Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种隐蔽型船用安全气囊系统。本发明可在船体发生触礁漏水,倾斜下沉等紧急情况时,其能够稳定船体,增大船体浮力,减慢下沉速度甚至可阻止船体下沉,属于船载安全救生设备的范畴。
背景技术
[0002] 众所周知,船的发展具有悠久的历史,从最初的独木舟演变成现在的帆船、渔船、游/货轮、军舰等等,各式各样,用途不一。船的出现极大的促进的人才交流与物质交换。然而,回顾历史,船只倾覆、漏水、沉没事件时有发生,比较著名的海难有英国“泰坦尼克号”、韩国“岁月号”、中国“江亚轮”等,每一次的船只倾覆沉没事故都给人们的生命和财产造成了重大的损失。
[0003] 在船体沉没事故中,每减慢一秒船体下沉时间,就能为营救多争取一秒钟的宝贵时间。如果能阻止船体下沉,将可能极大地挽回由沉船事故导致的重大损失。然而,现实中多次沉船事故的发生,对于船体的下沉,只能束手无策,任由其沉没。
发明内容
[0004] 为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种隐蔽型船用安全气囊系统,旨在提供一种新型船载安全设备。该隐蔽型船用安全气囊系统可根据船体的大小、吨位、形状、用途特性合理布置在船体周边。在船体发生触礁漏水,倾斜下沉等紧急情况时,其能够稳定船体,增大船体浮力,减慢下沉速度甚至可阻止船体下沉。该种船用安全气囊系统具有隐蔽性强,自动化程度高、牢固安全、操作简单、省时高效的优点。
[0005] 为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种隐蔽型船用安全气囊系统,旨在提供一种新型船载安全设备,其特征是:它包括安全气囊、导轨板、液压推进器、锁定装置、充气装置、电控系统;
[0006] 所述导轨板上设置有安全气囊、锁钩、支撑腿、高压充气嘴、充气管、气体分散盘、气流分散头、马蹄脚、导轨、进气口;导轨设置在导轨板的背面,可在甲板层的轨道槽中滑动;安全气囊设置在导轨板的腹部,与气体分散盘牢固连接,未充气状态可折叠安置在导轨板的腹部;气流分散头均匀设置在气体分散盘中,可有效分散进气口喷出的高压气体,防止高压气流冲破损坏安全气囊;锁钩设置在导轨板的尾部,未使用状态可收进导轨板内,使用状态下,可用锁钩锁定甲板;支撑腿设置在导轨板的腹部,下部设有马蹄脚,未使用状态可将支撑腿和马蹄脚收在导轨板内,使用状态下将支撑腿展开,将马蹄脚附着在船舱内壁指定区域,依靠液压推进器的压力牢固附着在船舱内壁,持压锁定液压推进器后,用船舱内壁上的锁定卡夹将马蹄脚锁定,防止其滑动;
[0007] 所述液压推进器包括有液压推进器支座、液压推进杆;液压推进器支座牢固固定在甲板中线下部,液压推进杆的支撑端与液压推进器支座相连,液压推进杆的推进端与导轨板相连;
[0008] 所述锁定装置包括有液压推进器、锁钩、支撑腿、马蹄脚;液压推进器将导轨板推出导轨舱,展开导轨板中的支撑腿,将支撑腿的马蹄脚附着在船舱内壁的指定区域后液压推进器继续加压推进,使马蹄脚牢固的附着在船舱内壁,持压锁定液压推进器;然后用船舱内壁上的锁定卡夹将马蹄脚锁定,防止其滑动;再用导轨板上的锁钩锁定甲板,以达到牢固锁定导轨板的目的;
[0009] 所述充气装置包括高压充气嘴、充气管、气体分散盘、气流分散头、进气口、高压充气栗;导轨板锁定之后,将处在折叠状态的安全气囊展开,打开充气管路阀门,保证充气管路气流畅通,开启高压充气栗,高压气体通过高压充气嘴和充气管,从进气口进入气体分散盘中,高压气体在气体分散盘中分散减压成低压气体,低压气体通过均匀固定在气体分散盘上的气流分散头进入安全气囊中,为其充气;待充气完毕后,关闭进气口、高压充气栗以及充气管路上各阀门;
[0010] 所述电控系统包括有设备状态显示屏、预警响应器、手-自动转换控制器、气压气流控制器、安全气囊气压计、液压系统控制器;通过数据线将设备状态数据传输到电控系统中,在设备状态显示屏中显示出当前设备状态,进而合理控制设备运行状态。
[0011] 采用本发明系统所能达到的效果:
[0012] 1、该隐蔽型船用安全气囊系统设有电控系统,可手动与自动转换操作,自动化程度高,可在船只遇险的第一时间启动,极大提高险情应急处理效率。
[0013] 2、该隐蔽型船用安全气囊系统在未使用状态下,隐藏着甲板下部,不影响船体的整体美观效果。
[0014] 3、该隐蔽型船用安全气囊系统设有锁定装置,在系统启动状态下,可将船体与该系统整体牢固锁定成一体,在极端恶劣气候条件下,极大提高了安全气囊的牢固性和安全性。
[0015] 4、该隐蔽型船用安全气囊系统可根据船体的大小、吨位、形状、用途特性合理布置在船体周边,其具有隐蔽性强,自动化程度高、牢固安全、操作简单、省时高效的优点。

[0030] 本发明一种隐蔽型船用安全气囊系统,旨在提供一种新型船载安全设备,其特征是:它包括安全气囊⑴、导轨板⑵、液压推进器、锁定装置、充气装置、电控系统;
[0031] 所述导轨板(2)上设置有安全气囊⑴、锁钩(4)、支撑腿⑶、高压充气嘴(6)、充气管(7)、气体分散盘(8)、气流分散头(9)、马蹄脚(11)、导轨(12)、进气口 (13);导轨(12)设置在导轨板(2)的背面,可在甲板层的轨道槽中滑动;安全气囊⑴设置在导轨板⑵的腹部,与气体分散盘⑶牢固连接,未充气状态可折叠安置在导轨板⑵的腹部;气流分散头⑶均匀设置在气体分散盘(8)中,可有效分散进气口(13)喷出的高压气体,防止高压气流冲破损坏安全气囊(I);锁钩(4)设置在导轨板(2)的尾部,未使用状态可收进导轨板内,使用状态下,可用锁钩⑷锁定甲板;支撑腿(5)设置在导轨板⑵的腹部,下部设有马蹄脚(11),未使用状态可将支撑腿⑶和马蹄脚(11)收在导轨板(2)内,使用状态下将支撑腿⑶展开,将马蹄脚(11)附着在船舱内壁指定区域,依靠液压推进器的压力牢固附着在船舱内壁,持压锁定液压推进器后,用船舱内壁上的锁定卡夹将马蹄脚(11)锁定,防止其滑动;

[0033] 所述锁定装置包括有液压推进器、锁钩(4)、支撑腿(5)、马蹄脚(11);液压推进器将导轨板⑵推出导轨舱,展开导轨板⑵中的支撑腿⑶,将支撑腿的马蹄脚(11)附着在船舱内壁的指定区域后液压推进器继续加压推进,使马蹄脚(11)牢固的附着在船舱内壁,持压锁定液压推进器;然后用船舱内壁上的锁定卡夹将马蹄脚(11)锁定,防止其滑动;再用导轨板⑵上的锁钩⑷锁定甲板,以达到牢固锁定导轨板⑵的目的;

[0037] 在船体发生触礁漏水,倾斜下沉等紧急情况时,启动险情预警,电控系统响应预警,打开安全气囊导轨舱门,启动液压推进器,液压推进杆将导轨板推出导轨舱;展开导轨板中的支撑腿,将支撑腿的马蹄脚附着在船舱内壁的指定区域后液压推进器继续加压推进,使马蹄脚牢固的附着在船舱内壁,持压锁定液压推进器。然后用船舱内壁上的锁定卡夹将马蹄脚锁定,防止其滑动;再用导轨板上的锁钩锁定甲板。待导轨板被牢固锁定之后,展开安全气囊,打开高压充气栗,向安全气囊充气;待充气完毕后,关闭进气口和充气栗。整个设备运行过程中,通过数据线将设备状态数据传输到电控系统中,在设备状态显示屏中显示出当前设备状态,进而合理控制设备运行状态。
