技术领域
本发明属于卫生保健和医疗器械领域,用于制造婴幼儿纸尿裤、成人失禁裤,衬垫、面膜等,具体地,涉及一种复合非织造材料,尤其涉及一种纺热双组份复合非织造材料其制造方法及应用。
背景技术
非织造材料 (Nonwovens) ,又称非织造布、非织布、非织造织物、无纺织物或无纺布。非织造技术正在成为提供新型纤维状材料的一种必不可少的重要手段,是新兴的材料工业分支,无论在航天技术、环保治理、农业技术、医用保健或是人们的日常生活等许多领域,非织造新材料已成为一种愈来愈广泛的重要产品。非织造产业被誉为纺织工业中的"朝阳工业"。
由于非织造材料具有工艺流程短、生产速度快,产量高、成本低、用途广、原料来源多等特点,使其广受生产厂家欢迎,目前,在医用保健领域,例如婴幼儿纸尿裤、成人失禁裤,衬垫、面膜、手术衣、防护服、消毒包布、口罩、尿片、妇女卫生巾等产品,其所采用的面料大多为非织造材料(即无纺布),例如纺粘无纺布、针刺无纺布、热合无纺布等,这类非织造材料与身体皮肤接触,由于透气性差,经常会引发热痱子、皮肤发痒等皮肤症状,而且由于长时间与皮肤接触,经常会因摩擦产生静电问题。
对此,中国专利201120437909.5,公开了一种带凸起部的无纺布面料,包括无纺布面料,其特征在于:所述无纺布面料的表面设有凸起部,所述凸起部为珍珠形半球状凸起部。本实用新型的结构简单、在无纺布面料的表面设有凸起部大大减少了布料与皮肤的接触面积,降低了皮肤疾病发生的机率,同时其凸起部为珍珠形半球状凸起部,使与皮肤接触的是球状顶部,使用舒适度好,在凸起部之间有凹槽,使其透气性能好。然而,该专利仅仅从面料结构上作出改进,其为透气性考虑而设计的双层凸起的结构,也不利于与皮肤贴合,无法达到保护效果,且功能单一,适用性差。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种纺热双组份复合非织造材料其制造方法及应用,所述非织造材料弹性好,抗菌、抗静电、亲水性好,柔软舒适,环保无毒。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种纺热双组份复合非织造材料,包括:第一、第二基质层,由下至上层叠设置,分别由聚苯胺和亲水性高聚物熔融、喷丝形成的复合纤维交错排布形成;所述第二基质层上表面凸设有若干等距间隔排布的凸起,第一基质层表面平整设置;所述亲水性高聚物选自聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸及聚乙二醇中的一种;抗菌层,设置于所述第一、第二基质层之间。
进一步,所述第一、第二基质层之间还设有增强纤维层,所述增强纤维层与抗菌层层叠设置。
另,所述抗菌层为涂覆有载银纳米二氧化钛的无纺布层。
另有,所述复合纤维截面形状为十字型。
再,所述复合纤维中聚苯胺和亲水性高聚物的重量比为1~8:1。
再有,所述第二基质层上表面凸起形状为珍珠形半球状凸起,凸起之间等距排列,间距为0.5~1mm,凸起顶点的水平高度为0.5~2mm。
且,所述复合非织造材料的厚度为0.3~0.38mm。
同时,本发明还提供一种纺热双组份复合非织造材料的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制造第一、第二基质层
将聚苯胺粒子进行真空干燥,将干燥后的聚苯胺粒子送入螺杆挤压机进行加热、熔融、加压形成聚苯胺熔体,将所述亲水性高聚物以悬浮液的形式滴入所述聚苯胺熔体内,搅拌得混合熔体,由模头喷丝孔喷射至接收平台,通过模头一侧的直流高压电源进行高压电处理,在模头与接收平台之间形成强电场,混合熔体在高压电流的作用下拉伸,得十字型聚苯胺/亲水性高聚物复合纤维,冷却至室温,形成纤网,纤网经针刺机加固,分别得到所述第一基质层和第二基质层,第二基质层送至模具,在第二基质层表面形成所述若干等距间隔排布的凸起;
2)粘结成型
将所述第一基质层、增强纤维层、抗菌层及第二基质层由下至上依次通过聚酰胺树脂粘结得所述纺热双组份复合非织造材料。
进一步,步骤1)所述聚苯胺和亲水性高聚物的重量比为1~8:1,真空干燥温度80~90℃,干燥时长20~24h,高压电流电压为1~100kv,熔融温度200~300℃。
而且,本发明还提供一种纺热双组份复合非织造材料的应用,所述纺热双组份复合非织造材料用于制造婴幼儿纸尿裤、成人失禁裤、衬垫、面膜。
本发明的有益效果在于:
第一基质层和第二基质层分别由聚苯胺和亲水性高聚物双组份熔融、喷丝形成的复合纤维交错排布形成,所述复合纤维综合了聚苯胺的抗静电性能以及亲水性高聚物的亲水性能,有效增强了所述非织造材料的抗静电性及亲水性,加入抗菌层,提升抗菌性能,加入增强纤维层,提升所述非织造材料的强度。仅有第二基质层表面设置凸起,第一基质层平整设置,既提升了透气性,又可有效与肌肤贴合。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图2,本发明所述的一种纺热双组份复合非织造材料,包括:第一、第二基质层1、2,由下至上层叠设置,分别由聚苯胺和亲水性高聚物熔融、喷丝形成的复合纤维交错排布形成;所述第二基质层2上表面凸设有若干等距间隔排布的凸起21,第一基质层1表面平整设置;所述亲水性高聚物选自聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸及聚乙二醇中的一种;抗菌层3,设置于所述第一、第二基质层1、2之间。
进一步,所述第一、第二基质层1、2之间还设有增强纤维层4,所述增强纤维层4与抗菌层3层叠设置。
另,所述抗菌层3为涂覆有载银纳米二氧化钛的无纺布层。
另有,所述复合纤维截面形状为十字型。
再,所述复合纤维中聚苯胺和亲水性高聚物的重量比为1~8:1。

进一步,步骤1)所述聚苯胺和亲水性高聚物的重量比为1~8:1,真空干燥温度80~90℃,干燥时长20~24h,高压电流电压为1~100kv,熔融温度200~300℃。
而且,本发明还提供一种纺热双组份复合非织造材料的应用,所述纺热双组份复合非织造材料用于制造婴幼儿纸尿裤、成人失禁裤、衬垫、面膜。

所述第二基质层上表面凸设有若干等距间隔排布的凸起,第一基质层表面平整设置;
所述亲水性高聚物选自聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸及聚乙二醇中的一种;
抗菌层,设置于所述第一、第二基质层之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺热双组份复合非织造材料,其特征在于,所述第一、第二基质层之间还设有增强纤维层,所述增强纤维层与抗菌层层叠设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺热双组份复合非织造材料,其特征在于,所述抗菌层为涂覆有载银纳米二氧化钛的无纺布层。

将聚苯胺粒子进行真空干燥,将干燥后的聚苯胺粒子送入螺杆挤压机进行加热、熔融、加压形成聚苯胺熔体,将所述亲水性高聚物以悬浮液的形式滴入所述聚苯胺熔体内,搅拌得混合熔体,由模头喷丝孔喷射至接收平台,通过模头一侧的直流高压电源进行高压电处理,在模头与接收平台之间形成强电场,混合熔体在高压电流的作用下拉伸,得十字型聚苯胺/亲水性高聚物复合纤维,冷却至室温,形成纤网,纤网经针刺机加固,分别得到所述第一基质层和第二基质层,第二基质层送至模具,在第二基质层表面形成所述若干等距间隔排布的凸起;
2)粘结成型
将所述第一基质层、增强纤维层、抗菌层及第二基质层由下至上依次通过聚酰胺树脂粘结得所述纺热双组份复合非织造材料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种纺热双组份复合非织造材料的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤1)所述聚苯胺和亲水性高聚物的重量比为1~8:1,真空干燥温度80~90℃,干燥时长20~24h,高压电流电压为1~100kv,熔融温度200~300℃。
10.一种如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的纺热双组份复合非织造材料的应用,其特征在于,所述纺热双组份复合非织造材料用于制造婴幼儿纸尿裤、成人失禁裤、衬垫、面膜。
