] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器,其特征在于,包括箱体,所述箱体一侧面设置有进风口,所述进风口的相对面设置有出风口,所述进风口和出风口之间依次设置有碱液槽、过滤装置和净化装置,所述净化装置的顶端绝缘式连通高压放电模块,所述过滤装置为二层以上的滤网,所述净化装置和高压放电模块与控制系统电相连,所述控制系统包括电控箱手动开关或PLC自动化控制开关。
[0005] 优选的是,所述进风口设置有均流网,初步过滤有机废气中的大颗粒粉尘,控制箱体内部气流均匀通过。
[0006] 优选的是,所述净化装置内部还设置有温控装置,作用是防止净化器内温度过高,影响散热,增加后续净化效率和维护成本。机理是,当运行温度> 80°C,即净化器最高运行温度,净化器自动断电,停止运行,当温度降到40°C以下时,净化器自动上电,保证净化器正常、安全启动运行。
[0007] 优选的是,所述高压放电模块产生的高能电子通过绝缘管路进入所述净化装置,所述绝缘管路穿过所述高压放电模块的一侧壁并由橡胶垫密封。
[0008] 优选的是,所述高压放电模块与控制系统、所述温控装置与电源模块之间均通过抗高温、防腐蚀的电线相连。
[0009] 优选的是,所述电源模块包括过压保护模块、过流保护模块、空载保护模块、短路保护模块和超温保护模块。
[0010] 优选的是,还设置有紫外照射装置,所述紫外照射装置设置于过滤装置和净化装置之间,所述紫外照射装置内设有若干个呈阵列排布的紫外线灯管,紫外照射装置与控制系统电相连,所述紫外线灯管发出的紫外光直接发挥降解污染物的作用,可杀菌并降解恶臭中各种成分。

[0013] 高压放电模块:在外加电场的作用下,介质放电产生的大量携能电子轰击有机废气分子,使其电离、解离和激发,然后便引发了一系列复杂的物理、化学反应,使复杂大分子有机废气转变为简单小分子安全物质,或使有毒有害物质转变成无毒无害或低毒低害的物质,从而使有机废气得以降解去除。因其电离后产生的电子平均能量在10ev,适当控制反应条件可以实现一般情况下难以实现或速度很慢的化学反应变得十分快速。

(I)本发明提供的一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器通过滤网和除酸装置的双重处理,除去废气中的酸性气体及有害物质,大大提高净化效率,净化装置的外加电场放电产生的大量携能电子轰击有机废气分子,使有机废气分子电离、解离和激发,然后便引发了一系列复杂的物理、化学反应,使有机废气转变为小分子、H20、C02,无二次污染,避免了有机废气对人体、环境的危害。
[0015] (2)本发明提供的一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器通过紫外线灯发出的紫外光直接发挥降解污染物的作用,可杀菌并降解恶臭中各种成分。
[0016] (3)本发明采用独立专用电源模块供电,该电源模块具备过压、过流、空载、短路、超温等保护功能,一有异常电源模块立即停止净化器运行并指示灯熄灭。
[0017] (4)本发明无任何机械动作,无噪音,无需专人管理和日常维护,只需作定期检查。

[0020] 如图1所示,一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器,其特征在于,包括箱体1,所述箱体I 一侧面设置有进风口,所述进风口的相对面设置有出风口,所述进风口设置有均流网2,所述进风口和出风口之间依次设置有碱液槽6、过滤装置7、紫外照射装置8和净化装置9,所述净化装置9的顶端绝缘式连通高压放电模块,所述过滤装置7为二层以上的滤网,所述净化装置9和高压放电模块3与控制系统电相连。所述进风口连接碱液槽6的进气口,碱液槽6的出气口连接过滤装置7的进气口,过滤装置7的出气口连接紫外照射装置8的进气口,紫外照射装置8的出气口连接净化装置9的进气口,净化装置9的出气口连接出风口,所述净化装置9的顶端绝缘式连通高压放电模块3,所述高压放电模块3产生的高能电子通过绝缘管路进入所述净化装置9,所述绝缘管路穿过所述高压放电模块3的一侧壁并由橡胶垫密封,所述净化装置9内部还设置有温控装置4,所述滤网为活性炭滤网和HEPA滤网,所述紫外照射装置8内设有若干个呈阵列排布的紫外线灯管。

1.一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器,其特征在于,包括箱体,所述箱体一侧面设置有进风口,所述进风口的相对面设置有出风口,所述进风口和出风口之间依次设置有碱液槽、过滤装置和净化装置,所述净化装置的顶端绝缘式连通高压放电模块,所述过滤装置为二层以上的滤网,所述净化装置和高压放电模块与控制系统电相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器,其特征在于,所述进风口设置有均流网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器,其特征在于,所述净化装置内部还设置有温控装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器,其特征在于,所述高压放电模块产生的高能电子通过绝缘管路进入所述净化装置,所述绝缘管路穿过所述高压放电模块的一侧壁并由橡胶垫密封。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器,其特征在于,所述高压放电模块与控制系统、所述温控装置与电源模块之间均通过抗高温、防腐蚀的电线相连。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器,其特征在于,所述电源模块包括过压保护模块、过流保护模块、空载保护模块、短路保护模块和超温保护模块。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器,其特征在于,还设置有紫外照射装置,所述紫外照射装置设置于过滤装置和净化装置之间,所述紫外照射装置内设有若干个呈阵列排布的紫外线灯管。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种等离子体废气灭菌除酸净化器,其特征在于,所述滤网为棉滤网、活性炭滤网或HEPA滤网中的一种或二种以上。
