Abstract

汽车安全座椅,包括底座、座椅骨架、设在底座与座椅骨架间的滑筒、滑杆、触发滑杆、连杆、冲击滑铁、触发舌、触发锁、触发调节弹簧及推进弹簧。两个滑杆设在两个滑筒中,滑筒外套有推进弹簧,两个滑杆滑出端连接座椅骨架,两个滑筒连接底座。两个滑筒之间设置两个连杆,冲击滑铁设置在两个连杆之间,冲击滑铁沿两侧连杆滑动,冲击滑铁后侧设有套装触发调节弹簧的触发滑杆,并通过触发滑杆轴承安装在冲击滑铁上,冲击滑铁前侧装有与连杆连接的触发锁和连接滑筒的触发舌。本发明当汽车在猛烈撞击后安全座椅在瞬间先后平移,同时靠椅可先后自由倾倒,保证驾乘人员有自我逃生空间。

本发明涉及汽车安全技术,特别是涉及汽车安全座椅。
背景技术
汽车的座椅会带给驾乘人员舒适,降低疲劳感,但往往暗藏危险。目前绝大多数相撞的车祸发生时,因为驾驶室严重变形正副驾驶位置上的人被卡在方向盘、工作台与座椅及后靠背之间,腿部、胸部、头部都极易受到挤压,没有空间进行自我逃生,危及生命。更多的车祸中,消防人员往往都是在变形的车与座椅中,把受伤害的人拉出,轻则皮里肉外,重则尸骨不全惨不忍睹。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种当汽车在猛烈撞击后安全座椅在瞬间先后平移,同时靠椅可先后自由倾倒,使汽车内正副驾驶人员不会因汽车的变形、方向盘工作台向后错位移动,使正副驾驶人员与靠椅的空间变小或变无而挤压危及生命的汽车安全座椅。
采用的技术方案是:
汽车安全座椅,包括底座、座椅骨架、设在底座与座椅骨架间的滑筒、滑杆、触发滑杆、连杆、冲击滑铁、触发舌、触发锁、触发调节弹簧及推进弹簧。所述的两个滑杆设在两个滑筒中,滑筒外套有推进弹簧,两个滑杆滑出端连接座椅骨架,两个滑筒连接底座。两个滑筒之间设置两个连杆,所述冲击滑铁设置在两个连杆之间,冲击滑铁沿两侧连杆滑动,冲击滑铁后侧设有套装触发调节弹簧的触发滑杆,并通过触发滑杆轴承安装在冲击滑铁上,冲击滑铁前侧装有与连杆连接的触发锁和连接滑筒的触发舌。
上述的座椅骨架下部的前后分别设有升降调节旋钮和靠背调节旋钮。
上述的底座前端设有前后调节旋钮。
上述的座椅骨架下部前侧设有触发感应器,触发感应器通过触发线路上触发开关连接座椅骨架。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、汽车在猛烈撞击后,安全座椅在瞬间向后平移150-300mm,同时后靠椅可向后自由倾倒。
2、汽车变形后,当方向盘、工作台向后错位,与座椅间的空间变小或无时,安全座椅会向后移动,扩大空间,保证驾驶乘坐人员不会受到致命的挤压。
3、当底盘与大货车追尾相撞,座椅靠背可向后自由倾倒,在很大程度上使驾乘人员不会受到挤压。

具体实施方式
汽车安全座椅,包括底座4、座椅骨架1、设在底座与座椅骨架间的滑筒6、滑杆3、触发滑杆12、连杆16、冲击滑铁13、触发舌15、触发锁14、触发调节弹簧18及推进弹簧8。所述的两个滑杆3设在两个滑筒6中,滑筒6外套有推进弹簧8,两个滑杆3滑出端连接座椅骨架1,两个滑筒6连接底座4。两个滑筒6之间设置两个连杆16,所述冲击滑铁13设置在两个连杆16之间,冲击滑铁13沿两侧连杆16滑动,冲击滑铁13后侧设有套装触发调节弹簧18的触发滑杆12,并通过触发滑杆轴承17安装在冲击滑铁13上,冲击滑铁13前侧装有与连杆16连接的触发锁14和连接滑筒6的触发舌15。
所述座椅骨架1下部的前后分别设有升降调节旋钮7和靠背调节旋钮2。所述底座4前端设有前后调节旋钮5。所述座椅骨架1下部前侧设有触发感应器10,触发感应器10通过触发线路11上,触发开关9连接座椅骨架1。
工作原理
汽车猛烈撞击后,座椅中的冲击滑铁由于惯性,向前移动,撞击触发滑杆,启动座椅瞬间向后移动。可使驾乘人员不会受到方向盘、工作台与座椅之间的空间变小而收到挤压,危及腿、腰、胸、头部及生命。

1.汽车安全座椅,包括底座(4)、座椅骨架(1)、设在底座与座椅骨架间的滑筒(6)、滑杆(3)、触发滑杆(12)、连杆(16)、冲击滑铁(13)、触发舌(15)、触发锁(14)、触发调节弹簧(18)及推进弹簧(8),其特征在于所述的两个滑杆(3)设在两个滑筒(6)中,滑筒(6)外套有推进弹簧(8),两个滑杆(3)滑出端连接座椅骨架(1),两个滑筒(6)连接底座(4),两个滑筒(6)之间设置两个连杆(16),冲击滑铁(13)设置在两个连杆(16)之间,冲击滑铁(13)沿两侧连杆(16)滑动,冲击滑铁(13)后侧设有套装触发调节弹簧(18)的触发滑杆(12),并通过触发滑杆轴承(17)安装在冲击滑铁(13)上,冲击滑铁(13)前侧装有与连杆(16)连接的触发锁(14)和连接滑筒(6)的触发舌(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于所述的座椅骨架(1)下部的前后分别设有升降调节旋钮(7)和靠背调节旋钮(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于所述的底座(4)前端设有前后调节旋钮(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于所述的座椅骨架(1)下部前侧设有触发感应器(10),触发感应器(10)通过触发线路(11)上,触发开关(9)连接座椅骨架(1)。
