技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
传统的面料多为单层，尤其是网面面料，纹理单一，没有层次感，满足不了人们的多层次的需要。且不具吸湿排汗的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有层次感的复合网层易洗快干面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种复合网层易洗快干面料，它包括若干个网面层，所述网面层为网面面料，所述网面层上设有若干非网面面料，所述非网面面料与网面面料连接为一整体，所述网面层相邻两层依次错位排列，再通过亮丝线上下连接，所述网面面料由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织构成，所述经纱和纬纱均为棉包涤纶长丝的包芯纱，所述涤纶长丝的横载面呈五角星形。织物下设置阻燃面料层，阻燃面料层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线，织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物；所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维；所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为60：37：3；所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、复合网层易洗快干面料通过多个网面层的错位叠加、虚实交替，塑造出丰富的层次感，而连接多个网面层的亮丝线给复合网层易洗快干面料增添了亮丽的色彩。
2、长丝上有了凹槽，气体和水份能从凹槽中迅速排出，起到吸湿排汗的功能，还具有易洗快干的效果。

具体实施方式
参见图1～图3，本发明涉及一种复合网层易洗快干面料，它包括若干个网面层1，所述网面层1为网面面料。所述网面层1上设有若干非网面面料11，所述非网面面料11与网面面料连接为一整体。所述网面层1相邻两层依次错位排列，形成错落有致的图层。所述网面层1再通过亮丝线2上下连接。
所述网面面料由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织构成，所述经纱和纬纱均为棉包涤纶长丝的包芯纱，所述涤纶长丝的横载面呈五角星形。
织物下设置阻燃面料层，阻燃面料层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线，织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物；所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维；所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为60：37：3；所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。

1.一种复合网层易洗快干面料，其特征在于：所述面料包括若干个网面层（1），所述网面层（1）为网面面料，所述网面层（1）上设有若干非网面面料（11），所述非网面面料（11）与网面面料连接为一整体，所述网面层（1）相邻两层依次错位排列，再通过亮丝线（2）上下连接，所述网面面料由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织构成，所述经纱和纬纱均为棉包涤纶长丝的包芯纱，所述涤纶长丝的横载面呈五角星形，织物下设置阻燃面料层，阻燃面料层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线，织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物；所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维；所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为60：37：3；所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。
