本发明公开了一种自带锁紧装置的电缆附件中间接头成型模具,包括模具、旋转轴、上支架、下支架和锁紧装置,旋转轴固定在模具两侧,上支架安装固定在下支架上,模具通过旋转轴回转地安装在上支架上,锁紧装置包括锁模芯棒和锁紧螺母,锁模芯棒穿过所述模具的模腔并在模具两端通过锁紧螺母将模具锁紧;模具上设置有进胶料口、热水出水道和热水进水道,进胶料口设置在模具的左侧底部,下支架通过螺钉安装固定在地面上。本发明能一次完成电缆附件中间接头成型和加压加温合模,其本身具备合模机的功能,可节省合模机的投入,具有结构简单、操作方便、生产效率高、生产周期短、投入少的优点。

一种自带锁紧装置的电缆附件中间接头成型模具
技术领域
本发明涉及液体硅橡胶注射成型技术领域,具体涉及一种电缆附件中间接头成型模具。
背景技术
电力建设部门常用的连接高压电缆的电缆附件中间接头生产过程中,为保证电缆附件中间接头的使用寿命、可以长期安全运行,在电缆附件中间接头成型模具的模腔填充满胶料后,需要借助合模机对电缆附件中间接头模具的上下模加压加温合模,然而采用合模机进行模具加压加温合模,一方面会增加生产的设备投入,增加了生产成本,另一方面存在生产效率低、生产周期长的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种本身具备合模功能的、可节省合模机投入的结构简单、操作方便、生产效率高、生产周期短、投入少的能一次完成电缆附件中间接头成型和加压加温合模的自带锁紧装置的电缆附件中间接头成型模具。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种自带锁紧装置的电缆附件中间接头成型模具,包括模具,还包括旋转轴、上支架、下支架和锁紧装置,旋转轴固定在模具两侧,上支架安装固定在下支架上,模具通过旋转轴回转地安装在上支架上,锁紧装置包括锁模芯棒和锁紧螺母,锁模芯棒穿过所述模具的模腔并在模具两端通过锁紧螺母将模具锁紧;模具上设置有进胶料口、热水出水道和热水进水道。
进一步的,所述进胶料口设置在模具的左侧底部。
进一步的,所述热水出水道设置在模具的右侧顶部,热水进水道设置在模具的左侧底部位于进胶料口附近。
进一步的,所述下支架通过螺钉安装固定在地面上。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明一种自带锁紧装置的电缆附件中间接头成型模具,其本身具备合模机的功能,可节省合模机的投入,能一次完成电缆附件中间接头成型和加压加温合模,具有结构简单、操作方便、生产效率高、生产周期短、投入少的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的描述,以便于更清楚的理解本发明要求保护的技术思想。
如图1-2所示本发明一种自带锁紧装置的电缆附件中间接头成型模具,包括模具1、旋转轴2、上支架3、下支架4和锁紧装置,旋转轴2固定在模具1两侧,上支架3安装固定在下支架4上,模具1通过旋转轴2回转地安装在上支架3上,锁紧装置包括锁模芯棒5和锁紧螺母6,锁模芯棒5穿过所述模具1的模腔11并在模具1两端通过锁紧螺母6将模具1锁紧;模具1上设置有进胶料口12、热水出水道13和热水进水道14,进胶料口12设置在模具1的左侧底部,热水出水道13设置在模具1的右侧顶部,热水进水道14设置在模具1的左侧底部位于进胶料口12附近,下支架4通过螺钉7安装固定在地面上。
本发明的工作原理为:注胶前,锁紧螺母6,然后根据模具产品的应力将模具1绕旋转轴2旋转到最佳注胶角度通过进胶料口12注入胶料,待模腔11内填充满胶料后,旋转模具1至水平位置通过热水进水道14向模具1中导入高温热水对模具1进行加热水加热硫化成型,成型后通过热水出水道13排出热水并再通过热水进水道14向模具1中注入冷水降温,最后取出成型的电缆附件中间接头制品,从而完成电缆附件中间接头的一次生产过程,在模具1外是通过模温机控制冷热水的,和通过合模机对模具1进行加压加温合模相比,本发明生产效率高、周期短、操作方便、结构简单、投入也少,其本身具备合模机的功能,节省了一套合模机的投入。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变以及变形都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种自带锁紧装置的电缆附件中间接头成型模具,包括模具(1),其特征在于:还包括旋转轴(2)、上支架(3)、下支架(4)和锁紧装置,旋转轴(2)固定在模具(1)两侧,上支架(3)安装固定在下支架(4)上,模具(1)通过旋转轴(2)回转地安装在上支架(3)上,锁紧装置包括锁模芯棒(5)和锁紧螺母(6),锁模芯棒(5)穿过所述模具(1)的模腔(11)并在模具(1)两端通过锁紧螺母(6)将模具(1)锁紧;模具(1)上设置有进胶料口(12)、热水出水道(13)和热水进水道(14)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种自带锁紧装置的电缆附件中间接头成型模具,其特征在于:所述进胶料口(12)设置在模具(1)的左侧底部。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种自带锁紧装置的电缆附件中间接头成型模具,其特征在于:所述热水出水道(13)设置在模具(1)的右侧顶部,热水进水道(14)设置在模具(1)的左侧底部位于进胶料口(12)附近。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种自带锁紧装置的电缆附件中间接头成型模具,其特征在于:所述下支架(4)通过螺钉(7)安装固定在地面上。
