本发明公开了一种空气净化器,所述的空气净化器包括机箱、过滤系统和动力系统,机箱包括前壳、后壳、左盖板、右盖板和上盖板,动力系统包括风轮、电机和变压器,后壳上设有U型的挡风槽,挡风槽上设有相匹配的U型挡风板,风轮和电机固定安装在挡风槽的底部,挡风板的底部设有圆形的导风口,所述的上盖板上设有出风口与挡风槽的顶部相连接,左盖板和右盖板的下方均设有进风口,过滤系统设置在进风口与挡风槽之间;本发明的空气净化器在操作过程中,室内或者车内的空气从本发明两侧的进风口进入,经过一系列处理后,从位于机箱顶部的出风口排除。装置结构简单,能够高效地去除室内各种污染物,室内空气循环速度快,过滤效率高。

一种空气净化器
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及生活空间内的污染空气的净化领域,尤其涉及一种适用于封闭或者半封闭空间的空气净化器。
背景技术
[0002] 随着经济社会的发展、人们生活水平的提高,社会公众对环保与健康的要求也不断提高,封闭、半封闭空间内的空气污染(包括室内空间、地下空间、车内空气污染)作为一种看不见的大气污染,对人类的建康造成了不可忽视的影响,因此受到越来越多的重视。
[0003] 在封闭、半封闭空间中,空气污染污染物的释放具有持久性和不确定性等特点,主要的污染物包括甲醛、细菌、病毒、尘螨、颗粒、花粉等等,有证据表明,这些污染物对人体的危害远高于大气污染对人体的危害。室内污染物主要来自于香烟、装修工程、宠物、烹饪、垃圾以及人体。因此对室内污染的处理一直是家电、医疗领域的一项重要挑战。
[0004] 为了使室内空气得到净化,以有效提高室内空气的清洁度,具有净化空气功能的空气净化器应运而生。现有技术中,空气净化器主要是利用臭氧进行空气净化,在装有吸气口和排气口的设备主体上装设臭氧发生装置,通过吸气电机,在从吸气系统吸入空气的同时,通过臭氧发生装置生成的臭氧对空气进行杀菌、消毒,从而从排气部吹出净化后的空气。但是这种空气净化器仅仅具有杀菌和消毒的效果,而不能对其他污染物进行效的处理,不能彻底净化室内空气。
[0005] 现有技术中,还有一类空气净化器,其包括多种过滤、杀菌部件,其结构复杂,造价高,但是应用时由于室内污染较重,需要不时更换过滤部件,造成应用上的不便。
发明内容
[0006] 针对上述存在的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种功能全面,生产成本低,操作方便的空气净化器。
[0007] 为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种空气净化器,所述的空气净化器包括机箱、过滤系统和动力系统,所述的机箱包括前壳、后壳、左盖板、右盖板和上盖板,所述的动力系统包括风轮、电机和变压器,所述的后壳上设有U型的挡风槽,所述的挡风槽上设有相匹配的U型挡风板,所述的风轮和电机固定安装在挡风槽的底部,所述的挡风板的底部设有圆形的导风口,所述的上盖板上设有出风口与挡风槽的顶部相连接,所述的左盖板和右盖板的下方均设有进风口,所述的过滤系统设置在进风口与挡风槽之间。
[0008] 本发明所述的过滤系统包括滤网、HEPA过滤器和静电板,所述的进风口上由外至内依次安装有滤网、HEPA过滤器和静电板;通过依次安装的多级过滤结构,可以方便多空气进行多级过滤,大大消除了空气中有害的粉尘颗粒,除尘效果好。
[0009] 本发明所述的左盖板和右盖板上的进风口相互对应,所述的左盖板和右盖板内的滤网相互对应;通过对称安装在左盖板和右盖板上的进风口结构,在装置内部形成空气对流。两侧鼓入的气流通过导风口进入导风槽,方便对空气进行多级过滤,结构简单,方便拆装和检修。
[0010] 本发明所述滤网、HEPA过滤器和静电板的截面面积均大于进风口的截面面积;为了保证了对空气高效的过滤效果,其过滤系统所应用的滤网、HEPA过滤器和静电板截面面积必须大于空气流通截面的面积,提高装置的除尘效果。
[0011] 本发明所述的风轮的表面涂覆有二氧化钛催化剂,所述的过滤系统还包括活性炭吸附层;所述的活性炭吸附层设置于滤网和HEPA过滤器之间;通过催化剂对空气进行光催化处理,同时通过活性炭对空气进行去味处理,大大提高了装置的应用范围,方便处理空气中的多种污染物。
[0012] 本发明所述的挡风槽内设有紫外光光源组件,所述的紫外光光源组件设置在风轮侧方的圆形导风口内;通过紫外光光源组件辅助装置对空气进行紫外光处理,方便杀灭空气内的细菌,提高装置的应用范围。
[0013] 本发明所述的空气净化器内设有控制系统,所述的控制系统包括控制面板、液晶显示屏、电路板和变压器电路板,所述的变压器与变压器电路板和电机相连接,所述的电路板与变压器、液晶显示屏和控制面板相连接连接,所述的控制面板连接在液晶显示屏上。
[0014] 本发明所述的控制面板设置在上盖板上,所述的液晶显示屏设置在前壳的顶部;通过控制面板可以操作整体装置的工作情况,通过液晶显示屏现在装置的工作状态,方便操作人员通过控制面板及时调控。
[0015] 本发明所述的进风口和出风口为相互垂直的,所述的出风口与导风口为相互垂直的;通过相互垂直的进风口、出风口和导风口结构,方便气流在装置内形成整体循环,避免了净化器内形成的净化死角。

[0017] 本发明的优点在于:本发明提供了一种高效、彻底净化室内空气的空气净化器,不仅能消灭室内空气中的有害细菌、霉菌和真菌,还能有效消除烟草、油烟、烹饪和垃圾中散发的怪味,并消除室内的氨气、一氧化碳、沼气及下水道排气管中散发出的异味以及装修过程中产生的甲醛,还可消除对花粉的过敏反应,同时本发明的空气净化器结构简单,具备经济性,过滤效果高。
[0018] 本发明的空气净化器在操作过程中,室内或者车内的空气从本发明两侧的进风口进入,经过过滤系统、紫外光、光催化剂的一系列处理后,从位于机箱顶部的出风口排除。本发明公开的空气净化器,结构简单,能够高效地去除室内各种污染物,包括有害细菌、霉菌和真菌,异味,颗粒、花粉,以及甲醛等,对污染物的去除效果高,室内空气循环速度快,过滤效率高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述的过滤系统包括滤网、HEPA过滤器和静电板,所述的进风口上由外至内依次安装有滤网、HEPA过滤器和静电板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述的左盖板和右盖板上的进风口相互对应,所述的左盖板和右盖板内的滤网相互对应。
4.根据权利要求2所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述滤网、HEPA过滤器和静电板的截面面积均大于进风口的截面面积。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述的风轮的表面涂覆有二氧化钛催化剂,所述的过滤系统还包括活性炭吸附层,所述的活性炭吸附层设置于滤网和HEPA过滤器之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述的挡风槽内设有紫外光光源组件,所述的紫外光光源组件设置在风轮侧方的圆形导风口内。
