Abstract
本发明涉及一种设备机柜,包括转接插座和具有安装面板的柜体,柜体内设置有PCB板,设备机柜还包括位于柜体内的接触件与PCB板电连接的辅助插座,辅助插座设置于所述柜体或PCB板上,辅助插座具有朝向所述安装面板的辅助插座插接端,安装面板上开设有与所述辅助插座插接端正对应的插座穿孔,转接插座的内端为由外至内由所述插座穿孔插入并与所述辅助座插接端对插的转接插座内插接端。本发明通过在PCB板上或机柜上设置有辅助插座,使用时将转接插座的转接插座内插接端由外至内的由插座插孔插入并与辅助插座插接端对插连接,如果转接插座出现问题需要拆下时,直接将转接插座拔出即可,无需打开机柜,转接插座的拆卸简单方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种设备机柜。
背景技术
现有的设备机柜如图1所示:包括具有安装面板的柜体,柜体内设置有PCB板,安装面板上设置有转接插座,转接插座的内端焊接连接有导线,导线通过螺钉固定到PCB板上,转接插座的外端为用于与适配连接器对插的插接端。当机柜内设备需要和外部设备连接时,使用于转接插座适配的连接器与转接插座对插以实现机柜内、外设备的连接,现有的这种设备机柜存在的问题在于:当转接插座出现故障需要维修时,由于导线的尾部通过螺钉固定于PCB板上,转接插座无法立即拆下更换,必需拆开机柜才能将转接插座拆下,转接插座的拆卸非常麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无需打开机柜就可拆掉转接插座的设备机柜。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种设备机柜,包括转接插座和具有安装面板的柜体,柜体内设置有PCB板,设备机柜还包括位于柜体内的接触件与PCB板电连接的辅助插座,辅助插座设置于所述柜体或PCB板上,辅助插座具有朝向所述安装面板的辅助插座插接端,安装面板上开设有与所述辅助插座插接端正对应的插座穿孔,转接插座的内端为由外至内由所述插座穿孔插入并与所述辅助座插接端对插的转接插座内插接端。
辅助插座设置于所述PCB板上,辅助插座的接触件上设置有与PCB板焊接连接的焊接引脚。
所述转接插座的外端为用于与适配连接器对插的转接插座外插接端,转接插座上设置有与所述安装面板的外侧板面挡止配合的方盘。
所述方盘上开设有轴线沿内外方向延伸的螺钉穿孔,安装面板上设置有与螺钉穿孔相对应的螺纹孔,螺钉穿孔与螺纹孔中穿装有锁紧螺钉。
本发明的又有效果为:本发明通过在PCB板上或机柜上设置有辅助插座,使用时将转接插座的转接插座内插接端由外至内的由插座插孔插入并与辅助插座插接端对插连接,如果转接插座出现问题需要拆下时,直接将转接插座拔出即可,无需打开机柜,转接插座的拆卸简单方便。

具体实施方式
一种设备机柜的实施例如图2~6所示:包括转接插座1和具有安装面板2的柜体,柜体内设置有PCB板5(即印制板)和辅助插座4,本实施例中辅助插座4为设置于PCB板上的PCB插座,辅助插座4的接触件上设置有与PCB板焊接连接的焊接引脚10,辅助插座4具有朝向安装面板2的辅助插座插接端,辅助插座上设置有实现将辅助插座固定于PCB板上的倒刺12,每个倒刺均为两弹性瓣结构,PCB板上设置有与倒刺12配合的卡槽20,在装配时对两弹性瓣施力使两弹性瓣相对靠拢,然后将两个弹性瓣装入卡槽,松开弹性瓣,弹性瓣复位,弹性瓣上的倒钩卡住卡槽从而实现辅助插座的固定。安装面板上开设有与辅助插座插接端正对应的插座穿孔6,转接插座1的内端为由外至内由插座穿孔插入并与辅助插座插接端对插的转接插座内插接端11,转接插座内插接端上设置有沿内外方向延伸的导向键槽8,辅助插座插接端上设置有与导向键槽导向配合的导向键9,转接插座的外端为用于与适配连接器对插的转接插座外插接端,转接插座上设置有与安装面板的外侧面挡止配合的方盘3,方盘上开设有轴线沿内外方向延伸的螺钉穿孔,安装面板上设置有与螺钉穿孔相对应的螺纹孔,螺钉穿孔与螺纹孔中穿装有锁紧螺钉7。
使用时,将辅助插座设置于PCB板上,辅助插座的辅助插座插接端与安装面板上的插座穿孔相对应,转接插座的转接插座内插接端由插座穿孔由外至内插入后与辅助插座插接端对插直至安装面板对方盘进行挡止,即可实现转接插座与PCB板的电连接,然后锁上锁紧螺钉就完成了转接插座的安装过程。当转接插座出现故障时,可以将锁紧螺钉卸下,取出转接插座,更换新的转接插座。辅助插座直接设置于PCB板上,这样可以简化产品结构,省去相应导线部分,方盘被安装面板挡止后,辅助插座与转接插座插接完成,从而避免转接插座对辅助插座过渡插接,可以保证辅助插座的焊接引脚因内外方向上的外力而与PCB板开焊,转接插座通过锁紧螺钉固定于安装面板上,由安装面板为转接插座提供支撑,也可以避免转接插座对辅助插座过渡下压而使焊接引脚开焊。
在本发明的其它实施例中:辅助插座也可以固设于柜体上,此时辅助插座可以通过导线与PCB板相连;转接插座的外端也可以不是插接端,比如说通过导线将信号引入转接插座或由转接插座引出;当然也可以仅依靠转接插座与辅助插座之间的插接力来实现对转接插座的固定,此时,不需设置方盘和锁紧螺钉。
Claims (4)
1.一种设备机柜,包括转接插座和具有安装面板的柜体,柜体内设置有PCB板,其特征在于:设备机柜还包括位于柜体内的接触件与PCB板电连接的辅助插座,辅助插座设置于所述柜体或PCB板上,辅助插座具有朝向所述安装面板的辅助插座插接端,安装面板上开设有与所述辅助插座插接端正对应的插座穿孔,转接插座的内端为由外至内由所述插座穿孔插入并与所述辅助座插接端对插的转接插座内插接端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备机柜,其特征在于:辅助插座设置于所述PCB板上,辅助插座的接触件上设置有与PCB板焊接连接的焊接引脚。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备机柜,其特征在于:所述转接插座的外端为用于与适配连接器对插的转接插座外插接端,转接插座上设置有与所述安装面板的外侧板面挡止配合的方盘。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的设备机柜,其特征在于:所述方盘上开设有轴线沿内外方向延伸的螺钉穿孔,安装面板上设置有与螺钉穿孔相对应的螺纹孔,螺钉穿孔与螺纹孔中穿装有锁紧螺钉。
