Abstract
本发明涉及一种焚烧草木灰、草皮灰或生活垃圾的焚烧炉,它包括炉体1,炉口2附带挡风板3,出灰口4附带挡风板5,活动炉条6,集灰板7,入料口8附带挡风板9,烟囱10附带烟囱盖11所组成。所述的入料口8主要投放焚烧料,所述的活动炉条6在焚烧时托住焚烧料,需要取草皮灰时拉开即可。所述的集灰板7主要收集草木灰、草皮灰或生活垃圾灰。所述的出灰口4主要取出草木灰、草皮灰或生活垃圾灰。所述的烟囱10主要排放烟气。所述的附带挡风板3、附带挡风板5、附带挡风板9以及附带烟囱盖11是在烧草皮灰的最后一环时用来密封整个焚烧炉。本发明结构设计简单,一炉多用,既环保又能自产有机肥。

技术领域
本发明一种环保草木灰炉涉及一种焚烧草木灰、草皮灰或生活垃圾的焚烧炉。
背景技术
草木灰、草皮灰不仅是农作物的一种优质有机肥。能提高土温,保持土壤良好的疏松通气状态,促进种子迅速发芽,出苗整齐一致,出苗率提高。而且还具有消毒防治病虫的作用。施用草木灰、草皮灰再盖新土,可控制根腐病蔓延。施用草木灰,可防止稻种烂秧。同时当前农村所进行的美丽乡村的生活垃圾处理也是一个头疼的问题,焚烧生活垃圾是解决这个问题的好办法。既可以全部焚烧,也可以分类焚烧,挑出有害生活垃圾焚烧处理掉,可烧肥料的垃圾就烧成肥料。并且现在的农村很多农民都不用烧柴火煮饭,取代的是煤气等燃料煮饭,根本没有什么草木灰这种有机肥了。为此这种环保草木灰炉正是排上用场。所以说这炉正是当前农村所进行的美丽乡村的生活垃圾处理和生产绿色食品所使用的有机肥之所需。
发明内容
本发明一种环保草木灰炉涉及一种焚烧草木灰、草皮灰或生活垃圾的焚烧炉,它主要适用于农村使用有机草木灰肥的焚烧或生活垃圾的焚烧。本发明一种环保草木灰炉用如下技术解决上述问题:本发明包括炉体1,炉口2附带挡风板3,出灰口4附带挡风板5,活动炉条6,集灰板7,入料口8附带挡风板9,烟囱10附带烟囱盖11所组成。所述的入料口8将焚烧料投放到焚烧炉内,所述的活动炉条6在焚烧时托住焚烧料,并保持通风助燃,需要取未掉下的草皮灰时拉出即可。所述的集灰板7主要收集草木灰、草皮灰或生活垃圾灰。并从所述的出灰口4取出草木灰、草皮灰或生活垃圾灰。所述的烟囱10主要排放烟气。所述的附带挡风板3、附带挡风板5、附带挡风板9以及附带烟囱盖11是在烧草皮灰的最后一环时用来密封整个焚烧炉,不让草皮灰因烧过夜而变红,从而有效的保证草皮灰的肥份。同时可以生活垃圾全部焚烧,也可以分类焚烧,挑出有害生活垃圾焚烧处理,可烧肥料的垃圾就跟草木或草皮烧成肥料。本发明的有益效果是:结构设计简单,实现一炉多用,对农村来说既环保又能自产有机草木灰肥,很适合当前农村所进行的美丽乡村的生活垃圾处理和生产绿色食品所使用的有机肥之所需。

具体实施方式
本发明包括炉体1,炉口2附带挡风板3,出灰口4附带挡风板5,活动炉条6,集灰板7,入料口8附带挡风板9,烟囱10附带烟囱盖11所组成。将焚烧料从所述的入料口8投放到焚烧炉内焚烧,从所述的集灰板7收集草木灰、草皮灰或生活垃圾灰,并从所述的出灰口4取出草木灰、草皮灰或生活垃圾灰。实施措施1,将草木从所述的入料口8投放到焚烧炉内焚烧,从所述的出灰口4取出草木灰。实施措施2,先将草木等易燃物从所述的入料口8放入炉内做引燃料,再将草皮、从生活垃圾分离出来可烧成肥料的部分垃圾从所述的入料口8投放到焚烧炉内焚烧,看到草皮燃烧很旺盛时,就将所述的附带挡风板3、附带挡风板5、附带挡风板9封好各口,只剩下所述的烟囱10排放烟气,既让草木烟熏黑草皮土、垃圾土,看着草皮准备燃烧完,就把附带烟囱盖11盖好烟囱,密封整个焚烧炉,不让草皮灰因烧过夜而变红,从而有效地保证草皮灰的肥份。过了两三个小时就把炉全部打开,解除密封放凉。然后抽出所述的活动炉条6,让草皮灰掉在所述的集灰板7,就可从所述的出灰口4取出草皮灰了。实施措施3,将生活垃圾从所述的入料口8投放到焚烧炉内焚烧,从所述的出灰口4取出生活垃圾灰。本发明的有益效果是:结构设计简单,实现一炉多用,对农村来说既环保又自产有机草木灰肥,很适合当前农村所进行的美丽乡村的生活垃圾处理和生产绿色食品所使用的有机肥之所需。

1.一种环保草木灰炉,其特征在于:包括炉体,炉口及附带挡风板,出灰口及附带挡风板,活动炉条,集灰板,入料口及附带挡风板,烟囱及附带烟囱盖所组成,把草木或草皮烧成肥料。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保草木灰炉,其特征是:焚烧处理生活垃圾。
