Abstract
一种机载航灯,由铝基板、LED灯基板、透明护罩、固定螺丝、灯基板固定螺丝组成;铝基板的外沿预制有沿筋,沿筋的一侧设有与透明护罩的沿部吻合匹配的护罩嵌槽,并且通过若干个固定螺丝贯穿固定透明护罩的沿部;铝基板的中部设有导线孔,内部两端分别设有固定孔;铝基板内侧通过灯基板固定螺丝连接固定有LED灯基板,LED灯基板的外侧布置有LED灯。把透明护罩的沿部吻合匹配在铝基板的外沿预制的护罩嵌槽内,并且通过若干个固定螺丝贯穿固定透明护罩的沿部;这样,既安装、拆卸方便,又安全牢固。透明护罩为流线型设计,配合LED灯基板的造型,可以彰显LED灯的亮度,不被任何部件遮挡,且最大限度减少空气阻力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种航空技术领域,具体涉及一种新型机载航灯,适用于与无人机或者其它类型的飞机匹配使用。
背景技术
中国专利号201310211575.3公开了一种LED导航灯,包括铝基板、多个配光透镜及多个LED芯片。配光透镜包括底面及顶面,底面的中心向内凹陷,形成凹槽,凹槽的侧壁为入射面,凹槽的深度与宽度比大于2。LED芯片发出的光线从入射面入射,发生折射后向两侧偏折。而且,由于凹槽的深度与宽度比大于2,从而使得入射面较“陡”。因此,光线经入射面后,偏折角度较大。光线从顶面出射时,出射角大于入射角,从而使得光线进一步向两侧偏折。通过两次偏折后,LED芯片发出的光线则可达到预设的偏折角度,从而可使上述LED导航灯从预设的出光角范围内出光。此外,多个配光透镜围绕铝基板设置。因此,上述LED导航灯的出光效果为多个配光透镜配光效果的叠加,故可使得上述LED导航灯光照更均匀。
中国专利号201010511745.6公开了一种助航灯密封结构,该助航灯包括上盖、透镜、反光杯和中盖,透镜与反光杯的杯口贴合在一起,透镜和反光杯设于上盖和中盖配合形成的腔体内,反光杯的杯口周缘向外延伸一压环,压环和透镜的周边由一密封圈包裹,密封圈的两端面由上盖和中盖压紧固定,密封圈的两端面和外侧壁均向外凸设有至少一环形凸起。与现有的助航灯密封结构相比,由于本发明的助航灯密封结构只使用一个密封圈即可实现上盖和透镜之间以及上盖和中盖之间的密封连接,从而降低了用工成本和材料成本;由于密封圈的两端面以及外侧壁均由上盖和中盖形成的腔体内壁压紧固定,密封圈的位置牢牢固定,避免了因密封圈产生位移而导致密封失效的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种机载航灯,既安装、拆卸方便,又安全牢固;可以彰显LED灯的亮度,不被任何部件遮挡,且最大限度减少空气阻力。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了这样的技术方案:所述机载航灯,由铝基板、LED灯基板、透明护罩、固定螺丝、灯基板固定螺丝组成;其特征在于,铝基板的外沿预制有沿筋,沿筋的一侧设有与透明护罩的沿部吻合匹配的护罩嵌槽,并且通过若干个固定螺丝贯穿固定透明护罩的沿部;铝基板的中部设有导线孔,内部两端分别设有固定孔;铝基板内侧通过灯基板固定螺丝连接固定有LED灯基板,LED灯基板的外侧布置有LED灯。
采用这样的结构后,把透明护罩的沿部吻合匹配在铝基板的外沿预制的护罩嵌槽内,并且通过若干个固定螺丝贯穿固定透明护罩的沿部;这样,既安装、拆卸方便,又安全牢固。透明护罩为流线型设计,配合LED灯基板的造型,可以彰显LED灯的亮度,不被任何部件遮挡,且最大限度减少空气阻力。

下面结合附图,对本发明所述机载航灯进行详细说明;
如图所示,所述机载航灯,由铝基板7、LED灯基板4、透明护罩5、固定螺丝1、灯基板固定螺丝2组成;其特征在于,铝基板7的外沿预制有沿筋10,沿筋10的一侧设有与透明护罩5的沿部吻合匹配的护罩嵌槽9,并且通过若干个固定螺丝1贯穿固定透明护罩5的沿部;
铝基板7的中部设有导线孔8,内部两端分别设有固定孔6;铝基板7内侧通过灯基板固定螺丝2连接固定有LED灯基板4,LED灯基板4的外侧布置有LED灯3。

1.一种机载航灯,由铝基板(7)、LED灯基板(4)、透明护罩(5)、固定螺丝(1)、灯基板固定螺丝(2)组成;
其特征在于,铝基板(7)的外沿预制有沿筋(10),沿筋(10)的一侧设有与透明护罩(5)的沿部吻合匹配的护罩嵌槽(9),并且通过若干个固定螺丝(1)贯穿固定透明护罩(5)的沿部;
铝基板(7)的中部设有导线孔(8),内部两端分别设有固定孔(6);铝基板(7)内侧通过灯基板固定螺丝(2)连接固定有LED灯基板(4),LED灯基板(4)的外侧布置有LED灯(3)。
