Abstract
本发明公开了一种预防眼病、缓解视疲劳的营养食品及其制备方法,所述营养食品由以下成分制备而成:大豆维生素E超微粉:100mg-180mg、叶黄素超微粉:80-200g、蓝莓花青素超微粉:90-210g、低聚糖超微粉:150-270g、麦芽糊精超微粉:400-600g、酒精液:50-300ml、甜菊糖苷:10-50g。具体制备方法为:将维生素E超微粉与三分之一叶黄素超微粉进行充分混合,再与剩余叶黄素超微粉、蓝莓花青素超微粉、低聚糖超微粉、麦芽糊精超微粉全部投入三维混料罐混合,出料后与酒精液通过槽混机进行混合后通过制粒机制粒,然后推进烘箱烘干,经压片机压块成型。本发明营养食品所有原料为纯天然,纯度较高,糖尿病人均可以食用。做成营养食品便不会让人们感觉天天吃药、闲暇之余就做到了保护眼睛的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种营养食品及其制备方法,具体涉及一种预防眼病、缓解视疲劳的营养食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
视疲劳是目前最长见的职业病,现在人们的生活、工作都离不开电脑、手机、电视等眼部刺激,环境中高强度用眼导致一系列视疲劳及眼病的发生。视疲劳又称眼疲劳,主要表现为视力障碍,眼部症状有眼困倦、眼球及眼眶周围酸胀或疼痛、眼干涩等。严重视疲劳患者还会有不同程序的全身症状,如头痛、头晕、无力、恶心呕吐等。
现有的缓解视疲劳、预防眼病药物多为滴眼液及药物,其产品的效果及口感都不是十分理想,长期使用及食用会有副作用。而部分食品中含有叶黄素,但其原料配比单一,不能有效的发挥其产品的作用,达不到真正的缓解视疲劳、预防眼病的目的。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,做到更有效的保护眼睛,本发明提供了一种预防眼病、缓解视疲劳的营养食品及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种预防眼病、缓解视疲劳的营养食品,由以下成分制备而成:大豆维生素E超微粉:100mg-180mg、叶黄素超微粉:80-200g、蓝莓花青素超微粉:90-210g、低聚糖超微粉:150-270g、麦芽糊精超微粉:400-600g、酒精液:50-300ml、甜菊糖苷:10-50g。
一种上述预防眼病、缓解视疲劳的营养食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、将大豆维生素E、叶黄素、蓝莓花青素、低聚糖、麦芽糊精分别超微粉碎,粉品细度为20-30μm;
二、酒精与水按7:3体积比制成酒精液;
三、先将维生素E超微粉与三分之一叶黄素超微粉进行充分混合10-30min,再与剩余叶黄素超微粉、蓝莓花青素超微粉、低聚糖超微粉、麦芽糊精超微粉、甜菊糖苷全部投入三维混料罐混合10-30min;
四、出料后与酒精液通过槽混机进行混合10-30min后通过制粒机制粒,制粒筛网为10-30目,然后推进烘箱50-90℃烘干2-5h,经压片机压块成型。
本发明具有如下优点:
本发明提供的营养食品中的配方原料都为普通食品,配料中添加了大豆维生E、叶黄素、蓝莓花青素。叶黄素是一种广泛存在于蔬菜、花卉、水果等植物中的天然物质,属于类胡萝卜的一种,是构成人眼视网膜黄斑区域的主要色素。叶黄素对视网膜中的黄斑有重要保护作用,是帮助眼睛发育的关键营养元素,而且人体无法通过自身合成,必须靠摄入叶黄素来补充。如果眼睛缺乏叶黄素,容易引起黄斑退化和视力模糊,进而出现视力退化、近视、视网膜病变等症状,严重的可至失明。大豆维生素E可抑制眼睛晶状体内的过氧化脂反应,使末稍血管扩张,改善血液循环,预防近视发生和发展。大豆维生素E是最主要的抗氧化剂之一,是人体必需的脂溶性维生素,具有重要的生理功能。此营养食品所有原料为纯天然,纯度较高,同时为了增强口感在配方中添加了健康糖类低聚糖,糖尿病人均可以食用。做成营养食品便不会让人们感觉天天吃药、闲暇之余就做到了保护眼睛的作用。

本实施例提供的预防眼病、缓解视疲劳的营养食品由以下成分制备而成:大豆维生素E超微粉180mg、叶黄素超微粉140g、蓝莓花青素超微粉150g、低聚糖超微粉210g、麦芽糊精超微粉500g、酒精液100ml(酒精与水按7:3体积比制成)、甜菊糖苷30g,具体制备步骤如下:
一、将大豆维生素E、叶黄素、蓝莓花青素、低聚糖、麦芽糊精分别超微粉碎;
二、酒精与水按7:3比例制成酒精液;
三、先将维生素E超微粉与三分之一叶黄素超微粉进行充分混合30min,再与剩余叶黄素超微粉、蓝莓花青素超微粉、低聚糖超微粉、麦芽糊精超微粉、甜菊糖苷全部投入三维混料罐混合30min;
四、出料后与酒精液通过槽混机进行混合30min后通过制粒机制粒,然后推进烘箱60℃烘干3h,经压片机压块成型。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1不同的是,所述预防眼病、缓解视疲劳的营养食品由以下成分制备而成:大豆维生素E超微粉:110mg、叶黄素超微粉:100g、蓝莓花青素超微粉:100g、低聚糖超微粉:160g、麦芽糊精超微粉:450g、酒精液:180ml、甜菊糖苷:20g。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例1不同的是,所述预防眼病、缓解视疲劳的营养食品由以下成分制备而成:大豆维生素E超微粉:150mg、叶黄素超微粉:180g、蓝莓花青素超微粉:180g、低聚糖超微粉:250g、麦芽糊精超微粉:550g、酒精液:250ml、甜菊糖苷:40g。

1.一种预防眼病、缓解视疲劳的营养食品,其特征在于所述营养食品由以下成分制备而成:大豆维生素E超微粉:100mg-180mg、叶黄素超微粉:80-200g、蓝莓花青素超微粉:90-210g、低聚糖超微粉:150-270g、麦芽糊精超微粉:400-600g、酒精液:50-300ml、甜菊糖苷:10-50g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预防眼病、缓解视疲劳的营养食品,其特征在于所述营养食品由以下成分制备而成:大豆维生素E超微粉180mg、叶黄素超微粉140g、蓝莓花青素超微粉150g、低聚糖超微粉210g、麦芽糊精超微粉500g、酒精液100ml、甜菊糖苷:30g。

6.一种权利要求1所述的预防眼病、缓解视疲劳的营养食品的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法步骤如下:
一、将大豆维生素E、叶黄素、蓝莓花青素、低聚糖、麦芽糊精分别超微粉碎;
二、酒精与水按7:3体积比制成酒精液;
三、先将维生素E超微粉与三分之一叶黄素超微粉进行充分混合10-30min,再与剩余叶黄素超微粉、蓝莓花青素超微粉、低聚糖超微粉、麦芽糊精超微粉、甜菊糖苷全部投入三维混料罐混合10-30min;
四、出料后与酒精液通过槽混机进行混合10-30min后通过制粒机制粒,然后推进烘箱烘干,经压片机压块成型。
