[0002] Cu-Zr系合金是一类应用较为广泛的高强度高导电性能合金,目前广泛应用于大规模集成电路用引线框架、电车及电力机车接触线,电接触合金等领域。引线框架铜合金作为大规模集成电路的主要材料,对其性能的要求也越来越高,但目前传统合金或者抗拉强度不高,或者导电率和延伸率低,或者强度硬度低都存在很多问题,因此,迫切需要开发一种新型高强高导引线框架材料铜合金。
发明内容

步骤一、制备中间合金:将铜、锆放入真空非自耗电极电弧熔炼炉内进行熔炼,抽真空至炉内压强为5 X 10-2Pa,然后充入氩气至炉内压强为0.05MPa,加热至1050~1100°C,熔炼0.5~lh,自然冷却后得到Cu-Zr中间合金,备用;将铜、硅放入真空非自耗电极电弧熔炼炉内进行熔炼,抽真空至炉内压强为5 X 10-2Pa,然后充入氩气至炉内压强为0.05MPa,加热至1010~1040°C,熔炼0.5~lh,自然冷却后得到Cu-Si中间合金,备用;
步骤二、熔炼、铸模:将铜、镍、银以及步骤一制得的Cu-Zr中间合金和Cu-Si中间合金放入高频真空熔炼炉内进行熔炼,抽真空至炉内压强为5 X 10-2Pa,然后充入氮气至炉内压强为0.05MPa,控制熔炼温度为1200~1300°C,熔融后注入铸模,形成铸锭,所述浇筑温度控制在 1150-1200 0C ;
步骤三、热挤压:将步骤二得到的铸锭加热至850~950°C,保温1~3小时,然后热挤压成棒材,挤压比5~10: I,得到棒还;
步骤四、固溶处理:将步骤三得到的棒坯装入热处理炉中,在850~900摄氏度保温1~2小时,然后进行水淬,得到合金备用;
步骤五、冷乳变形:将步骤四处理后的合金进行冷乳变形,变形量为40~80% ;
步骤六、时效处理和冷乳变形:将步骤五冷乳变形后的合金进行时效处理,时效温度为450-5500C,保温2~10小时,之后进行冷乳变形,变形量为20~80%,即制得高强高导铜锆合金。

[0008] 本发明的有益效果是:(I)本发明在Cu-Zr合金的基础上加入镍、银和硅,Cu与Zr能形成Cu5Zr非氧化物增强相;Ni与Si能形成Ni2Si非氧化物增强相,从而提高了合金的强度;由于N1、Si加入量过多也会影响合金的导电性,所以N1、Si的加入量为0.1〜0.5%和0.1〜0.15% ;银的加入能够大幅提高合金的导电率,也能同时提高合金的延伸率。

步骤二、熔炼、铸模:将铜、镍、银以及步骤(I)制得的Cu-Zr中间合金和Cu-Si中间合金合金放入高频真空熔炼炉内进行熔炼,抽真空至炉内压强为5X10 2Pa,然后充入氮气至炉内压强为0.05MPa,控制熔炼温度为1210°C,熔融后注入铸模,形成铸锭,所述浇筑温度控制在1150。。;
步骤三、热挤压:将步骤(2)得到的铸锭加热至860°C,保温2小时,然后热挤压成棒材,挤压比8:1,得到棒坯;
步骤四、固溶处理:将步骤(3)的棒坯装入热处理炉中,在850°C保温I小时,然后进行水淬;
步骤五、冷乳变形:将步骤(4)固溶处理后的合金进行冷乳变形,变形量为50% ;
步骤六、时效处理和冷乳变形:将步骤(5)冷乳变形后的合金进行时效处理,先在时效温度460°C下保温2小时,进行第一次冷乳变形,变形量为40%,然后在时效温度450°C下保温2小时,再进行第二次冷乳变形,变形量为60%。

Claims (4)
1.一种高强高导铜锆合金,其特征在于:所述的铜锆合金由锆、镍、硅和铜组成,各组分占铜锆合金总量的重量百分比为锆0.1%~0.5%,镍0.1%~0.5%,硅0.1-0.15%,银0.2%~0.4%,余量为铜和不可避免的杂质元素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强高导铜锆合金的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤: 步骤一、制备中间合金:将铜、锆放入真空非自耗电极电弧熔炼炉内进行熔炼,抽真空至炉内压强为5X10 2Pa,然后充入氩气至炉内压强为0.05MPa,加热至1050~1100°C,熔炼0.5~lh,自然冷却后得到Cu-Zr中间合金,备用;将铜、硅放入真空非自耗电极电弧熔炼炉内进行熔炼,抽真空至炉内压强为5X 10 2Pa,然后充入氩气至炉内压强为0.05MPa,加热至1010~1040°C,熔炼0.5~lh,自然冷却后得到Cu-Si中间合金,备用; 步骤二、熔炼、铸模:将铜、镍、银以及步骤一制得的Cu-Zr中间合金和Cu-Si中间合金放入高频真空熔炼炉内进行熔炼,抽真空至炉内压强为5X10 2Pa,然后充入氮气至炉内压强为0.05MPa,控制熔炼温度为1200~1300°C,熔融后注入铸模,形成铸锭,所述浇筑温度控制在 1150-1200 0C ; 步骤三、热挤压:将步骤二得到的铸锭加热至850~950°C,保温1~3小时,然后热挤压成棒材,挤压比5~10:1,得到棒还; 步骤四、固溶处理:将步骤三得到的棒坯装入热处理炉中,在850~900摄氏度保温1~2小时,然后进行水淬,得到合金备用; 步骤五、冷乳变形:将步骤四处理后的合金进行冷乳变形,变形量为40~80% ; 步骤六、时效处理和冷乳变形:将步骤五冷乳变形后的合金进行时效处理,时效温度为450-5500C,保温2~10小时,之后进行冷乳变形,变形量为20~80%,即制得高强高导铜锆合金。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高强高导铜锆合金的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六中时效处理和冷乳变形的方法为:先在时效温度450~500°C下保温2~4小时,进行第一次冷乳变形,变形量为40~80% ;然后在时效温度450~550°C下保温2~4小时,再进行第二次冷乳变形,变形量为60~80%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种高强高导铜锆合金的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六中时效处理和冷乳变形的方法为:先在时效温度450~500°C下保温2小时,进行第一次冷乳变形,变形量为40%~60% ;之后在时效温度460~500°C下保温2~4小时,进行第二次冷乳变形,变形量为40~60% ;然后在时效温度450~500°C下保温2~4小时,再进行第三次冷乳变形,变形量为60%~80%。
