Abstract

本发明提供了一种复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置,包括机架、振动给料机、破碎机及滚筒筛,所述的振动给料机、破碎机及滚筒筛安装在机架上,振动给料机的出料口与破碎机的进料口连接,破碎机的出料口与滚筒筛的进料斗连接;滚筒筛倾斜设置,机架上滚筒筛的下方安装有溜槽,溜槽对应于滚筒筛的筛下物出料口设置。本发明实现了废旧铅酸电池分选前的电解液的集中处理,解决了电解液随意倾倒带来的环境污染,防止了废旧蓄电池内的电解液进入后续的破碎分选系统对破碎分选系统腐蚀。扩大了废旧铅酸电池分选系统的使用范围,而且降低了破碎分选系统的维护成本。本发明还具有结构简单,操作方便的优点。

Description

一种复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置。
背景技术
随着汽车、电动车的快速增长,在我国每年产生复杂铅酸蓄电池数亿只,含铅3百多万吨,出于资源循环和环境保护的需要,必须对复杂铅酸蓄电池进行回收处理。由于历史原因,我国复杂铅酸蓄电池回收价格较高,传统的做法是在收购时将电池破开,然后将电解液倒掉。这种传统的破开电池的处理方式,存在如下缺陷:人工手工拆解,效率低、工人的劳动强度大;电解液随意倾倒,对环境污染严重。随着国家对于环境保护的重视,人工拆解废旧电池以及随意倾倒电解液的做法将被禁止。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单的复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置,该装置可以实现复杂铅酸蓄电池电解液倾倒的机械化,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,而且,该装置可以集中倾倒复杂铅酸蓄电池的电解液,降低了对环境的污染。
本发明采用的技术方案是:包括机架、振动给料机、破碎机及滚筒筛,所述的振动给料机、破碎机及滚筒筛安装在机架上,振动给料机的出料口与破碎机的进料口连接,破碎机的出料口与滚筒筛的进料斗连接;滚筒筛倾斜设置,机架上滚筒筛的下方安装有溜槽,溜槽对应于滚筒筛的筛下物出料口设置。
上述的复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置中,所述的溜槽的材料为不锈钢。
上述的复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置中,所述的滚筒筛的轴线与水平面呈25°夹角,滚筒筛的筛上物出料口低于进料斗。
上述的复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置中,所述的破碎机通过空气弹簧安装在机架上,破碎机的外部设有隔音房。
上述的复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置中,所述的滚筒筛的筛上物出料口处设有钩针机构,所述的钩针机构包括针筒、多个钩针、弹簧、导流槽及顶针套筒;所述的针筒安装在滚筒筛的筛筒端部,针筒上设有多个针孔,所述的顶针套筒安装在针筒的外侧,顶针套筒的中心位于针筒的中心的上方;所述的多个钩针安装在针筒的针孔内,钩针与针筒的外圆之间设有弹簧;钩针的尾端顶在顶针套筒的内圆上;所述的导流槽安装在滚筒筛的机架上,倾斜设置,导流槽位于针筒的端面处。
上述的复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置中,所述的弹簧为聚氨酯弹簧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明与复杂铅酸蓄电池破碎分选设备配套使用,在分选之前,将复杂铅酸蓄电池的电解液放出,实现了电解液的集中处理,解决了电解液随意倾倒带来的环境污染,防止了铅酸蓄电池内的电解液进入后续的破碎分选系统对破碎分选系统腐蚀。本发明增加了一道预破碎,极大地提高了配套设备的生产效率。本发明在滚筒筛的出料口处设有钩针机构,钩针机构可以将破碎免维护蓄电池时的纤维丝钩出,防止了破碎分选免维护蓄电池时纤维丝进入破碎分选系统而引起设备故障,提高了破碎分选系统的可靠性,钩针机构的使用,解决了进口设备不能破碎分选免维护蓄电池的难题,扩大了复杂铅酸电池分选系统的使用范围,而且降低了破碎分选系统的维护成本。本发明还具有结构简单,操作方便的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括机架2、振动给料机1、破碎机3及滚筒筛5,所述的振动给料机1、破碎机3及滚筒筛5安装在机架2上,振动给料机1位于破碎机3的上方,振动给料机1的出料口与破碎机3的进料口连接。滚筒筛5位于破碎机3的下方,破碎机3的出料口与滚筒筛5的进料斗4连接。滚筒筛5的轴线与水平面呈25°夹角,倾斜安装在机架2上,滚筒筛5的筛上物出料口低于进料斗4。机架2上滚筒筛5的下方安装有不锈钢溜槽8,不锈钢溜槽8对应于滚筒筛5的筛下物出料口设置。所述的破碎机3通过空气弹簧安装在机架2上,减少了破碎机3破碎废旧铅酸电池时,破碎机3的振动对机架2的破坏。破碎机3的外部设有隔音房31,隔音房31采用隔音材料制成,防止了破碎机3破碎废旧铅酸电池时产生的噪音对生产环境造成影响。
如图2-5所示,所述的滚筒筛5的筛上物出料口处设有钩针机构,所述的钩针机构包括针筒55、多个钩针57、聚氨酯弹簧58、导流槽52及顶针套筒56;所述的针筒55安装在滚筒筛5的筛筒54的端部,针筒55上设有多个针孔,所述的顶针套筒56安装在针筒55的外侧,顶针套筒56的中心位于针筒55的中心的上方;所述的多个钩针57安装在针筒55的针孔内,钩针57的尾端设有凸缘,钩针57上凸缘与针筒55的外圆之间设有聚氨酯弹簧58,钩针57的尾端顶在顶针套筒56的内圆上;所述的导流槽52安装在滚筒筛5的机架51上,倾斜设置,导流槽52位于针筒55的端面处。本发明采用聚氨酯弹簧58,可以防止电解液的腐蚀。钩针机构的针筒55随滚筒筛5的筛筒54一起转动,由于顶针套筒56与针筒55不同轴,在针筒55的转动过程中,下部的钩针57伸出针筒55的针孔,钩挂纤维丝,随着针筒55转动,当其位于针筒55上部时,由于聚氨酯弹簧58的弹力,将钩针57收缩进入针筒55的针孔,纤维丝掉落至导流槽52,顺着导流槽52落至纤维丝收集处。为了防止酸雾外泄,滚筒筛5外部设有密封罩53,为了防止铅泥堵塞滚筒筛5的筛孔,滚筒筛的筛筒外设有振打装置,所述的振打装置包括振打锤59、杠杆62、转轴60及支座61,所述的支座61固定安装在密封罩53上,转轴60安装在支座61上,振打锤59的锤柄端部与转轴60连接,杠杆62焊接在锤柄端部,所述的滚筒筛上设有筋板63,用于拨动杠杆62。当滚筒筛旋转时,筛筒54外设置的筋板推动杠杆62,杠杆62将振打锤59抬起,当杠杆62与筋板脱开,振打锤59落下敲击筛筒54上的筋板63,达到防止铅泥堵塞滚筒筛5筛孔的目的。
本发明的工作过程为:铅酸蓄电池存放在蓄电池储存池内,通过天车,六瓣液压抓斗将铅酸蓄电池抓放至振动给料机1上部的料斗内,调节好振动给料机1的进料速度,通过振动给料机1将蓄电池均匀地输送进破碎机3,破碎机3将蓄电池破开,电解液流出,破开后的蓄电池固体物料和电解液进入滚筒筛5,电解液经滚筒筛5的筛孔落到滚筒筛5下面的溜槽8上,经溜槽8流入电解液储存池。滚筒筛5内的蓄电池固体物料随着滚筒筛5的筛上物出料口落下,物料中夹杂的纤维丝在经过钩针机构时被钩针挂住,被钩针带着随着筛筒54转动到筛筒54的上方,这时钩针缩进,纤维丝掉下,落到接料的导流槽52上,经导流槽52移出系统。去掉电解液和纤维的蓄电池固体物料通过钩针机构掉落在皮带输送机7上,经皮带输送机7输送至破碎分选系统。预破碎的作用就是将废旧蓄电池破开,使电解液、纤维丝与固体物料分离,解决了电解液与纤维丝进入后续的破碎分选系统。
本发明的主要作用就是解决了传统废旧蓄电池回收过程中电解液随意倾倒的陋习,规范了废旧蓄电池的处理方式,同时通过增设的钩针机构能将纤维丝预先从废料中分离出来,使得复杂铅酸蓄电池破碎分选系统处理免维护蓄电池成为可能,从而扩展了复杂铅酸蓄电池破碎分选系统的使用范围,而且大大提高了复杂铅酸蓄电池破碎分选系统的工作效率,降低了复杂铅酸蓄电池破碎分选系统的维护成本。

Claims (6)

1.一种复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置,其特征是:包括机架、振动给料机、破碎机及滚筒筛,所述的振动给料机、破碎机及滚筒筛安装在机架上,振动给料机的出料口与破碎机的进料口连接,破碎机的出料口与滚筒筛的进料斗连接;滚筒筛倾斜设置,机架上滚筒筛的下方安装有溜槽,溜槽对应于滚筒筛的筛下物出料口设置;所述的滚筒筛的筛上物出料口处设有钩针机构,所述的钩针机构包括针筒、多个钩针、弹簧、导流槽及顶针套筒;所述的针筒安装在滚筒筛的筛筒端部,针筒上设有多个针孔,所述的顶针套筒安装在针筒的外侧,顶针套筒的中心位于针筒的中心的上方;所述的多个钩针安装在针筒的针孔内,钩针与针筒的外圆之间设有弹簧;钩针的尾端顶在顶针套筒的内圆上;所述的导流槽安装在滚筒筛的机架上,倾斜设置,导流槽位于针筒的端面处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置,其特征是:所述的滚筒筛的轴线与水平面呈25°夹角,滚筒筛的筛上物出料口低于进料斗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置,其特征是:所述的溜槽的材料为不锈钢。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置,其特征是:所述的破碎机通过空气弹簧安装在机架上,破碎机的外部设有隔音房。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置,其特征是:所述的弹簧为聚氨酯弹簧。
6.根据权利要求4所述的复杂铅酸蓄电池预破碎装置,其特征是:所述滚筒筛外部设有密封罩,滚筒筛的筛筒外设有振打装置,所述的振打装置包括振打锤、杠杆、转轴及支座,所述的支座固定安装在密封罩上,转轴安装在支座上,振打锤的锤柄端部与转轴连接,杠杆焊接在锤柄端部,所述的滚筒筛上设有筋板,用于拨动杠杆。
