技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料膜,特别是涉及一种塑编袋内覆用膜。
背景技术
内覆膜塑编袋广泛应用于化工、农业、食品、水泥等行业,它既承接了塑编袋抗拉强度高的优点,又具有薄膜袋良好的气密性和防潮性,是一种典型的复合包装材料。尤其是以圆筒编织布作为基布制成的内覆膜塑编袋,更是具有抗拉断力强、气密性好、防潮、耐热、耐寒性优异,覆膜不易脱落、承受内气压能力强等特点。
现有技术中用于生产内覆膜塑编袋的内层薄膜材料常采多层结构,其目的是为了使薄膜材料具有光滑的内表面的同时,能够牢固地附着在塑编袋上,CN202742779U就公开了一种复塑编袋膜,该复塑编袋膜本体包括A面层、芯层、B面层,A面层、芯层、B面层依次叠加共挤制成,这种结构的袋膜材料虽然解决了内膜的强度、抗静电能力及内膜附着力问题,但是,在生产过程中需要采用多模头共挤才能形成膜体,而多模头共挤设备价格较高,增加了内覆膜塑编袋的制造成本。此外,这种具有层结构的薄膜为了保证三层结构的完整及三层材料的均匀,其成膜的厚度也受到了限制,不能用于较薄内覆膜塑编袋的内覆用膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑编袋内覆用膜,该塑编袋内覆用膜可以直接内粘于塑编袋上,替代具有层结构的内覆用膜,该塑编袋内覆用膜抗拉断力强,承受内气压能力强,表面光滑,气密性好,防潮,耐热、耐寒性优异,对塑编袋的附着能力强。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种塑编袋内覆用膜,所述内覆膜组分的重量百分比为:
EVA14-265%—85%;
LLDPE186%-3%;
POE10%-0%;
HDPE945515%—10%;
线性70424%—2%。
作为本发明的改进:所述内覆膜组分的重量百分比为:

本发明的优点与效果是:
塑编袋内覆用膜由于合理的限定了塑编袋内覆用膜的材料组分及配合比例,使得本发明的塑编袋内覆用膜可以直接内粘于塑编袋上,既保证了覆膜光滑的表面特性,又使内覆用膜对塑编袋具有良好的附着能力,该塑编袋内覆用膜抗拉断力强,承受内气压能力强,表面光滑,气密性好,防潮,耐热、耐寒性优异,可以适用于要求比较苛刻的条件下使用,如建筑工地的装沙袋、水泥袋等。

将原料按上述实施例中的配合比例放入单层吹膜机,在115℃~260℃温度下,吹
塑形成塑编袋内覆用膜。
