本发明涉及一种饮料盒。
背景技术
中国专利文献号CN103879644A于2014年06月25日公开了一种新型带盖子的牛奶盒，在现有牛奶盒的基础上，在牛奶盒的吸管插孔处增加一个塑料密封盖子，盖子采用乐扣杯一样的扣合方式，使用时，不用取出吸管，直接将吸管头放在吸管槽内，扣上盖子即可，因为盖子密封性较好，不会轻易洒出来。但是，这种牛奶盒的制作成本比较高，令用户不太满意。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、制作成本低、卫生程度高的饮料盒，以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种饮料盒，包括设置在盒体上的吸管插孔，盒体上设置有折边，其结构特征是吸管插孔设置在盒体的外侧且被翻折后的折边所遮盖。
进一步，所述吸管插孔的开孔处靠近折边的底部。
进一步，所述吸管插孔上设置塑料遮盖膜或铝箔遮盖膜。
进一步，所述吸管插孔的开孔呈椭圆形或菱形。
本发明将吸管插孔设置在盒体的外侧且被翻折后的折边所遮盖，从而避免了吸管插孔外露，提高了卫生洁净度。由于盒体上的折边为盒体自身所携带的，并不增加成本，且用户可在用吸管吸食过程中，暂停吸食，而将折边翻折至重新遮盖吸管插孔。
本发明中的吸管插孔的开孔呈椭圆形或菱形，可避免用户在吸食过程中因外界大气压力而导致吸食困难的问题，极大的方便了用户。
本发明具有结构简单合理、制作成本低、卫生程度高的特点。

参见图1-图3，本饮料盒，包括设置在盒体1上的吸管插孔3，盒体1上设置有折边2，吸管插孔3设置在盒体1的外侧且被翻折后的折边2所遮盖。
在本实施例中，吸管插孔3的开孔处靠近折边2的底部。
吸管插孔3上设置塑料遮盖膜或铝箔遮盖膜。
吸管插孔3的开孔呈椭圆形或菱形。
饮料盒使用时，首先将折边2朝上翻起，然后将吸管插入吸管插孔3接口饮用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的饮料盒，其特征是所述吸管插孔(3)的开孔处靠近折边(2)的底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饮料盒，其特征是所述吸管插孔(3)上设置塑料遮盖膜或铝箔遮盖膜。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的饮料盒，其特征是所述吸管插孔(3)的开孔呈椭圆形或菱形。
