填料密封，包括：轴套、内挡环、壳体、软填料、内挡环上紧螺丝、外挡环上紧螺丝、外挡环、外挡环脖套、外挡环六棱套头和端盖，密封腔中软填料两头分别用螺丝固定在两侧挡环对应的斜面上，其中软填料外挡环有脖套和穿过端盖露在外面的六棱套头，端盖套在软填料外挡环脖套上并压在挡环上，安装时，当安装完挡环、软填料和端盖时，要先沿轴套旋转方向拧紧软填料外挡环的六棱套头，再压紧端盖，这样轴套受力更加均匀，磨损、损耗更小，费用更低，使密封寿命大大延长，密封效果更好。

此技术属动密封，应用于各种泵、釜、透平压缩机等需要密封的机械设备上。
背景技术
现代密封主要有软填料密封、机械密封、干气密封、泥状密封等，其中软填料密封存在不足主要有：非正常磨损较大，密封效果不算好，使用寿命较短。
发明内容
为了解决上述软填料密封所存在的问题，本发明解决问题所采取的技术方案是：密封腔中软填料两侧的挡环有和缠绕在轴套上的软填料两侧面对应的斜面，软填料由里向外缠绕方向要和轴套旋转的方向一致，软填料两头分别用螺丝固定在两侧挡环对应的斜面上，其中软填料外挡环有脖套和穿过端盖露在外面的六棱套头，端盖套在软填料外挡环脖套上并压在挡环上，轴上有轴套，安装时，当安装完挡环、软填料和端盖时，要先沿轴套旋转方向拧紧软填料外挡环六棱套头，再压紧端盖，这样轴套受力更加均匀，磨损、损耗更小，费用更低，使密封寿命大大延长，密封效果更好。

具体实施方式
图中，1、轴套，2、内挡环，3、壳体，4、软填料，5、内挡环上紧螺丝，6、外挡环，7、外挡环上紧螺丝，8、外挡环脖套，9、外挡环六棱套头，10、端盖，密封腔中软填料4两侧的内、外挡环2、6有和缠绕在轴套1上的软填料4两侧面对应的斜面，软填料4由里向外缠绕方向要和轴套1旋转的方向一致，软填料4两头分别用螺丝5、7固定在两侧挡环2、6对应的斜面上，其中软填料外挡环6有脖套8和穿过端盖10露在外面的六棱套头9，端盖10套在密封腔外挡环脖套8上并压在外挡环6上，轴上有轴套1，安装时，当安装完内、外挡环2、6、软填料4和端盖10时，要先沿轴套1旋转方向拧紧软填料4外挡环6的六棱套头9，再压紧端盖10。

1.填料密封，包括：轴套、内挡环、壳体、软填料、内挡环上紧螺丝、外挡环、外挡环上紧螺丝、外挡环脖套、外挡环六棱套头和端盖，密封腔中软填料两侧的挡环有和缠绕在轴套上的软填料两侧面对应的斜面，软填料由里向外缠绕方向要和轴套旋转的方向一致，软填料两头分别用螺丝固定在两侧挡环对应的斜面上，其中软填料外挡环有脖套和穿过端盖露在外面的六棱套头，端盖套在软填料外挡环脖套上并压在挡环上，轴上有轴套，安装时，当安装完挡环、软填料和端盖时，要先沿轴套旋转方向拧紧软填料外挡环的六棱套头，再压紧端盖。
