[0002] 茶,属于山茶科,为常绿灌木或小乔木植物,植株高达1-6米。茶树喜欢湿润的气候,在中国长江流域以南地区广泛栽培。茶树叶子制成茶叶,泡水后使用。茶树种植3年就可以采叶子。一般清明前后采摘长出4-5个叶的嫩芽,制作茶叶质量非常好,属于珍品。广泛流行于世界的保健饮品,起源于中国。中华茶文化博大精深,汉人饮茶已有几千年的历史。
[0003] 市场上现在出现很多凉茶,这些凉茶其主要功效只是用于解渴,添加不同的香精制备,长期饮用,对身体有害无益。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,进一步提出一种组分简单,口感醇正的草本植物凉茶及其制备方法。
[0005] 本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
[0006] 草本植物凉茶,其特征在于,由以下重量的原料制成:
[0007] 竹叶8-10g、金银花6-10g、鱼腥草8-10g、车前草6_8g、蒲公英10_12g、扁豆花6-8g、豌豆花 8-10g、荷叶 8-15g、菊花 6-12g、罗汉果 10_15g、水 500_600g。
[0008] 各原料的优选分量为:竹叶9g、金银花8g、鱼腥草9g、车前草7g、蒲公英llg、扁豆花7g、豌豆花9g、荷叶Hg、菊花9g、罗汉果12g、水550g。
[0009] 本发明中:
[0010] 蒲公英、车前草、竹叶、金银花、鱼腥草、菊花、罗汉果具有清热解毒、化痰散结、益气养血、利尿除湿、清热止痢的功效;
[0011] 扁豆花、豌豆花、荷叶具有解暑化湿,和中健脾的功效;
[0012] 本发明还提供了上述草本植物凉茶的制备方法,包括以下过程:
[0013] I)将上述原料中除去水之外的所有原料进行清洗晾干,切段备用。
[0014] 2)将步骤I处理后的原料于室温下加入原料中的水,浸润20-30min,采用一次煎煮提汁,煎煮温度控制在85-95°C,时间控制在40-50min,过滤,得饮料液;
[0015] 3)将饮料原液于2-5 °C下静置20-24小时,取上清液进行精滤,所得滤液在0.01〜0.03Mpa下进行脱气处理,得精滤脱气后饮料原液;
[0016] 4)、将罐装后饮料原液于130-150°C下杀菌15_18min后,冷却至室温,得草本植物凉茶。
[0017] 本发明有益效果是:本发明采用的全部为天然的草药进行配置,长期饮用不会对人体造成损害,从而达到饮用安全采用科学方法与传统中医药理论相结合,具有清热解毒的功效。
