Abstract
本发明公开了一种高温插板阀,涉及插板阀领域,包括机架、阀座和插板,插板采用耐高温材料制成,机架的端部设有固定板,机架内设有支撑杆,支撑杆与固定板之间设有丝杠,丝杠分别与支撑杆与固定板通过轴承转动连接,丝杠上设有与丝杠相配合的滑座,滑座上设有连接杆,连接杆的端部设有安装板,安装板与插板相连接,机架的侧壁设有支撑架,支撑架上设有电机,机架内设有第一锥齿轮和第二锥齿轮,第一锥齿轮设置在丝杠的上端,第二锥齿轮设置在电机的主轴上,第一锥齿轮与第二锥齿轮相啮合,机架的上端设有控制开关,控制开关与电机相连接,此设计,结构简单合理,功能多样,工作效率高,密封性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及插板阀领域,特别涉及一种高温插板阀。
背景技术
在冶金化工生产过程中,用于输送水、固混合流体的溜槽采用的插板阀,通常由螺旋传动机构、机架和插板等组成。利用螺旋传动装置使丝杠推动插板在机架内做上、下直线移动,实现了插板阀的打开和关闭。
然而现有技术中的插板阀,往往结构过于单一,不能满足工作需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高温插板阀,以解决现有技术中导致的结构过于单一,不能满足工作需求等上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种高温插板阀,包括机架、阀座和插板,所述插板采用耐高温材料制成,所述机架的端部设有固定板,所述机架内设有支撑杆,所述支撑杆与固定板之间设有丝杠,所述丝杠分别与支撑杆与固定板通过轴承转动连接,所述丝杠上设有与丝杠相配合的滑座,所述滑座上设有连接杆,所述连接杆的端部设有安装板,所述安装板与插板相连接,所述机架的侧壁设有支撑架,所述支撑架上设有电机,所述机架内设有第一锥齿轮和第二锥齿轮,所述第一锥齿轮设置在丝杠的上端,所述第二锥齿轮设置在电机的主轴上,所述第一锥齿轮与第二锥齿轮相啮合,所述机架的上端设有控制开关,所述控制开关与电机相连接。
优选的,所述固定板上设有手轮,所述手轮与丝杠的端部相连接。
优选的,所述机架的侧壁设有照明灯,所述照明灯与控制开关。
优选的,所述插板的端部为弧形结构,所述阀座为弧形结构,与插板的端部相匹配,所述阀座的内壁设有橡胶垫。
优选的,所述插板的下端外壁上设有橡胶凸起,所述阀座的内壁上设有凹槽,所述橡胶凸起与凹槽可拆卸连接。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明结构的高温插板阀,通过控制开关,启动电机,电机带动第二锥齿轮旋转,第二锥齿轮带动第一锥齿轮旋转,进而带动丝杠转动,丝杠转动带动滑座运动,滑座通过连接杆和安装板与插板相连接,插板的两侧边缘设置在机架的侧壁内,沿着机架的侧壁做上下直线运动,进而实现了插板的打开和关闭,工作效率高,且固定板上安装手轮,手轮与丝杠的端部相连接,可以根据需要采用手动启闭插板阀,将手动与电动相结合,机架的侧壁安装照明灯,方便晚上对插板阀进行安装或定位,插板的端部为弧形结构,阀座为弧形结构,与插板的端部相匹配,阀座的内壁安装橡胶垫,有效填补了插板与阀座之间的间隙,密封性好,插板的下端外壁上带有橡胶凸起,阀座的内壁带有凹槽,橡胶凸起与凹槽可拆卸连接,使得插板插入阀座时,插板与阀座更加贴合,增强密封效果,此设计,结构简单合理,功能多样,工作效率高,密封性好。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
图1出示本发明的具体实施方式:一种高温插板阀,包括机架1、阀座2和插板3,所述插板3采用耐高温材料制成,所述机架1的端部设有固定板4,所述机架1内设有支撑杆5,所述支撑杆5与固定板4之间设有丝杠6,所述丝杠6分别与支撑杆5与固定板4通过轴承转动连接,所述丝杠6上设有与丝杠6相配合的滑座7,所述滑座7上设有连接杆8,所述连接杆8的端部设有安装板9,所述安装板9与插板3相连接,所述机架1的侧壁设有支撑架19,所述支撑架19上设有电机10,所述机架1内设有第一锥齿轮11和第二锥齿轮12,所述第一锥齿轮11设置在丝杠6的上端,所述第二锥齿轮12设置在电机10的主轴上,所述第一锥齿轮11与第二锥齿轮12相啮合,所述机架1的上端设有控制开关13,所述控制开关13与电机10相连接。
本实施例中,所述固定板4上设有手轮14,所述手轮14与丝杠6的端部相连接,所述机架1的侧壁设有照明灯15,所述照明灯15与控制开关13,所述插板3的端部为弧形结构,所述阀座2为弧形结构,与插板3的端部相匹配,所述阀座2的内壁设有橡胶垫16,所述插板3的下端外壁上设有橡胶凸起17,所述阀座2的内壁上设有凹槽18,所述橡胶凸起17与凹槽18可拆卸连接。

1.一种高温插板阀,包括机架、阀座和插板,所述插板采用耐高温材料制成,其特征在于:所述机架的端部设有固定板,所述机架内设有支撑杆,所述支撑杆与固定板之间设有丝杠,所述丝杠分别与支撑杆与固定板通过轴承转动连接,所述丝杠上设有与丝杠相配合的滑座,所述滑座上设有连接杆,所述连接杆的端部设有安装板,所述安装板与插板相连接,所述机架的侧壁设有支撑架,所述支撑架上设有电机,所述机架内设有第一锥齿轮和第二锥齿轮,所述第一锥齿轮设置在丝杠的上端,所述第二锥齿轮设置在电机的主轴上,所述第一锥齿轮与第二锥齿轮相啮合,所述机架的上端设有控制开关,所述控制开关与电机相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温插板阀,其特征在于:所述固定板上设有手轮,所述手轮与丝杠的端部相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温插板阀,其特征在于:所述机架的侧壁设有照明灯,所述照明灯与控制开关。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高温插板阀,其特征在于:所述插板的端部为弧形结构,所述阀座为弧形结构,与插板的端部相匹配,所述阀座的内壁设有橡胶垫。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高温插板阀,其特征在于:所述插板的下端外壁上设有橡胶凸起,所述阀座的内壁上设有凹槽,所述橡胶凸起与凹槽可拆卸连接。
