为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种杠杆专用夹具，其创新点在于：包括夹具体、定位元件、对刀装置、夹紧机构；所述夹具体上端面安装有一支承座；所述定位元件包括心轴、菱形销、螺母和垫圈；所述心轴和菱形销安装在夹具体上；所述对刀装置包括对刀块和塞尺；所述对刀块安装在支承座上；所述夹紧机构包括心轴、螺母和垫圈。
进一步的，所述支承座上设有一辅助支承及调节手柄。
本发明的优点在于：良好的对杠杆进行定位与夹紧，方便于对其进行铣削加工。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明公开了一种杠杆专用夹具，包括夹具体、定位元件、对刀装置、夹紧机构；夹具体1上端面安装有一支承座2；支承座2上设有一辅助支承5及调节手柄4；定位元件包括心轴6、菱形销9、螺母8和垫圈7；心轴6和菱形销9安装在夹具体上；对刀装置包括对刀块3和塞尺；对刀块安3装在支承座上；夹紧机构包括心轴6、螺母8和垫圈7。
使用时，将杠杆的通孔分别套进心轴6和菱形销9，转动调节手柄4，使辅助支承5达到适合的高度，对杠杆顶部作辅助支撑，再用垫圈7和螺母8夹紧杠杆，最后将铣刀和对刀块3进行对刀，即可对平面进行铣削加工。
