Abstract
本发明涉及一种全鹿中药保健汤及其制备方法。包括:鹿肺25g,鹿肚30g,鹿肾25g,鹿心25g,鹿蹄30g,鹿骨50g,鹿尾25g,鹿鞭10g,鹿茸3g,杜仲5g,淫羊藿10g,牡丹皮10g,知母10g,炙黄芪5g,茯苓10g,山楂10g,生姜15g,白酒5ml,清水4L。制备方法为按照上述比例,将鹿茸、杜仲、淫羊藿、牡丹皮、知母、炙黄芪、茯苓清洗,晾干后磨成粗粉,与山楂、生姜一起用纱布包好,置于砂锅中,以冷水浸之,将鹿肺、鹿肚、鹿肾、鹿心、鹿蹄、鹿骨、鹿尾、鹿鞭加入,加热至水开后,小火煮4小时,纱布过滤即得。本发明的全鹿中药保健汤,长期坚持服用,可平补肾之阴阳,增气力,治疗一切虚劳体弱之症。

本发明涉及一种全鹿中药保健汤及其制备方法。
背景技术
鹿及其制品具有丰富的营养与保健价值。鹿茸、鹿胎、鹿鞭、鹿尾、鹿筋、鹿肉、鹿脯等等,无一不是珍贵的药材或补品,长期食用可强筋壮骨、延年益寿。现代人出于养生目的常常将鹿肉、鹿茸、鹿筋等鹿制品和中药材搭配制成各种汤剂,但大部分都是由一味或很少几味鹿制品搭配中药制成,功能比较单一,且功效往往不尽如人意。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多味鹿制品配伍中药材的全鹿中药保健汤及其制备方法。本发明的技术方案如下:
一种全鹿中药保健汤,包括:鹿肺25g,鹿肚30g,鹿肾25g,鹿心25g,鹿蹄30g,鹿骨50g,鹿尾25g,鹿鞭10g,鹿茸3g,杜仲5g,淫羊藿10g,牡丹皮10g,知母10g,炙黄芪5g,茯苓10g,山楂10g,生姜15g,白酒5ml,清水4L。
所述白酒度数为38°。
所述一种全鹿中药保健汤的制备方法,按照以下工艺步骤进行:按照上述比例,将鹿茸、杜仲、淫羊藿、牡丹皮、知母、炙黄芪、茯苓清洗,晾干后磨成粗粉,与山楂、生姜一起用纱布包好,置于砂锅中,以冷水浸之,将鹿肺、鹿肚、鹿肾、鹿心、鹿蹄、鹿骨、鹿尾、鹿鞭同入冷水中,加热至水开后,小火煮4小时,将熬好的汤用纱布过滤,得到本发明的全鹿中药保健汤。
本发明的全鹿中药保健汤一次温饮250mL,每日2次。
以上所述的各配伍原料的作用阐述如下:
鹿肺:味甘、微寒,功效为养肺止咳,是一種既珍貴又天然純淨的食補材料。主要治疗咳嗽、哮喘,可以有效改善心肌供血不足、气闷、心慌、咳嗽、冠心病、脑动脉硬化、糖尿病及肺部不适等症状。 鹿肚:鹿肚主要有温寒养胃的作用,对胃炎、胃痛、胃溃疡、胃胀、胃瘫、胃下垂、胃粘膜脱垂、胃酸过多、胃酸不足骨中热疽有很好的作用。鹿肚还具有补中益气、健胃强身、促进消化、促吸收、治消化不良症、补虚、补血的作用,具有很高的药用价值,也是很好的保健食品。
鹿肾:味甘,性平,气微腥,具有补肾壮阳、下乳的功效。适用于肾虚,性神经衰弱,遗精,滑精,乳汁不足,妇女血虚等症。
鹿心:富含色氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸等多种氨基酸及脂肪酸、总磷酸、维生素、微量元素等多种营养物质及人体所需活性成分,具有增强人体新陈代谢,改善心脑血管和神经系统的功能。其中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)能消除机体氧自由基;维生素E能保护细胞膜;钴、维生素B12能激发骨髓造血,铜在机体内形成铜蓝蛋白,促进铁的吸收和运输。而鹿心中的磷脂酰胺能抑制MAO-B的活性,减少自由基的形成。同时鹿心中的肽具有调节心脏功能紊乱,活血通窍,促血液循环,补充心肌原动力,从而达到维护心脏的功效。
鹿蹄:味甘,性平,归肝、肾经,具有祛风湿,强筋骨的功效。主要用于风寒湿型腰肌劳损,腰部疼痛,伴全身关节酸痛者。
鹿骨:味甘,微热。具有补虚、强筋、壮骨的功效,是一种传统中药,适用于久病体弱、精髓不足、贫血、风湿、四肢痛疼等症。
鹿尾:味甘、咸,性温,归肝、肾经。有暖腰膝,益肾精的功效,也是一味中药。用于治腰痛,阳痿,肾亏遗精,头昏耳鸣等症。
鹿鞭:味咸辛,性温,归肝、肾、膀胱三经。具有补肾精,壮肾阳,益精,强腰膝的功效。主治肾虚劳损,腰膝酸痛,耳聋耳鸣,阳痿,遗精,早泄,宫冷不孕,带下清稀,慢性睾丸发炎。
鹿茸:性温而不燥,含有磷脂、糖脂、胶脂、激素、脂肪酸、氨基酸、蛋白质及钙、磷、镁、钠等营养成分,其中氨基酸成分占总成分的一半以上,对全身虚弱、久病之后患者,有较好的强身作用。鹿茸还是传统的补益药,用于强壮、补肾、益阳。李时珍在《本草纲目》上称鹿茸“善于补肾壮阳、生精益血、补髓健骨”。 此外,鹿茸可以提高机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,促进淋巴细胞的转化,从而避免疾病发生和促进创伤愈合、病体康复的作用。
杜仲:味甘,性温,归肾、肺经。具有降血压、强筋骨、补肝肾的功效,同时对降脂、降糖、减肥、通便排毒、促进睡眠效果明显。此外,现代医学研究发现杜仲对免疫系统、内分泌系统、中枢神经系统、循环系统和泌尿系统都有不同程度的调节作用,并能兴奋垂体-肾上腺皮质系统,增强肾上腺皮质功能。
淫羊藿:味辛甘,性温,归肝、肾经。为较常用中药,始载于《神农本草经》,列为上品。可补肾壮阳,祛风除湿。用于肾阳虚衰、阳痿尿频、腰膝无力、风寒湿痹、肢体麻木等症。《日华子本草》中记载:淫羊藿治一切冷风劳气,补腰膝,强心力,丈夫绝阳不起,女子绝阴无子,筋骨挛急,四肢不任,老人昏耄,中年健忘。
牡丹皮:味苦辛,性寒凉,归心、肝、肾、肺经。牡丹皮善清血而又活血,因而有凉血散瘀的功效,使血流畅而不留瘀,血热清而不妄行,主治温毒发斑,吐血衄血,夜热早凉、温热病热入血分、阴虚骨蒸潮热等症。
知母:味甘苦,性寒,归肾、胃、肺经,具有止渴除烦、清热泻火、清肺化痰、滋阴补肾、通便润燥的功效。用于高热烦渴,肺热咳嗽,阴虚火旺,泄泻脾弱,胃虚不思食以及肺肾亏所致的骨节蒸潮热、盗汗、心烦等症。
炙黄芪:味甘,性温,归肺、脾经。具有补气升阳、散寒止痛、活血通经的功效。主治气虚乏力,心腹冷痛,虚寒吐泻,食少便溏等症。现代医学研究证实炙黄芪还有很好的抗菌及抑制病毒的作用。
茯苓:味甘淡、性平,归心、肺、脾、肾经。可利水消肿,健脾补中,宁心安神。用于水肿尿少、痰饮眩悸、脾虚食少、便溏泄泻、心神不安、惊悸失眠等症。茯苓营养价值较高,其中含有茯苓聚糖、茯苓酸、脂肪酸、卵磷脂、腺嘌呤、蛋白酶和三萜类等,还含有钾、钙、镁、磷、铁、硫及二氧化硅等多种矿物质。
山楂:味酸、甘,性微温,归脾、胃、肝经。具有消食健胃,行气散瘀,化浊降脂的功效。用于肉食积滞,胃脘胀满,泻痢腹痛,瘀血经闭,产后瘀阻,心腹刺痛,胸痹心痛,疝气疼痛,高脂血症。除作药用外山楂还是一种很好的调味剂,可去除食材的腥味和膻味。
生姜:辛而散温,益脾胃,在中医药学里具有发散、止呕、止咳等功效,用于降逆止呕,除湿消痞,止咳祛痰。用作调味剂可去除食材的腥味和膻味。经常食用能保健强身,养生益寿。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的全鹿中药保健汤,采用多味鹿制品配伍上述各原料药,具有补肾壮阳、健胃强身、散寒止痛、活血通经的功效,还可有效改善心肌供血不足、气闷、心慌、咳嗽、冠心病、脑动脉硬化、糖尿病及肺部不适症状;增强人体新陈代谢,改善神经系统的功能。长期坚持服用,可平补肾之阴阳,增气力,治疗一切虚劳体弱之症。
具体实施方式
本发明实施采用的鹿茸,杜仲,淫羊藿,牡丹皮,知母,炙黄芪,茯苓均从药店采购。
本发明实施采用的鹿肺,鹿肚,鹿肾,鹿心,鹿蹄,鹿骨,鹿尾,鹿鞭,山楂和生姜为市售产品。
本发明实施采用的白酒为市售38°白酒。
实施例1
将以下重量的原料:鹿茸3g,杜仲5g,淫羊藿10g,牡丹皮10g,知母10g,炙黄芪5g,茯苓10g清洗,晾干后磨成粗粉;与山楂10g、生姜15g一起用纱布包好,置于砂锅中,以4L冷水浸之,将以上鹿肺25g,鹿肚30g,鹿肾25g,鹿心25g,鹿蹄30g,鹿骨50g,鹿尾25g,鹿鞭10g同入冷水中,加热至水开后,小火煮4小时,将熬好的汤纱布过滤,得到本实施例的全鹿中药保健汤。

1.一种全鹿中药保健汤,其特征在于包括:鹿肺25g,鹿肚30g,鹿肾25g,鹿心25g,鹿蹄30g,鹿骨50g,鹿尾25g,鹿鞭10g,鹿茸3g,杜仲5g,淫羊藿10g,牡丹皮10g,知母10g,炙黄芪5g,茯苓10g,山楂10g,生姜15g,白酒5ml,清水4L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全鹿中药保健汤,其特征在于所述白酒度数为38°。
3.权利要求1所述的一种全鹿中药保健汤的制备方法,其特征在于按照以下工艺步骤进行:按照权利要求1所述比例,将鹿茸、杜仲、淫羊藿、牡丹皮、知母、炙黄芪、茯苓清洗,晾干后磨成粗粉,与山楂、生姜一起用纱布包好,置于砂锅中,以冷水浸之,将鹿肺、鹿肚、鹿肾、鹿心、鹿蹄、鹿骨、鹿尾、鹿鞭同入冷水中,加热至水开后,小火煮4小时,将熬好的汤用纱布过滤,即得。
