本发明公开了一种压力变温电烙铁,包括交流插头、烙铁手柄、压力传感器、5V交流变压器、5V整流稳压电路、单片机控制芯片、驱动电路、烙铁芯、烙铁头,本发明可通过改变手握电烙铁的压力快速调节电烙铁的温度。

本发明涉及一种压力变温电烙铁。
背景技术
目前所用烙铁在焊接时有多种调温措施,但比较麻烦,焊接和维修时浪费时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种压力变温电烙铁,可解决上述问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种压力变温电烙铁,包括:交流插头、烙铁手柄、压力传感器、5V 交流变压器、5V整流稳压电路、单片机控制芯片、驱动电路、烙铁芯、烙铁头,所述交流插头与220V交流电源实现电相接,5V 交流变压器与交流插头电相连,5V整流稳压电路与5V 交流变压器电相连,所述压力传感器装在烙铁手柄的手握部位处,所述压力传感器与单片机控制芯片的信号输入端电相连,所述5V整流稳压电路输出端与单片机控制芯片的电源输入脚相连,所述驱动电路与单片机控制芯片的信号输出脚相连,所述驱动电路输出端与烙铁芯电相连,所述烙铁头与烙铁手柄相连,所述烙铁芯安装在烙铁头内。
本发明有益之处可通过改变手握电烙铁的压力快速调节电烙铁的温度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明进行具体介绍如下:
一种压力变温电烙铁,包括:交流插头1、烙铁手柄2、压力传感器3、5V 交流变压器4、5V整流稳压电路5、单片机控制芯片6、驱动电路7、烙铁芯8、烙铁头9,所述交流插头1与220V交流电源实现电相接,5V 交流变压器4与交流插头1电相连,5V整流稳压电路5与5V 交流变压器4电相连,所述压力传感器3装在烙铁手柄2的手握部位处,所述压力传感器3与单片机控制芯片6的信号输入端电相连,所述5V整流稳压电路5输出端与单片机控制芯片6的电源输入脚相连,所述驱动电路7与单片机控制芯片6的信号输出脚相连,所述驱动电路7输出端与烙铁芯8电相连,所述烙铁头9与烙铁手柄2相连,所述烙铁芯8安装在烙铁头9内。
交流插头1与220V交流电源实现电相接为5V 交流变压器4、5V整流稳压电路5提供电源,手用不同压力握压力传感器3时,压力传感器3产生不同的电流控制单片机控制芯片6的输入端信号,因此单片机控制芯片6的输出端输出不同的信号驱动电路7,驱动电路7输出端输出不同的电压控制烙铁芯8使烙铁芯8产生不同热量,因此可实现改变手握电烙铁的压力快速调节电烙铁的温度。

1.一种压力变温电烙铁,其特征在于,包括:交流插头、烙铁手柄、压力传感器、5V 交流变压器、5V整流稳压电路、单片机控制芯片、驱动电路、烙铁芯、烙铁头,所述交流插头与220V交流电源实现电相接,5V 交流变压器与交流插头电相连,5V整流稳压电路与5V 交流变压器电相连,所述压力传感器装在烙铁手柄的手握部位处,所述压力传感器与单片机控制芯片的信号输入端电相连,所述5V整流稳压电路输出端与单片机控制芯片的电源输入脚相连,所述驱动电路与单片机控制芯片的信号输出脚相连,所述驱动电路输出端与烙铁芯电相连,所述烙铁头与烙铁手柄相连,所述烙铁芯安装在烙铁头内。
