本发明公开了一种重组竹地板碳化运输小车，涉及竹制品制造技术领域；包括底板，所述底板包括矩形框架、纵条和横条，所述纵条与所述横条相互交错，所述底板的两侧通过铰链分别铰接有左挡架、右挡架，所述左挡架和右挡架均设有通孔，所述左挡架和右挡架设有同步连杆，所述底板的下部设有滚轮，其前后端设有拖钩。本发明可以解决重组竹地板碳化运输装置底部透气性差的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及竹制品制造技术领域，尤其是一种在重组竹地板碳化过程使用的运输小车。
背景技术
重组竹地板俗称竹丝板，是竹地板中的一种，它是在一般竹地板的基础上进一步完善，使得其更美观，更实用，重组竹地板的制作工艺较为复杂，一般由选材、截断、破分、碳化、烘干，浸胶，再烘干、压制、固化、锯板、刨平、喷涂、抛光等一系列工艺流程生产而成；其中碳化工序是主要工序之一，主要是通过高温蒸汽使竹丝条中的有机物质如糖、淀粉、蛋白质分解变性，使真菌等虫类失去营养源，同时又将竹材中的虫卵、真菌杀死；碳化后，竹材表面硬度增强一倍；现在重组竹地板碳化时一般是否采用带轮子的平板运输车将待碳化的竹丝条送入碳化炉进行碳化，这种平板运输装置主要存在竹丝条板材受热不均匀的问题，由于平板运输装置的底面是不透风的板，导致其上的竹丝条板很难被蒸汽接触，这样就使得这部分竹丝条板材碳化质量下降，其内部的有机物质没有充分分解变性，最终导致重组竹地板防虫能力下降，影响重组竹地板的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种重组竹地板碳化运输小车，它可以解决重组竹地板碳化运输装置底部透气性差的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
这种重组竹地板碳化运输小车，包括底板，所述底板包括矩形框架、纵条和横条，所述纵条与所述横条相互交错，所述底板的两侧通过铰链分别铰接有左挡架、右挡架，所述左挡架和右挡架相对设置，其表面均设有若干通孔，所述左挡架和右挡架各自设有同步连杆，所述底板的下部设有滚轮，其前后端设有拖钩。
进一步的：所述左挡架、所述右挡架的自由端设有锁紧孔。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、本发明结构简单、制作成本低；
2、本发明装竹丝条的小车做成通透式的底板，左右护栏也设有通孔，尽可能使与竹丝条接触处都能直接受到蒸汽的加热，碳化效果大大提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详述：
这种重组竹地板碳化运输小车，如图1~图3所示，包括底板，底板包括矩形框架3、纵条5和横条6，纵条5与横条6相互交错形成一个网状板，底板的两侧通过铰链11分别铰接有左挡架1、右挡架2，左挡架1和右挡架2相对设置，其表面均设有若干通孔7，左挡架1和右挡架2各自设有同步连杆8，底板的下部设有滚轮4，其前后端设有拖钩10，左挡架1、右挡架2的自由端设有锁紧孔9，使用时，在待碳化的竹丝条板装满本发明小车后，将左挡架5和右挡架6合拢，并在锁紧孔9内穿上U形件如铁丝锁紧，然后用拖车或其它动力装置通过拖钩10将小车拖进碳化炉进行碳化。

1.一种重组竹地板碳化运输小车，其特征在于：包括底板，所述底板包括矩形框架（3）、纵条（5）和横条（6），所述纵条（5）与所述横条（6）相互交错，所述底板的两侧通过铰链（11）分别铰接有左挡架（1）、右挡架（2），所述左挡架（1）和右挡架（2）相对设置，其表面均设有若干通孔（7），所述左挡架（1）和右挡架（2）各自设有同步连杆（8），所述底板的下部设有滚轮（4），其前后端设有拖钩（10）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重组竹地板碳化运输小车，其特征在于：所述左挡架（1）、所述右挡架（2）的自由端设有锁紧孔（9）。
