具体实施方式
[0018] 本发明主要分为前后两部分,中间通过铰接结构联为一体,主要包括前机架、后机架、货箱、发动机装置、传动装置、液压系统、气动系统、电气系统及驾驶室总成。
[0019] 一、驾驶室总成
1、主驾驶室独立安装于前机架最前端铲板结构上,全封闭、具备减震功能、驾驶特性如图地面车辆,该种结构及功能的驾驶室在煤矿用防爆胶轮车行业尚属首次采用,如图2所示,该驾驶室总体设计为全封闭式,主驾驶室主要包括主体结构、外层包皮、驾驶操纵单元、散热装置安装单元、减震单元等。其主体采用框架式结构,用异形梁及标准方钢搭建而成,结实牢固,且自重较小;外层包皮采用独特的板筋工艺和焊接工艺在框架结构外层围上一层薄板,并采用了电泳、烤漆等一系列防锈工艺流程,实现了驾驶室总成的美观效果,一改煤矿车辆的粗笨风格,给人以耳目一新的视觉效果;驾驶室左侧的驾驶操纵单元如图5所示,包含仪表台、操纵台、气动控制四连杆机构双雨刮、矿用气动雨刮喷水器、暖风装置、及座椅等。该车挡风玻璃的喷水装置采用了气动控制装置,该装置主要由气源、喷淋按钮阀、气动水栗、水箱、喷淋嘴及管路等组成。气动水栗主要由气室、弹簧腔、活塞、进水单向阀、出水单向阀、进气接头等组成。当需要喷水时,拉动喷淋按钮阀,这时压力气源经过喷淋按钮阀进入气动水栗的气室,推动活塞运动,压缩弹簧,将弹簧腔中的静水通过出水单向阀压出,形成压力水,压力水经喷淋嘴喷洒到挡风玻璃上。拉动喷淋按钮阀一次,喷水一次。喷水结束后,按下喷淋按钮阀,压力控制气源卸压,被压缩后的弹簧复位,弹簧腔形成真空,水箱中的水经进水单向阀进入弹簧腔,等待下一次的喷淋动作。这种喷淋装置结构简单,操纵方便,不仅满足了井下防爆的要求,而且环保。仪表台及各种标牌采用全不锈钢设计,且进行抛光处理,标识字符等均采用酸刻工艺,操纵台采用人性化设计,其操纵性达到地面车辆的舒适度;驾驶室右半部分为独立布置液压驱动三位一体散热装置,主要包括驱动装置、排风式散热装置及安装结构三部分,安装结构设计了脱离车架的散热器安装结构,并可防止排除热风返回到散热器吸风区域的结构,保证了散热装置的散热效果,设置有阻燃抗静电的隔热隔噪装置,安全舒适;驾驶室减震单元采用硅油减震的方式,具体为在驾驶室与前车架之间设置有硅油减震器,达到提高驾驶舒适性的效果。硅油减震器由壳体、硅油、减震橡胶、连接螺栓等组成。这种隔振器减震性能好,即使机体有所晃动,也不会影响到操作人员的舒适度。操作人员耳边噪声可降到73dB(A),回转时峰值也只有SOdB(A)。
[0020] 2、付驾驶室独立安装于后机架后侧,为半封闭结构、与后机架通过连接座连接,连接座下面加有橡胶减震垫,具备较好的减震功能,该种独立安装可方便拆卸的结构在煤矿用防爆胶轮车行业也是首次采用。付驾驶室主要包括主体结构、外层包皮、驾驶操纵单元、仪表台、手动雨刮及座椅等。
[0021] 二、机架部分
机架部分主要包括前机架、后机架及货箱总成三部分,前后机架主架均采用箱型梁与框架相结合结构形式。前机架与后机架通过铰接架链接,转向时前后机架的最大摆动角度为40度,后机架与货箱通过举身油缸、侧翻回转机构联结,货箱侧翻最大角度为42度。
[0022] 1、前机架设计采用了一种新型的设计结构,前机架由于承载整体驾驶室、发动机、散热器、变速箱变矩器为一体的双变、补水箱、液压油箱、燃油箱、废气处理箱等,所以,与以往前机架结构不同,设计了一种新型的结构形式。前机架主要由铰接部、左右纵梁、前驾驶室支撑架三部分组成。
[0023] (I)铰接部
铰接部由钢板焊接而成,包括与后机架链接的铰接耳板,与转向油缸油接的油缸座,与前机架纵梁焊接的后板等组成。
[0024] (2)主梁
前机架左右纵梁构成前机架主梁,由两个侧板,顶板和加强筋焊接而成,形成槽形结构,车辆的钢板弹簧吊耳镶嵌安装在纵梁内部,钢板弹簧前安装座为销轴式结构,销轴与机架纵梁连接在一起,后安装座同前安装座,且增加了一个钢板弹簧导向块。同时两纵梁上还焊有支撑发动机及双变的支撑座,焊有支撑液压油箱、补水箱、废气箱、燃油箱的支撑架等。
[0025] (3)前驾驶室支撑架
前驾驶室支撑架既要承载驾驶室,又要承载发动机散热器。同时考虑其外形的美观等。设计时采用钢板加流线型围板焊接结构形式,与主梁采用插入式焊接结构,使之与铰接部、主梁焊接成一体,形成一个可靠的刚性体。由于承载驾驶室,所以考虑驾驶舒适性,增加了硅油减震器支撑结构。
[0026] 2、后机架设计所示为一种铰接式后机架,包括铰接架、左前梁、左后梁、右梁、前横梁、中横梁、后横梁、板簧;所述左前梁、左后梁、右梁通过铰接架、前横梁、中横梁、后横梁连接形成后机架框架结构;所述铰接架位于后机架前部,与前机架通过铰接销轴连接;所述铰接架底部设置驻车制动器支座;所述左前梁、右梁前段底部设置转向油缸支座;所述左前梁、右梁中段内侧设置前板簧支座,中横梁底部设置后板簧支座;所述左前梁、右梁中段外侧设置自卸支座,与货厢通过自卸销轴连接;所述左前梁与右梁之间设置前举升支梁,左后梁与右梁之间设置后举升支梁;所述左后梁上面设置副驾驶室减震垫;所述板簧一端为卷耳,一端为自由,卷耳端通过板簧销轴与前板簧支座连接,自由端通过支撑销轴、弧形导向块架设于后板簧支座上。后机架由矩形梁、槽钢和钢板焊接而成,结构简单,强度较高。
[0027] 3、货箱所示为一种侧卸货厢,包括底架、左侧门、右前侧门、右后侧门、后门、支梁、举升支座、侧卸支座;所述左侧门、右前侧门、右后侧门、后门围绕底架翻转;所述右前侧门、右后侧门通过支梁连接;所述侧卸支座与后机架连接;所述举升支座与举升油缸连接。侧卸货厢由钢板和型钢焊接而成,结构简单,刚度较强。
[0028] 三、发动机装置
发动机装置,设计中首次在煤矿用胶轮运输车上采用独立布置的液压驱动冷却装置,冷却装置包括散热器、风扇、主水栗、副水栗、液压马达、液压栗及胶管等组成,风扇由液压马达和液压栗组成的液压驱动系统驱动,可将柴油机与散热器分开布置,将柴油机布置在利于传动和机架布置的位置,将散热器布置在利于通风散热的位置,分开布置有利于整车空间利用和结构优化。本车散热器、风扇、液压马达等布置在驾驶室右侧,柴油机布置在驾驶室后面,车架中心轴位置,液压栗装在变矩器上。冷却水路采用双循环水路,双循环水路是将柴油机本体的冷却水路和排气系统的冷却水栗分开。
[0029] 四、传动装置
传动装置米用液力机械传动方式,发动机直接驱动一体式液力传动变速箱,一体式双变分为前后两个输出端,前输出端通过前桥传动轴将动力传递至前驱动桥,后输出端通过铰接传动轴传递至驻车制动器,驻车制动器后输出端通过后桥传动轴将动力传递至后驱动桥,实现整车四轮驱动。
[0030] (I)驻车制动器
传动装置中设计有一套独立的驻车制动器,是一种弹簧制动液压释放形式的制动器,采用全封闭,防水防尘结构。车辆运动时液压压力油注入制动器,解除碟簧组给与摩擦片的压力,钢片与粉片不接触,前传动轴驱动力通过凸缘驱动轴总成转动,轴总成带动粉片和凸缘一起转动,凸缘通过后传动轴将动力传递给后驱动桥,完成动力传递,车辆停驻后,去除液压压力油,碟簧组压紧钢片和粉片,产生摩擦力,粉片与轴总成通过花键链接,钢片与制动器壳体通过花键链接,而壳体是相对于车架静止不动的,所以制动时传动轴是不可以转动的,实现了整车的停车制动功能,制动器内钢片不能转动但可以轴向移动,粉片随轴总成转动,并可轴向运动。其与干式制动器不同,最大的特点是湿式多盘制动器工作在浸油封闭环境中,该制动器通过自行冷却方式进行冷却,摩擦片上设计有许多单头螺旋沟槽,制动时依靠离心力的作用,通过沟槽冷却油不断地由其内径流往外径,带走摩擦副产生的热量。
[0031] (2)—体式双变
一体式液力变速箱,该变速箱集变速箱和变矩器功能于一体,包含3个前进档和3个后退档,共有4个档位离合器组件,3个轴组件,3个齿轮组件,以及液力变矩器和箱体组件。
[0032] ( 3)湿式制动驱动桥
湿式制动驱动桥为大承载轮边开式制动,采用液压制动弹簧释放方式,主要包括轮边减速器总成,制动器总成,桥壳总成,主减总成四个部分。
[0033] 五、电气机构设计
该车采用气启动电保护,配备了能自动采集整车发动机、传动、液压等系统参数的保护装置,保护项目包括:排气温度、发动机水温、发动机表面温度、瓦斯浓度、机油压力等,本设计中还设计有燃油箱油位显示及缺油报警功能。采用CAN总线方式实时监测车辆运行状态,实现人机交互,对车辆存在的问题进行预警或采取自动停机保护措施。该车还配备了适用于煤矿井下防爆车辆的暖风装置,能实现驾驶室除霜、除雾和换气,改善驾驶操作人员的舒适性和安全性。

液压系统,包括转向互锁阀和配备在前驾驶室的一号转向器、一号优先阀以及配备在后驾驶室的二号转向器、二号优先阀以及铰接中心对称处的一号转向油缸以及二号转向油缸。前、后驾驶室各设置有一套转向器与优先阀,使每个转向器都有配套的优先阀,所以转向灵敏,省力,且含有转向互锁阀,当在一个驾驶室进行转向时,另一个驾驶室的转向被锁定。转向互锁阀的控制方式为气控,在前后驾驶室的切换过程中省力。

[0036] 前驾驶操作:当在前驾驶操作时,转向互锁阀I处于图示位置,此时液压栗输出的压力油经转向互锁阀I的P 口到A 口再到一号优先阀2的P 口,此时液压栗、转向互锁阀、一号优先阀、一号转向器、一号转向油缸、二号转向油缸以及液压油箱、管路等构成了一个转向回路,此时二号优先阀的P 口没有供油,二号转向器不起作用。
[0037] 后驾驶操作:当在后驾驶操作时,转向互锁阀换向,此时液压栗输出的压力油经转向互锁阀的P 口到B 口再到二号优先阀的P 口,此时液压栗、转向互锁阀、二号优先阀、二号转向器、一号转向油缸、二号转向油缸以及液压油箱、管路等构成了一个转向回路,此时一号优先阀的P 口没有供油,一号转向器不起作用。

1.一种煤矿用窄矮型铰接式双向运输车,包括前机架(7)、后机架(8)、货箱总成(6)、发动机装置(I)、传动装置(2)、液压系统(3)、气动系统(4)、电气系统(5)和驾驶室总成(9),发动机装置(1)、传动装置(2)、控制转向用的液压系统(3)、控制换挡用的气动系统(4)和电气系统(5)集成在前机架(7)、后机架(8)以及驾驶室总成(9)上,货箱总成(6)设置在后机架(8)上,其特征在于: 所述的前机架(7)包括与后机架(8)链接的铰接部(7.1)、采用插入式焊接结构的主梁(7.2)和承载前驾驶室的前驾驶室支撑架(7.3),铰接部(7.1)、主梁(7.2)和前驾驶室支撑架(7.3)依次焊接在一起; 所述的后机架(8 )包括铰接架(8.2)、左前梁(8.5)、左后梁(8.16)、右梁(8.6)、前横梁(8.3)、中横梁(8.12)和后横梁(8.17);所述左前梁(8.5)、左后梁(8.16)、右梁(8.6)通过铰接架(8.2)、前横梁(8.3)、中横梁(8.12)、后横梁(8.17)连接形成后机架框架结构;所述铰接架(8.2)位于后机架前部,与前机架的铰接部(7.1)通过铰接销轴(8.1)连接; 所述的货箱总成(6)包括后门(6.1)、右前侧门(6.2)、支梁(6.3)、右后侧门(6.4)、举升支座(6.5)、侧卸支座(6.6)、底架(6.7)和左侧门(6.8),底架(6.7)上侧设有后门(6.1)、右前侧门(6.2)、支梁(6.3)、右后侧门(6.4)、和左侧门(6.8),底架(6.7)下侧中部设有举升支座(6.5),底架(6.7 )下侧右边设有侧卸支座(6.6),货箱总成(6 )通过与举升支座(6.5)和侧卸支座(6.6)连接的油缸与后机架(8)联接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿用窄矮型铰接式双向运输车,其特征在于:所述铰接架(8.2)底部设置有驻车制动器支座(8.4),所述左前梁(8.5)、右梁(8.6)前段底部设置有转向油缸支座(8.7),所述左前梁(8.5)和右梁(8.6)中段内侧设置有前板簧支座(8.10),中横梁(8.12)底部设置后板簧支座(8.21),前板簧支座(8.10)和后板簧支座(8.21)上设置有板簧(8.11),所述板簧(8.11)—端为卷耳,一端为自由,卷耳端通过板簧销轴(8.18)与前板簧支座(8.10)连接,自由端通过支撑销轴(8.19)、弧形导向块(8.20)架设于后板簧支座上(8.21),所述左前梁(8.5)、右梁(8.6)中段外侧设置自卸支座(8.13),自卸支座(8.13)与货箱总成(6)通过自卸销轴(8.8)连接;所述左前梁(8.5)与右梁(8.6)之间设置有前举升支梁(8.9),左后梁(8.5)与右梁(8.6)之间设置后举升支梁(8.14),所述左后梁(8.16)上面设置有副驾驶室减震垫(8.15)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的煤矿用窄矮型铰接式双向运输车,其特征在于:所述前机架(7)的铰接部(7.1)包括与后机架链接的铰接耳板,与转向油缸连接的油缸座,与纵梁焊接连接的后板,主梁(7.2)是由两个侧板、顶板和加强筋焊接形成的槽形结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的煤矿用窄矮型铰接式双向运输车,其特征在于:所述的发动机装置(I)与独立布置的液压驱动冷却装置和散热套件连接,其中散热套件独立装配固定并且布置于前机架的右前侧,液压驱动冷却装置包括发动机装置自带的主水栗(1.2)、副水栗(1.3)和液压栗(1.4),散热套件包括散热器(1.9)、风扇(1.10)、液压马达(1.11)、液压油箱(1.5)、液压胶管(1.6)、副水栗胶管(1.7)和主水栗胶管(1.8),副水栗(1.3)装在发动机装置的空压机后端,液压栗(1.4)装在发动机装置飞轮输出端后的传动元件上,液压栗(1.4)、液压油箱(1.5)和液压马达(1.11)通过液压胶管(1.6)形成回路,散热器(1.9)通过主水栗胶管(1.8)与主水栗(1.2)形成回路,散热器(1.9)通过副水栗胶管(1.7)与副水栗(1.3)形成回路。
5.根据权利要求4所述的煤矿用窄矮型铰接式双向运输车,其特征在于:所述的驾驶室总成(9)包括安装于前机架(7)上的主驾驶室和安装于后机架后侧的副驾驶室,主驾驶室前车架之间设置有硅油减震支撑机构,主驾驶室的主体结构为框架式结构,由异形梁及标准方钢搭建而成,副驾驶室与后机架通过连接座连接,连接座下面加有橡胶减震垫。
