Abstract
本发明公开了一种生物净化剂在循环水系统中的应用及其使用方法,包括以下步骤:(1)制备生物净化剂:按照以下重量百分比组分制备:甲醇35%~40%、多元醇磷酸酯20%~25%、溶锌机10%~12%、聚丙烯酸5%~10%、生物酶余量;(2)在20-28℃下,将上述组分混合均匀;(3)将上述步骤制备的生物净化剂按照浓度为0.6~1.3PPM的比例加入循环水系统中;本发明在循环水系统中加入生物净化剂,能有效将循环水中的有机类杂质降解,抑制循环水中的菌藻类物质,不仅可以节约大量的水资源和清洁剂,而且可以减小对管网的腐蚀。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种生物净化剂在循环水系统中的应用,属于废水生物处理技术领 域。本发明还涉及上述生物净化剂在循环水系统中的使用方法。
背景技术
[0002] 循环水系统的功能是将冷却水(海水)送至高低压凝气器去冷却汽轮机低压缸排 汽,以维持高低压凝气器的真空,使汽水循环得以继续。
[0003] 循环水系统在长时间工作过程中经常掺进各种杂质,杂质的增加将造成管网堵 塞、腐蚀,造成这种原因的常常是因为循环水中的菌藻等污垢造成。常规循环冷却水系统常 见问题主要有三种,即腐蚀、结垢和微生物粘泥问题,通常这些问题是综合存在的。
[0004] 腐蚀,腐蚀即金属和它所存在的环境之间的化学或电化学反应而引起金属的破坏 现象。在冷却水系统中,腐蚀主要以氧腐蚀为主,这种腐蚀反应在敞开式循环冷却水系统中 引起的危害,除了使系统的输水管线、水冷设备的寿命减少及损坏等直接的损失之外,同时 由于腐蚀产生的锈瘤,也会引起水冷器传热效率下降或管线阻塞等问题。
[0005] 结垢,结垢是指在水中溶解或悬浮的无机物,由于种种原因,而沉积在金属表面。 敞开式循环冷却水系统的结垢主要成分有CaC03和腐蚀产物二种,由于缓蚀剂的使用使腐 蚀产物大大减少,而以CaC03垢、Ca3 (P04) 2垢及锌垢为主要成份。垢的产生会引起水冷设 备换热效率下降,管线的阻力增大,导致循环水量减少或列管的堵塞等。敞开式循环冷却水 系统中影响结垢的主要因素是冷却水pH、Ca、总碱度、水温、流速及金属表面状况等。
[0006] 粘泥问题,粘泥问题主要指的是换热器等内壁附着的粘性的污物,主要由细菌及 藻类等微生物分泌产物同时粘附了水中悬浮杂质而形成。生物粘泥产生的后果与结垢一样 会影响传热,堵塞列管,引起局部的腐蚀等危害。影响粘泥生成主要因素与水温、pH、溶解 氧、营养源及金属表面特性等有关,工艺物料泄漏对生物粘泥繁殖更为有利。
[0007] 常规循环冷却水系统加药加酸处理,虽然能够起到一定的作用,但是要达到理想 的效果,距离系统常年无垢运行还有很大的差距。另一种解决方法是使用大量的清洗剂对 整个循环水系统进行清洗,这种方法不仅浪费了大量的水资源和清洁剂,而且问题不能得 到很好地解决。

1. 一种生物净化剂在循环水系统中的应用,所述生物净化剂包含以下重量百分比组 分: 甲醇 35%~40% 多元醇磷酸酯1 20%~2:璘 溶锌机 1:0%~:1_ 聚丙烯酸 鴉~10% 生物酶 余量。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种生物净化剂在循环水系统中的应用,其特征在于:所述 生物酶为蛋白酶与氧化还原酶,其中蛋白酶与氧化还原酶的质量比为1:0. 5~0. 8。
3. -种生物净化剂在循环水系统中的使用方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: (1) 制备生物净化剂:按照以下重量百分比组分制备: 甲醇 35%~40% 多元醇磷酸酯 20%~25% 溶锌机 10%~12% 聚丙烯酸 5%~10% 生物酶 余量; (2) 在20-28°C下,将上述组分混合均匀; (3) 将上述步骤制备的生物净化剂按照浓度为0. 6~1. 3PPM的比例加入循环水系统 中。
