Abstract
本发明公开了一种生物油制备系统,其热解反应器本体内腔的侧壁设置若干块倾斜的隔板,热解反应器底部的出料口分成气体通道和固体通道并连通的沉降罐的气体出口连通旋风除尘器;旋风除尘器设置的夹腔与燃烧床的烟气出口连通;燃烧床设置的回料口连通沉降罐和分离罐,分离罐与旋风分离器通过离心风机形成闭环的除尘回路。生物油制备系统具有热解反应效率高、热解余热烟气有效利用,热解气不会在旋风除尘器和管路内结焦、炭粉收集量最大化等特点。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明新能源制备技术领域,具体地说是一种将生物质燃料转化成生物油的制备系统。
背景技术
[0002] 随着新能源的推广应用,特别是生物质能源在替代传统能源和改善环境质量方面发挥着重大作用。近年来,通过技术攻关,生物油产品质量日渐提升,并已经开始大规模生产,可以在燃油锅炉,发动机和涡轮机上使用,精炼后可在一定程度上代替汽油、柴油等高品位燃料。
[0003] 生物油制备系统的核心设备是热解反应器,应用最广泛的是循环流化床热解反应器和旋转锥热解反应器,但流化床热解反应器须以气体为流化介质,不能充分利用其余热,热载体分离时易磨损消耗,同时旋风分离器的壁面也被磨损,对设备造成损害,影响系统的稳定运行,磨损产生的碎肩易进入到产品生物油中,适应原料尺寸小、粒径范围窄。对于旋转锥热解反应器而言,物料的流动需要额外动力带动,且高温、粉尘和焦油易影响转动装置。
[0004] 生物油一般是通过冷凝生物质热解气得到的产物,但在快速热解过程中,由于生物质热解气含有热载体、炭粉和灰分等多种固体杂质,其分离难度大,分离效果的优劣将严重影响液化后的生物油的品质,导致容易变质,性状不移定,令储存时间缩短,不利于远程配送。因此,必须对针对杂质重点采取处理措施。
[0005] 其中,针对炭粉的去除,一般采用双级旋风除尘器,通过两次旋风分离步骤,便能实现净化目的,但是,当热解气体从一级旋风除尘器输入二级旋风除尘器时,其温度会降低至400以下,可使热解气体中的气态焦油冷凝成粘稠液体并附着于设备内壁和管路形成结焦,当结焦量严重时,将会影响设备的正常运行,且可能发生堵塞管路的情况,况且对结焦的处理难度非常大。
[0006]另外,针对热解气体中的热载体和炭的分离,目前普遍采用旋风分离技术,分离出来的热载体和炭混合物直接被燃烧床燃烧以循环利用,达到有效处理余炭的目的。然而,一方面,燃烧炭粉会产生增量排放烟气,增大烟气环保处理难度;另一方面,却忽略了炭粉的经济价值,由于生物质炭粉应用广泛,能用作土壤改良剂,活性炭原料、烧烤炭和蚊香制品等,其市场前景应用好。因此,生物油系统如何考虑热载体和炭混合物的分离,具有重要意义。
发明内容
[0007] 为了解决现有技术存在缺陷,本发明提供了一种热解反应过程无需外力参与且反应原料范围大、除杂质过程流动性通畅且固体杂质分离效果好的生物油制备系统。
[0008] 为了实现以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种生物油制备系统,包括热解生物质燃料产生热解气的热解反应器、加热热载体的燃烧床和除去炭粉的旋风除尘器,所述热解反应器本体内腔的侧壁设置若干块倾斜的隔板,热解反应器底部的出料口分成气体通道和固体通道并连通具有热解反应功能的沉降罐,该沉降罐的气体出口连通旋风除尘器;所述旋风除尘器的壳体包裹一层保温层并与壳体形成夹腔,该夹腔与燃烧床的烟气出口连通;所述燃烧床设置回料口,回料口连通沉降罐和分离罐,所述分离罐与旋风分离器通过离心风机形成闭环的除尘回路。
[0009] 进一步地,所述燃烧床的出料口连接储存热载体的缓冲仓,该缓冲仓的烟气出口连通旋风除尘器的夹腔。
[0010] 所述燃烧床分为横式燃烧床和竖式燃烧床,其中横式燃料床与气液分离器连通,竖式燃烧床的出料口连接缓冲仓,而竖式燃烧床的回料口与分离罐及沉降罐的出料口连通。
[0011 ] 所述沉降罐的出料口与分离罐的出料口之间连接螺旋进料机。
[0012]与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
[0013] 第一,由于在生物质热解反应器内部设置隔板,生物质原料依靠重力自动下落,在隔板阻挡力作用下被自动打散同时增加湍动程度,实现良好混合传热效果,使反应器内部反应更充分、更均匀,提升热解反应效率;生物质原料的搅拌过程无需借助气体流化介质或额外动力,不仅简化热解工艺,而且热解反应器结构简单。
[0014] 第二,通过将燃烧床的余热烟气引入旋风除尘器的夹腔中,使旋风除尘器及其连接管路在工作过程中保持高温环境,防止热解气体中所含的焦油在旋风除尘器和管路内结焦,不仅充分利用了烟气余热,且降低烟气排放温度,减少热能损失。
[0015] 第三,通过分离罐将生物质炭和热载体混合物有效分离并在离心风机的作用下将生物质炭无限循环分离,最大限度地收集更多生物质炭粉成为附加值产品,提高生物质热解气化系统的经济性。

具体实施方式
[0018] 如图1所示,生物油制备系统主要由储料仓8、热解反应器7、沉降罐13、横式燃烧床1、竖式燃烧床4、缓冲仓5、旋风除尘器9、喷淋塔10、气液分离器11和分离罐2组成。
[0019] 热解反应器7的入料口与储料仓8和缓冲仓5的出料口通过螺旋进料器6连通,热解反应器7的出料口连接沉降罐13。沉降罐的作用在于进一步分离炭粉中携带的热解气,也为了进一步燃尽生物质燃料,提高热解气产出率。
[0020] 沉降罐13的出气口依次连接旋风除尘器9、喷淋塔10、气液分离器11。旋风除尘器9的壳体包裹一层保温套91,保温套91与外壁之间形成夹腔。缓冲仓5的出烟口连通旋风除尘器的夹腔。缓冲仓5的气体出口与旋风除尘器9的夹腔之间设置旋风分离器,由旋风分离器除去灰尘后,再向旋风除尘器的夹腔通入较干净的烟气,防止堵塞管路。旋风除尘器9包括一级旋风除尘器和二级旋风除尘器,用于将热解气中的炭粉分离出来。
[0021] 横式燃烧床I的出料口连接竖式燃烧床4,竖式燃烧床4的回料口连接分离罐2和螺旋输送机14 一端。横式燃烧床主要作用是燃烧产生热量,竖式燃烧床主要作用是流化过程中加热热载体。
[0022] 分离罐2的出风口依次连接旋风分离器3和离心风机15。分离罐的作用是分离出热载体和炭粉。旋风分离器的作用是收集炭粉。离心风机的作用是令未分离炭粉在分离罐与旋风除尘器之间形成闭环除尘回路,令未分离炭粉在循环系统中多次循环分离。
[0023] 沉降罐13的出料口连接螺旋输送机14另一端。竖式燃烧床4的出料口连接缓冲仓5。气液分离器11的出气口连接横式燃烧床I。气液分离器11和横式燃烧床I之间设置引风机12,使热解气引入横式燃烧床中燃烧。
[0024] 如图2所示,热解反应器7的主体内腔为方形体,左右内侧壁设置有相向的有如百叶窗排列的若干块隔板73,隔板朝下方倾斜。隔板起到打散生物质原料的作用,增加热载体与生物质原料的混合,使受热均匀,更重要的作用是使不同粒径的生物质原料的反应停留时间不同,实现不同粒径的生物质原料的多级热解反应。热解反应器7上端开设有热载体进口 71和原料进口 72。热解反应器的底部为料斗结构,底部设置向下倾斜的出口,该出口由气体通道74和固体通道75构成。热解反应器的出口连通沉降罐13上部。沉降罐13上端开设有气体出口 131,底部设有出料口 132。
[0025] 生物质油制备流程是:
[0026] 1、生物质燃料经烘干机烘干,输送至储料仓,同时,热载体由横式燃烧床加热后,在风机的作用下,经竖式燃烧床输送至缓冲仓。
[0027] 2、生物质燃料经螺旋进料器输入热解反应器,同时,热载体也经螺旋进料器输入热解反应器。生物质燃料与热载体的配比大概是20:1。生物质燃料在热解反应器内发生热解反应,产生生物质热解气和炭。
[0028] 生物质热解气经过气体通道进入沉降罐,而炭、未完全反应燃料和热载体由固体通道进入沉降罐,炭、未完全反应燃料继续反应产生热解气,热载体和部分裂解产物炭粉在重力作用下掉落。
[0029] 3、热解气由沉降罐的气体出口依次进入一级旋风除尘器、二级旋风除尘器、喷淋塔和气液分离器,产生生物油和不可凝热解气,不可凝热解气被引风机引入横式燃烧床,用以加热热载体;同时,热载体和部分裂解产物炭粉由螺旋输送机输送至竖式燃烧床的回料口,热载体被直接输入立式燃烧机循环加热,炭粉连同夹杂的热载体在离心风机的作用下,鼓入分离罐中,热载体在重力作用下掉落后被螺旋输送机输入竖式燃烧床,炭粉在旋风分离器的作用下被分离出来收集利用,余量炭粒则在风机的作用下,循环输入分离罐继续循环分离。
[0030] 4、竖式燃烧床循环加热热载体,热载体伴随600°C左右余热烟气逆向依次进入二级旋风除尘器、一级旋风除尘器的夹腔中,对旋风除尘器起到保温作用,确保从二级旋风除尘器出来的高温热解气温度不低于从一级旋风分离器进入的高温热解气温度,这样热解气的温度始终大于450°C,焦油不会在两级旋风除尘器和连接管道内结焦;从二级旋风除尘器出来的较低温烟气循环供给烘干炉利用。

1.一种生物油制备系统,包括热解生物质燃料产生热解气的热解反应器、加热热载体的燃烧床和除去炭粉的旋风除尘器, 其特征在于:所述热解反应器本体内腔的侧壁设置若干块倾斜的隔板,热解反应器底部的出料口分成气体通道和固体通道并连通具有热解反应功能的沉降罐,该沉降罐的气体出口连通旋风除尘器; 所述旋风除尘器的壳体包裹一层保温层并与壳体形成夹腔,该夹腔与燃烧床的烟气出口连通; 所述燃烧床设置回料口,回料口连通沉降罐和分离罐,所述分离罐与旋风分离器通过离心风机形成闭环的除尘回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物油制备系统,其特征在于,所述燃烧床的出料口连接储存热载体的缓冲仓,该缓冲仓的烟气出口连通旋风除尘器的夹腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物油制备系统,其特征在于,所述燃烧床分为横式燃烧床和竖式燃烧床,其中横式燃料床与气液分离器连通,竖式燃烧床的出料口连接缓冲仓,而竖式燃烧床的回料口与分离罐及沉降罐的出料口连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的生物油制备系统,其特征在于,所述沉降罐的出料口与分离罐的出料口之间连接螺旋进料机。
