Abstract
本发明一种应用于异形金属板双曲面成型的模具及其制作方法,所述的模具本体包括上模和下模,所述的上模和下模分别由若干根木制的模具肋板按照模具线框模型依次拼合,并通过方键定位及贯通于各模具肋板的螺栓紧固一体,所述的上模和下模分别设有与异形金属板双曲面对应的上模面和下模面,通过上模面和下模面将异形金属板压制成型;大大降低了模具的加工成本,提高了模具本身及异形金属板双曲面的精准度,同时模具的加工具有周期短,能满足多曲率双曲面成型的实际生产要求,提高生产效率。

[0001] 本发明涉及金属压制及建筑装饰面板成型的技术领域,具体涉及一种应用于异形金属板双曲面成型的模具及其制作方法。
背景技术
[0002] 现代建筑装饰面板具有双向曲面的金属板件使用越来越广泛,板件曲率变化大要求高,双曲板的加工工艺受到行业的重视。
[0003] 常用的双曲板加工成型方法主要有:普通三轴辊压成型及机械金属模冲压成型。普通三轴辊压成型,对于曲率变化大的金属板无法满足实际生产要求,对于机械金属模冲压成型,因模具制作周期和费用的限制,不适合小批量双曲板的成型。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的是提供一种应用于异形金属板双曲面成型的模具及其制作方法,满足实际生产需求,降低了模具制作成本,简化模具制作工序以提高模具制作效率,满足小批量双曲板的成型。
[0005] 本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种应用于异形金属板双曲面成型的模具,包括模具本体,所述的模具本体包括上模和下模,所述的上模和下模分别由若干根木制的模具肋板按照模具线框模型依次拼合,并通过方键定位及贯通于各模具肋板的螺栓紧固一体,所述的上模和下模分别设有与异形金属板双曲面对应的上模面和下模面,通过上模面和下模面将异形金属板压制成型。
[0006] 作为优选的,所述的异形金属板为异形铝板或者异形铜板。
[0007] 优选的,所述模具肋板的厚度为30mm。

a.模具设计,根据异形金属板件双曲面的要求建立三维模型,获得三维模型表面数据;按三维模型表面数据设计模具上模面及下模面的二维线框模型,间隔30mm抽取模具上模面及下模面的表面线型数据;
b.模具粗加工,根据抽取的模具上模面及下模面的表面线型数据分别绘制各模具肋板图形,将图形数据输入数控雕刻机切割模具肋板,重复以上步骤依次切割各模具肋板,切割好的模具肋板按模具线框模型依次组合为一整体,并用贯通螺栓紧固,获得模具本体的上模和下模;
c.模具精加工,将组合后的上模和下模再次放上数控雕刻机,并对上模的上模面和下模的下模面分别进行精细加工,对上模的上模面和下模的下模面分别进行调校,使其表面吻合;
d.异形金属板双曲面的加工成型,异形金属板展开放样,将金属板件高温退火后,通过模具本体的上模和下模压制成型,并切除四周余量,即完成异形金属板双曲面的加工成型。
[0009] 本发明的有益效果是:通过采用木制的模具肋板按照模具线框模型依次拼合形成用于将异形金属板压制成型的上模和下模,大大降低了模具的加工成本,提高了模具本身及异形金属板双曲面的精准度,同时模具的加工具有周期短,能满足多曲率双曲面成型的实际生产要求,提高生产效率。

[0015] 如图1-4所示,本发明一种应用于异形金属板双曲面成型的模具,包括模具本体,模具本体包括上模I和下模2,上模I和下模2分别由若干根木制的厚度为30mm的模具肋板4按照模具线框模型依次拼合,并通过方键定位及贯通于各模具肋板4的螺栓5紧固一体,上模I和下模2分别设有与异形金属板3双曲面对应的上模面11和下模面21,通过上模面11和下模面21将异形金属板3压制成型,异形金属板3为异形铝板或者异形铜板。

[0018] b.模具粗加工,根据抽取的模具上模面11及下模面21的表面线型数据分别绘制各模具肋板4图形,将图形数据输入数控雕刻机切割模具肋板4,重复以上步骤依次切割各模具肋板4,切割好的模具肋板4按模具线框模型依次组合为一整体,并用贯通螺栓5紧固,获得模具本体的上模I和下模2。
[0019] c.模具精加工,将组合后的上模I和下模2再次放上数控雕刻机,并对上模I的上模面11和下模2的下模面21分别进行精细加工,对上模I的上模面11和下模2的下模面21分别进行调校,使其表面吻合。
[0020] d.异形金属板3双曲面的加工成型,金属板展开放样,将金属板件高温退火后,通过模具本体的上模I和下模2压制成型,并切除四周余量,即完成异形金属板3双曲面的加工成型。

1.一种应用于异形金属板双曲面成型的模具,包括模具本体,其特征在于:所述的模具本体包括上模和下模,所述的上模和下模分别由若干根木制的模具肋板按照模具线框模型依次拼合,并通过方键定位及贯通于各模具肋板的螺栓紧固一体,所述的上模和下模分别设有与异形金属板双曲面对应的上模面和下模面,通过上模面和下模面将异形金属板压制成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于异形金属板双曲面成型的模具,其特征在于:所述的异形金属板为异形铝板或者异形铜板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于异形金属板双曲面成型的模具,其特征在于:所述模具肋板的厚度为30mm。
