本发明公开了一种固体饮料的制备方法,由下述重量份的原料制成:生姜2‑6份、红枣2‑6份、人参0.5‑1份、陈皮0.05‑0.5份,果糖0.5‑2份,麦芽糊精0.5‑3份,甜菊糖苷0.01‑0.04份。其制备方法包括生姜榨汁,红枣干燥、炒制、粉碎,陈皮烘干粉粹,再结合超声波提取、浓缩、离心、喷雾干燥、制粒等步骤。本发明通过优化各原料的前处理工艺结合超声提取工艺,可最大限度的提取药材中的有效成分,且可避免高温热处理导致的香气和风味丢失,姜、枣、人参、陈皮的原有风味得到很好保留,口感独特,工艺简单,成本较低。

目前的制备方法以直接打粉或者水提为主,这种方法虽然简单,但其产品的质量不高,香气和风味的丢失也比较严重。如专利201310436297.1公开了一种由党参、甘草、柴胡、生姜、肉桂、红糖、红枣、陈皮、白术、茯苓等制成的冲剂,适用于各种原因导致的脾胃虚寒症状,其制法是将各药材粉碎,制成冲剂服用,由于各药材未经过提取而直接粉碎成细粉服用,对胃肠有一定刺激性。专利201310622097.5公开了一种由枸杞、干姜、红枣、红茶制成的冬日暖胃茶,其制备方法是将各原料加热煎煮,加热浓缩后制成颗粒剂,可用于预防胃寒,但由于生姜、干姜中含有挥发油,其中的姜酚、姜烯等是姜类药材加快血液循环、让身体暖和的主要有效成分,这些成分如果经过长时间加热提取、浓缩、干燥后,损失较大,最终会影响其疗效。
为了解决上述问题,本申请人的专利201410134988.0公开了一种由生姜、干姜、红枣、陈皮、山药制成的固体饮料,其制备方法是干姜经过超临界提取干姜油,生姜榨汁,干姜、生姜的香气和辣味得到很好保留,但其中的红枣、陈皮、姜渣仅用水加热提取,姜辣素、橙皮苷等水溶性不好的有效成分提取不完全,且红枣的原有风味和香气也不能很好的保留,口感欠佳,且其制备工艺比较复杂,成本较高。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种固体饮料的制备方法,该方法既能最大限度的提取药材中的有效成分,又能保持姜、枣、人参的原有风味和香气,口感独特,工艺简单,成本较低。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现;
本发明所述的固体饮料,由下述重量份数的原料制成:生姜2~6份、红枣2~6份、人参0.5~1份、陈皮0.05~0.5份,果糖0.5~2份,麦芽糊精0.5~3份,甜菊糖苷0.01~0.04份。
本发明中各原料的药理作用如下报述:
生姜:味辛性微温。归肺、脾、胃经。具解表散寒,温中止呕,化痰止咳等功效。用于风寒感冒,胃寒呕吐,寒痰咳嗽等。其特有的“姜辣素”能刺激胃肠黏膜。使胃肠道充血,消化能力增强,能有效地治疗吃寒凉食物过多而引起的腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等。 吃过生姜后,人会有身体发热的感觉,这是因为它能使血管扩张,血液循环加快,促使身上的毛孔张开,这样不但能把多余的热量带走,同时还能把体内的病菌、寒气一同带出。当身体吃了寒凉之物,受了雨淋或在空调房间里呆久了,吃生姜就能及时消除因肌体寒重造成的各种不适。
红枣:味甘性湿,归脾胃经,有补中益气,养血安神,缓和药性的功能。红枣可健脾益胃,脾胃虚弱、腹泻,倦怠无力等症。红枣可增强人体免疫力,红枣含有大量的糖类物质,主要为葡萄糖,含有果糖、蔗糖以及由葡萄糖和果糖组成的低聚糖,阿拉伯聚糖及半乳醛聚糖等;并含有大量的维生素C、核黄素、硫胺素、有胡萝卜素、尼克酸等多种维生素,具有较强的补养作用,能提高人体免疫功能,增强抗病能力。
人参:本发明用生晒参,味甘,微苦,性平,有大补元气,复脉固脱,补益脾肺,生津安神的功效。性较平和,不温不燥,既可补气、又可生津,适用于扶正祛邪,增强体质和抗病能力。汉代的《神农本草经》把人参列为上品,别名“人衔”、“鬼盖”等。描述其功效为“主补五脏,安精神,定魂魄,止惊悸,除邪气,明目、开心、益智。久服, 轻身、延年”。
陈皮:味苦、辛,性温。归肺、脾经。具理气健脾、燥湿化痰、解腻留香、降逆止呕等功效。陈皮水煎液对唾液淀粉酶活性有明显的促进作用,这是陈皮理气健脾作用的实验依据。
果糖:和葡萄糖一样,也是一种单糖,能够快速给人体提供能量,其代谢途径与胰岛素无关,不会引起血糖及胰岛素水平波动。
《黄帝内经》上说,诸痛痒疮,皆属于心。心阳不足,六脉迟缓,寒主收引,不通则痛。所谓疼痛,刚开始基本都是起于受凉加经脉不通。机体阳气不足,失于温煦导致内寒,寒性“凝滞”,即凝结、阻滞不通之意。一旦阴寒之邪偏盛,阳气受损,则经脉气血失于温煦推动而阻滞不通。气血阻滞不通,不通则痛,故寒邪伤人多见疼痛症状。本发明采用生姜解表散寒,人参大补元气,补心之阳气,温煦经脉脏腑,红枣健脾益胃,益气补血,助十二经养阴血,陈皮理气健脾,果糖可给机体迅速补充能量,气血充足可利于寒气排出和解除疼痛,各药合在一起,达到抗疲劳、防寒暖身、健脾暖胃、提高免疫和预防感冒和痛经的功效。
本发明上述固体饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a)取生姜,洗净,破碎,榨汁,生姜汁用洁净容器保存,备用;红枣,洗净,烘干,文火120~140℃清炒10-15分钟,粉碎成粗粉,全部通过20目筛;人参,洗净,干燥,粉碎成粗粉,全部通过20目筛;陈皮,挑选除杂,洗净,干燥,粉碎成粗粉,全部通过20目筛;
b)取榨汁后的生姜渣,粉碎后的红枣粗粉、人参粗粉、陈皮粗粉加6~15倍的质量浓度为70%~95%的乙醇超声提取30~60分钟,滤过,滤液在60℃以下减压回收乙醇,并浓缩到相对密度为1.10~1.13的浸膏Ⅰ,备用;
c)取超声提取后的药渣加6~15倍量水,煎煮提取1时,滤过,合并滤液,在80℃下减压浓缩到相对密度为1.03~1.13的浸膏Ⅱ,将浸膏Ⅰ和浸膏Ⅱ合并得总浸膏;
d)取生姜汁,加入麦芽糊精混匀,加入到上述总浸膏中,混匀得中药清膏,取中药清膏进行喷雾干燥,定时收集喷干粉,得中药喷干粉;
e)取中药喷干粉与红糖、果糖、甜菊糖苷混合均匀,制粒,包装,制成固体饮料。
优选的,步骤a)中红枣烘干的温度为80℃,烘干后再用文火清炒至红枣发出焦糖气,可以较好的保留红枣的香气和风味。
步骤a)中陈皮干燥的温度为60℃。
优选的,步骤b)中,所述超声提取的条件:频率为20-40kHz,温度45-60℃,搅拌速度为100r/min-200 r/min,超声提取时间为40分钟,通过控制上述超声条件参数,可明显提高各成分的提取率,提取时间短,提取效率高。
优选的,步骤b)中,所述乙醇的质量浓度为70%-75%。
优选的,步骤c)中,所述的离心转速为8000r/min~12000r/min。
优选的,步骤d)中,所述喷雾干燥的条件为:控制进风温度175~185℃,出风温度85~90℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1)根据处方中各药材有效成分的理化性质特点,为充分提取本配方中生姜的有效成分挥发油,本发明采用生姜先榨汁提取生姜汁(含有挥发性成分),从而避免了挥发油因长时间加热提取而挥发损失;生姜渣、红枣、人参、陈皮经过用一定浓度乙醇溶液超声提取,可以充分提取到红枣香气成分、姜辣素、人参皂苷、橙皮苷等水溶性不好的有效成分,超声提取后的药渣再用水加热提取,能最大限度的提取了药材中的有效成分,保证了功效;
2)本发明将红枣干燥、清炒、粉碎后再用乙醇超声提取,可以很好提高和保留枣香,陈皮经烘干粉碎再超声提取,橙皮苷提取率明显提高;
3)本发明通过优化各原料的前处理结合超声提取工艺,可显著缩短提取时间,工艺简单,成本较低,且可避免高温热处理导致的香气和风味丢失,姜、枣、人参、陈皮的原有风味得到很好保留,口感独特。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明,以下实施例为本发明具体的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受下述实施例的限制。
实施例1:
原料药配比:
生姜3份、红枣3份、人参0.5份、陈皮0.5份、果糖2份,麦芽糊精1份,甜菊糖苷0.01份,其制备工艺包括如下步骤:
a)取生姜,洗净,破碎,榨汁,生姜汁用洁净容器保存,备用;红枣,洗净,80℃烘干,文火(120-140℃)清炒10分钟,粉碎成粗粉(全部通过20目筛);人参,洗净,干燥,粉碎成粗粉(全部通过20目筛);陈皮,挑选除杂,洗净,60℃干燥,粉碎成粗粉(全部通过20目筛);
b)取榨汁后的生姜渣,粉碎后的红枣粗粉、人参粗粉、陈皮粗粉加10倍的70%乙醇超声提取40分钟,超声频率30Hz,温度45℃,搅拌速度为100r/min,滤过,滤液在60℃以下减压回收乙醇,并浓缩到相对密度为1.10~1.13的浸膏Ⅰ,备用;
c)取超声提取后的药渣加8倍量水,煎煮1小时,滤过,滤液在80℃下减压浓缩到相对密度为1.03~1.13的浸膏Ⅱ,将浸膏Ⅰ和浸膏Ⅱ合并,离心,得总浸膏;
d)取生姜汁,加入麦芽糊精混匀,加入到上述总浸膏中混匀得到中药清膏,取中药清膏进行喷雾干燥,控制进风温度175~185℃,出风温度85~95℃,定时收集喷干粉,得中药喷干粉;
e)取中药喷干粉与果糖、甜菊糖苷混合均匀,制粒,包装,制成固体饮料。
实施例2:
原料药配比:
生姜6份、红枣6份、人参1份、陈皮0.5份、甜菊糖苷0.04份、果糖1份,麦芽糊精2份,其制备工艺包括如下步骤:
a)取生姜,洗净,破碎,榨汁,生姜汁用洁净容器保存,备用;红枣,洗净,80℃烘干,文火(120-140℃)清炒10分钟,粉碎成粗粉(全部通过20目筛);人参,洗净,干燥,粉碎成粗粉(全部通过20目筛);陈皮,挑选除杂,洗净,60℃干燥,粉碎成粗粉(全部通过20目筛);
b)取榨汁后的生姜渣,粉碎后的红枣粗粉、人参粗粉、陈皮粗粉加15倍的95%乙醇超声提取30分钟,超声频率40Hz,温度60℃,搅拌速度为100r/min,滤过,滤液在60℃以下减压回收乙醇,并浓缩到相对密度为1.10~1.13的浸膏Ⅰ,备用;
c)取超声提取后的药渣加10倍量水,煎煮提取1小时,滤过,滤液,在80℃下减压浓缩到相对密度为1.03~1.13的浸膏Ⅱ,将浸膏Ⅰ和浸膏Ⅱ合并,离心,得总浸膏;
d)取生姜汁,加入麦芽糊精混匀,加入到上述总浸膏中混匀得到中药清膏,取中药清膏进行喷雾干燥,控制进风温度175~185℃,出风温度85~95℃,定时收集喷干粉,得中药喷干粉;
e) 取中药喷干粉与甜菊糖苷、果糖混合均匀,制粒,包装,制成固体饮料。
实施例3:
原料药配比:
生姜5份、红枣5份、人参1份、陈皮0.5份、甜菊糖苷0.03份、果糖1.5份,麦芽糊精3份,其制备工艺包括如下步骤:
a)取生姜,洗净,破碎,榨汁,生姜汁用洁净容器保存,备用;红枣,洗净,80℃烘干,文火(120-140℃)清炒15分钟,粉碎成粗粉(全部通过20目筛);人参,洗净,干燥,粉碎成粗粉(全部通过20目筛);陈皮,挑选除杂,洗净,60℃干燥,粉碎成粗粉(全部通过20目筛);
b)取榨汁后的生姜渣,粉碎后的红枣粗粉、人参粗粉、陈皮粗粉加15倍的85%乙醇超声提取1小时,超声频率20Hz,温度50℃,搅拌速度为200r/min,滤过,滤液在60℃以下减压回收乙醇,并浓缩到相对密度为1.10~1.13的浸膏Ⅰ,备用;
c)取超声提取后的药渣加加10倍量水,煎煮提取3小时,滤过,滤液在80℃下减压浓缩到相对密度为1.03~1.13的浸膏Ⅱ,将浸膏Ⅰ和浸膏Ⅱ合并,离心,得总浸膏;
d)取生姜汁,加入麦芽糊精混匀,加入到上述总浸膏中混匀得到中药清膏,取中药清膏进行喷雾干燥,控制进风温度175~185℃,出风温度85~95℃,定时收集喷干粉,得中药喷干粉;
e) 取中药喷干粉与甜菊糖苷、果糖混合均匀,制粒,包装,制成固体饮料。
对比例1:
原料药配比:
生姜3份、红枣3份、人参0.5份、陈皮0.5份、果糖3份,麦芽糊精1份,甜菊糖苷0.01份,其制备工艺包括如下步骤:
取生姜,洗净,切片;红枣,洗净,切碎;人参,破碎;陈皮,挑选除杂,破碎;将各原料药加水煮沸煎煮3次,料液比1:10,每次30分钟,合并滤液,加热浓缩提取液,加入果糖、麦芽糊精、甜菊糖苷混合均匀,制粒,包装,制成固体饮料。
对比例2:
原料药配比:
生姜6份、红枣6份、人参1份、陈皮0.5份、甜菊糖苷0.04份、果糖1份,麦芽糊精2份,其制备工艺包括如下步骤:
取生姜,洗净,切片;红枣,洗净,切碎;人参,破碎;陈皮,挑选除杂,切成1-1.5cm的丝;将各原料药加60%乙醇加热提取2h,料液比1:8,合并滤液,加热浓缩提取液,加入果糖、麦芽糊精、甜菊糖苷混合均匀,制粒,包装,制成固体饮料。
分别取实施例1、2和对比例1、2的颗粒样品4.5g,加热水200ml搅拌溶解,闻香品尝;分别用HPLC法测定颗粒样品中6-姜辣素(C17H26O4)和橙皮苷(C28H34O15)的含量,其结果如表1所示。

本发明实施例样品的枣香、辣味明显要比对比例样品浓郁,口感独特,且由表1结果可以看出,实施例中红枣经炒制后再用超声提取,其香气远远好于对比例,陈皮经烘干粉碎再超声提取,橙皮苷提取率明显提高,因此,本发明通过优化前处理工艺结合超声提取工艺,不仅有效成分富集完全,而且保留了各原料的风味和香气,提取时间短,提取效率高。
Claims (4)
1.一种固体饮料的制备方法,由下述重量份的原料制成:生姜2~6份、红枣2~6份、人参0.5~1份、陈皮0.05~0.5份,果糖0.5~2份,麦芽糊精0.5~3份,甜菊糖苷0.01~0.04份,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)取生姜,洗净,破碎,榨汁,生姜汁用洁净容器保存,备用;红枣,洗净,烘干,文火清炒10-15分钟,粉碎成粗粉;人参,洗净,干燥,粉碎成粗粉;陈皮,挑选除杂,洗净,干燥,粉碎成粗粉;
b)取榨汁后的生姜渣,粉碎后的红枣粗粉、人参粗粉、陈皮粗粉加6~15倍的质量浓度为70-95%乙醇超声提取30-60分钟,滤过,滤液在60℃以下减压回收乙醇,并浓缩到相对密度为1.10~1.13的浸膏Ⅰ,备用;
c)取超声提取后的药渣加6~15倍量水,煎煮提取1时,滤过,在60℃下减压浓缩到相对密度为1.03~1.13的浸膏Ⅱ,将浸膏Ⅰ和浸膏Ⅱ合并,离心,得总浸膏;
d)取生姜汁,加入麦芽糊精混匀,加入到上述总浸膏中,混匀得中药清膏,取中药清膏进行喷雾干燥,定时收集喷干粉,得中药喷干粉;
e)取中药喷干粉与红糖、果糖、甜菊糖苷混合均匀,制粒,包装,制成固体饮料;
步骤a)中红枣烘干的温度为80℃,陈皮干燥的温度60℃;
步骤b)中,所述超声提取的条件:频率为20-40kHz,温度45-60℃,超声提取时间为40分钟,搅拌速度为100r/min-200r/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤b)中,所述乙醇的质量浓度为70%~75%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤c)中,所述的离心条件为:转速为8000r/min~12000r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤d)中,所述喷雾干燥的条件为:控制进风温度175~185℃,出风温度85~95℃。
